Abstract

 Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) based on the creative economy are strategies implemented by the government in the current economic wave of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 era which has great potential to become one of the drivers that can create an independent, just and prosperous Indonesia in accordance with the vision of the development of Golden Indonesia 2045. The purpose of this research is to analyze the feasibility of developing investment based on creative economy in Parepare City based on technical and technological aspects, market and marketing aspects, and financial aspects. This type of research is field research (field research), using a qualitative descriptive approach. This research produces descriptive data which analyzes the feasibility of a business based on creative economy as a basis for making investment decisions using appropriate analysis. The feasibility analysis uses analysis of non-financial aspects in the form of analysis of technical and production aspects and market and marketing aspects. While the analytical tools used for the feasibility of the financial aspects use Payback Period (PP) analysis, Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), and Profitability Index (PI). The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data obtained from observations and interviews. Secondary data is obtained through documents and related business reports. The results showed that handicraft, fashion/textile, printing/ publishing, and culinary businesses from non-financial aspects (technical and technological aspects and market and marketing aspects) and financial aspects (PP, NPV, IRT, and PI) are said to be feasible to develop, so that it meets the investment eligibility criteria.

Abstract

This research discusses the selection of financing submissions for BPRS Magetan customers in the covid-19 pandemic situation. This study aims to determine the criteria for obtaining financing and how BPRS Magetan policy suppresses high financing applications amid the covid-19 pandemic. This study used a descriptive qualitative method by collecting data by conducting in-depth interviews with 14  respondents from BPRS and financing customers. This study stated that BPRS Magetan added the emphasis of analysis in selecting customer members' financing with the 5C method and BI Check. BPRS emphasizes selection analysis in customer human resource,   customer creativity, and customer innovation to develop its business. BPRS Magetan is expected to provide leeway by giving a more extended time and simplifying the disbursement process during the covid-19 pandemic in the form of collateral relief.

Abstract

Bisnis syariah telah menjadi suatu bisnis yang banyak digemari oleh masyarakat di Indonesia. Bukan hanya dari pengelolahannya akan tetapi dalam menjalangkan bisnis syariah setiap para pihak yang berbisnis harus mengetahui dan memahami bahwa bisnis syariah merupakan bisnis yang dilaksanakan sesuai dengan syariat hukum Islam. Dalam bidang bisnis koperasi syariah diartikan bahwa dilakukan secara bekerjasama dan tolong menolong. Tujuannya yaitu untuk memenuhi keperluan dari keanggotaannya tanpa bermaksud untuk mencari suatu keuntungan yang lebih banyak. Hukum bisnis  syariah dalam Islam boleh dan halal selama tidak mengandung riba didalamnya karena sebagaimana yang kita ketahui bahwa mengambil keuntungan yang lebih banyak itu termasuk kedalam riba serta usaha haram lainnya. Adapun Landasan dan asas dalam bisnis syariah berupa landasan dalam asas kekeluargaan.

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah mengetehui sistem penjualan dan implementasi akad istishna dalam industri mebel pada CV. Bina Karya Kota Makassar. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan menitikberatkan pada hasil pengumpulan data dari informan yang ditentukan yang secara deskriptif dengan pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan ekonomi Islam dan pendekatan fenomenologi. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Jl. Perintis Kemerdekaan No. 130 KM 11 Makassar, Kec. Tamalanrea, kelurahan Tamalanrea, RT 006, RW 001. Metode pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, interview, dan telaah dokumen. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan yakni reduksi data, penyajian data dan verifikasi. Informan dan responden dari penelitian meliputi pemilik CV. Bina Karya Kota Makassar, karyawan dan pemesan barang. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Sistem penjualan Industri Mebel pada CV. Bina Karya Kota Makassar berawal dari penerimaan pesanan dari konsumen melalui media telepon, SMS atau WhatsApp dengan spesifikasi yang ditentukan oleh pembeli terkait ukuran, model dan kesepakatan harga dengan sistem pembayaran Down Payment (DP) oleh pembuat sebesar 50 persen dan sisanya dilunasi ketika barang telah selesai dalam pekerjaan. Produk yang telah selesai dalam pekerjaan akan dilakukan pengecekan terlebih dahulu sebelum diantarkan kepada konsumen yang disertai dengan faktur penjualan (invoice). Implementasi akad Istis{hna‘  dalam Sistem Penjualan pada CV. Bina Karya Kota Makassar telah sesuai dengan kaidah prinsip-prinsip dalam jual beli akad istisha‘ sistem pemesanan dan pembayaran yang dilakukan sesuai dengan sistem pemesanan dan pembayaran dalam akad istishna.

Abstract

Islamic banks as intermediary institutions shall maintain and comply with sharia principles so that in carrying out their business, they will continue to gain trust from the community, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic. The principle that is highly fundamental for the existence of an industry including sharia banks is fiduciary principle. The purpose of this study was to examine the implementation of the fiduciary principle in maintaining customer loyalty amid the Covid-19 pandemic. The research method used in this study was descriptive analysis. The type of data used was secondary data, namely in the form of articles, magazines, research journals, books, and other sources relevant to this study. The data collection technique used was documentation technique. The results of the study showed that the trust given to customers by sharia banks can increase customer loyalty in conducting various transactions. In addition, various efforts also needed to be made by sharia banks in order to maintain customer loyalty in the midst of the current pandemic by improving service quality and maintaining customer perceptions regarding the image of the bank. Therefore, sharia banks must uphold this fiduciary principle in order to prevent banking risks that may occur amidst the COVID-19 pandemic.
