Abstract

This study aims to find out what the nascent period of Widyatama University students is and what factors they think are important to get out of the nascent period to become a start-up business. This study also aims to determine the motivation of students who are the sample of entrepreneurship research and whether the Student Entrepreneurship Program (PKM) has been running effectively in helping students who are the research samples to become new entrepreneurs. The research method used in this study is the Ex Post facto descriptive method. Ex Post Facto research on new entrepreneurs who became the research sample aims to reveal the factors that they consider important to start a business. They were also asked about the nascent period, motivation for entrepreneurship, the choice of business to run, the amount of business capital needed, and the effectiveness of implementing the PKM program at Widyatama University. The results of the study show: (1) The nascent period of the entrepreneurs of HIPMI PT Widyatama is much shorter than the nascent period of the previous research which reached more than one year. (2) Capital is still considered the most important factor to start a business. (3) Based on the motivation to start a business, most of the research samples can be classified as opportunity-based entrepreneurs. (4) The PKM program run by the government has effectiveness in supporting the formation of entrepreneurs on the Widyatama University campus.

Abstract

The agricultural sector is essential because it is the leading sector and supports the Indonesian economy. Sukapura Village is one of the producers of plant products in the Kertasari District. But on the other hand, most of the farmers experienced problems, and several obstacles emerged, such as the accumulation of harvests that were sold at low prices, which resulted in losses, and the difficulty of distribution because it was pretty complicated. Of course, this situation must be improved so that people can enjoy Indonesian agricultural products. One of them is by building an android-based application "Petani Sejahtera" which is specifically made as an alternative to make it easier for farmers. It can break the distribution chain of agricultural products. You can directly contact the courier who has collaborated with the manager by displaying information on product price lists, farmers' products, and harvested products, which will later be distributed during the main harvest period. So that later, farmers will find it easier to see the products planted and do not have to think about how to distribute the products. The purpose of making this "Petani Sejahtera" Application is to help farmers more easily distribute their products to various suppliers, so there is no accumulation of harvest yields. The benefits generated have a positive influence, especially regarding the price of products produced by farmers following the "current" market price so that farmers do not experience losses and continue to increase their agricultural output.

Abstract

The farmers in Sukapura village have problems in distributing their harvests due to the large amount of costs in the planting process and the distribution process of their harvests. “Petani Sejahtera” is the name of an application created to assist farmers in distributing their harvests to those who are willing to accommodate, so that the farmers' crops do not accumulate. In the “Petani Sejahtera” application, farmers will be asked to input data from their harvests. To introduce the “Petani Sejahtera” application, a landing page was created as the initial page for the introduction of the “Petani Sejahtera” application as well as to show data and information that have been grouped and arranged, the data and information are the progress of the number of farmers, the number of products, the number of transactions, the number of partner, and a price list of products that have been registered to farmers who use the “Petani Sejahtera” application. The data and information will be automatically updated on the landing page based on the database from the “Petani Sejahtera” application. To make it easier for farmers and potential partner to access the landing page, a website-based landing page was created so that farmers and potential partner can access it using a smartphone or computer via a browser. By creating a landing page, farmers and potential partner know the data and information in the “Petani Sejahtera” application.

Abstract

Dalam artikel ini menjelaskan Pelaksanaan Ranperda Kota Malang tentang penyelenggaraan perpustakaan yang nantinya akan berfokus terhadap digitalisasi, sebagai bentuk upaya dalam mewujudkan Malang Smart City. Dengan dilaksanakannya Rapat Paripurna tersebut, pemerintahan ingin meningkatkan literasi masyarakat, dengan mengoptimalisasikan pemberian pelayanan literasi digital. Komponen utama dalam mewujudkan Gerakan kota cerdas dengan meningkatkan teknologi, informasi serta komunikasi setiap daerahnya, sehingga kota tersebut mampu merasakan kemajuan teknologi dan tentunya guna meningkatkan minat baca masyarakat Malang. Penelitian kali ini akan menggunakan pendekatan metodelogi deskriptif kualitatif, data yang dikumpulkan melalui library research seperti berita, Jurnal, Harzing dan beberapa literatur pendukung. Dengan topik tersebut, maka penulis dapat menyimpulkan bahwa Upaya Pemerintahan dalam meningkatkan literasi Kota Malang yakni mulai beralih dari hal yang bersifat konvensional ke dalam digitalisasi, serta bentuk nyata yang diberikan oleh pemerintahan dalam mewujudkan Malang Smart City melalui literasi digital ini dilihat melalui pembentukan Perda Perpustakaan dan memberikan anggaran, agar pelaksanaan tersebut dapat berjalan dengan baik.

Abstract

The rail transportation system plays a role important as a medium of transportation for the movement of goods and people in large quantities and is one of the modes of cheap transportation, this transportation model evolved from a steam train until it evolves to become more sophisticated using electric and magnetic technology, trains system works well with support from several the first factor is human resources, supporting technology and facilities. The problem with the rail system is that damage to the rails can cause result in the transportation route being blocked and can cause a very fatal accident, Based on these problems, besides the feasibility of the rail system, rail maintenance is a very important key, the railroad track maintenance system is usually carried out periodically. The solution to handle this problem is to use a computer vision method by utilizing surveillance cameras or CCTV installed on railroad crossings able to detect damage, the detection of damage is categorized into a few types first is track damage, due to shifts, fires on rail lines and finally structural damage due to earthquakes or landslides in the railway line area, this technology has been applied to several developed countries. and can monitor a large area and can provide a quick response if a malfunction occurs, the system will be a smart monitoring system but doesn't replace the role of a railway officer but as a tool that will provide complete information where the location of the damage is so that prompt and more effective repair action can be taken.

Abstract

Pendidikan adalah suatu sarana pembelajaran dimana kita dapat mengetahui atau mendasari ilmu pengetahuan yang sangat luas dan mencakup banyak aspek melalui sebuah pengajaran. Salah satu cara/metode yang mungkin menarik minat pada anak usia dini untuk mau belajar adalah dengan bermain, melihat sebuah video menarik atau berlatih soal" yang bisa menuntun anak tersebut agar bisa terbiasa untuk menerapkan kegiatan belajar di kehidupannya sehari-hari. Tujuan diterapkannya pendidikan dari mulai usia dini adalah melatih dan mengajarkan etika-etika yang sudah harus diterapkan dari mulai kecil, contohnya etika dalam beragama, etika moral, dll. Sehingga diwaktu sudah beranjak dewasa, anak tersebut sudah paham dengan apa saja yang boleh dilakukan dan apa saja yang harus dihindari. Sistem pembelajaran berbasis android dapat membantu suasana pembelajaran menjadi lebih menyenangkan dan menghilangkan rasa bosan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of a motor vehicle tax collection system (PKB) on taxpayer compliance in the city of Bandung. This research method uses quantitative research methods. The source of this research uses primary data and secondary data. This research data collection using a questionnaire. The sample of this research is 100 PKB taxpayers in Region I Pajadjaran City of Bandung using accidental sampling. Technique Data analysis was carried out by descriptive analysis and regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant effect between the implementation of the motor vehicle tax collection system (PKB) through mobile SAMSAT on taxpayer compliance in the city of Bandung, where the variable implementation of the motor vehicle tax collection system (PKB) through mobile SAMSAT services has an effect of 83.6% and the remaining 16.4% is influenced by other variables not observed in this study.

Abstract

Currently, the government is actively promoting empowerment programs for new entrepreneurs to boost the country's economy. However, for fellow participants in ongoing rehabilitation for clients assisted by BNN West Java Province, entrepreneurship activities can be a way to start a new life so that they can re- mingle and be well received by the community. This study aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurship training in improving entrepreneurial competence in sustainable rehabilitation participants for clients assisted by BNN West Java Province. The results of research using SPSS software show that entrepreneurship training has a significant effect on increasing entrepreneurial competence with an effect of 65.9%. The results of this study are expected to provide motivation for the government, the private sector, and other organizations to be able to organize entrepreneurship training with better quality so that this training can help fellow participants in sustainable rehabilitation in preparing themselves to become part of the community again through entrepreneurial activities.

Abstract

Naturally, films are created for humans with normal hearing and vision functions. The question is, is it true that people who have visual disabilities are not able to enjoy movies? A Technical Services Unit of Indonesian Ministry of Social Affairs located in Cimahi, West Java, named Sentra Abiyoso, has developed an innovative facilities for people with visual impairments, which is called “Bioskop Berbisik”, meaning whispering cinema. At Bioskop Berbisik, the visually impaired audiences will get help from a visual narrators who tell the storyline of the film. The presence of Bioskop Berbisik Sentra Abiyoso Cimahi is a manifestation of the fifth principle of Pancasila, Social Justice for All Indonesian People, as well as a manifestation of SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals, UN General Assembly Agreement in 2015). As a model of social services for people with visual impairments, the presence of Bioskop Berbisik is interesting and important to observe and study, to see how the beneficiaries feel the sensations, and how the expected management strategy could continue consistently. To get the answer, the writers conducted research using the social experimental method with students of SLBN-A Citeurep Cimahi as respondents.The conclusion of the study provides an answer that Bioskop Berbisik of Sentra Abiyoso Cimahi provides great benefits for people with visual impairments. On the other hand, the management of Sentra Abiyoso as a social service facility under the Ministry of Social Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia needs support from various parties to maintain its sustainability and expand its benefits.

Abstract

The rapid development of technology has impacted people's lifestyles, mainly dominated by information technology users and the demands of an increasingly fast-paced world. FinTech is a financial sector innovation that utilizes modern technology. Financial inclusion in Indonesia has surpassed the 75 percent target, according to data from the Financial Services Authority (OJK) gleaned from the results of the third National Financial Literacy Survey (SNLIK) conducted in 2019. The Indonesian government has set a 2024 deadline for achieving a 90 percent financial inclusion rate. Financial inclusion in Indonesia is the goal of this study, which examines the impact of FinTech on peer-to-peer lending services. Qualitative descriptive analysis and data collection techniques are used to provide an overview of the research results in this method. According to a new study, peer-to-peer lending in fintech can help low-income groups access financing, allowing them to grow their businesses. They are, however, constrained by a lack of formal funding. Many FinTech companies have made loans available to people from all walks of life, regardless of their financial situation. Financial inclusion will be more pronounced as a result of FinTech's presence.
