Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the marketing mix strategy in business management at CV Rabbani Asysa Makassar Branc in a review of Islamic business ethics. This research is a field research (field research) using qualitative methods, and the approaches used are economics and sociology.The results of this study indicate that the marketing mix strategy in business management at CV Rabbani Asysa Makassar Branch used is product, cost-price, promotion, communication and if viewed with Islamic business ethics it is in accordance with the indicators of unity, balance, free will, responsibility, truth, honesty and virtue. Keywords: Marketing mix strategy, Islamic business ethics

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of empowering educational programs at the Baitul Maal Hidayatullah Amil Zakat Institution, Makassar City, South Sulawesi. This research is descriptive qualitative research, using the approach of sociology and Islamic economics. The research is located on Jl. Tamalannrea Raya No. 27A, Tamalanrea District, Makassar City. Methods of collecting data through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the educational empowerment program at Laznas BMH South Sulawesi Branch consists of two parts student school scholarships and student college scholarships. The concept of Education Program Empowerment at Laznas BMH South Sulawesi Branch has been distributed to several mustahik who are entitled to scholarships for education programs by Laznas BMH South Sulawesi Branch. The effectiveness of educational program empowerment can be seen from the effectiveness indicators, namely: 1) right on target in distributing zakat funds to poor and underprivileged must hike 2) encouraging by supporting the needs of must hike in the field of education. 3) improve the quality of academic and non-academic achievements of Mustahik

Abstract

The risk that have been faced by sharia financial institution is not merely about financial issue but also non-financial. Hence, it is considered as an urgency to be able to implement the risk management in order to conduct the hedging strategy in sharia financial institution, and also to anticipate and ready for further action needed in facing some irrelevant situations which are not according with the expectations and the objectives of the institution. This writing aims to assess the risk management in identifying and in managing of that.  However, because of the complexity of the risk encountered both in financial and non-financial issue; such as operational risk of the use of modern technology services which does increasingly pamper the current millennial clients and that prone to cyber-security threat and thus needs protection. Also economic uncertainty with the state of pandemic covid 19.

Abstract

Cash Waqf Linked Sukuk (CWLS) is a sukuk investment instrument published by the state called retail SBSN. CWLS is published as one of the efforts by the Government to develop a productive waqf in Indonesia. The innovation in this project by BI, Finance Ministry, Ministry of State-Owned Enterprises, and BWI. The objective of the sukuk based waqf development is to increase its oprational value by getting various parties involved. Cash Waqf is a sharia financial sector that needs to developed for social welfare in Indonesia. The method used in this article is a descriptive field research.

Abstract

The Indonesian government has planned to become the center of the world's halal industry in 2024, but the competition in the halal industry does not only come from Muslim countries also non-Muslim majority countries. Therefore, this study aims to unravel the opportunities and challenges of the Indonesian halal industry towards the center of the world halal industry. This research is a literature study, using a descriptive approach, data and information collected from various kinds of literature and secondary data. The results of this study indicate that there are five aspects of the opportunities for the Indonesian halal industry, aspects of global recognition, finance, halal food, halal tourism, and aspects of halal lifestyle. There are three challenges, each from external sources, competing countries, the unavailability of globally halal certification agreed, and the incompatibility of Muslim countries in lay down halal product standards; and from the internally consists of, the lack of halal awareness among the Indonesian people, the problems of Law Number 33 of 2014 concerning Halal Product Guarantee, and the low awareness of the Indonesian people to compete. In addition to these challenges, there are also obstacles faced of Indonesia, including the halal industry business opportunities that have not been realized by many parties and regulators, the limited supply of raw materials that meet halal criteria, the limited understanding of a number of producers accompanied by inadequate infrastructure, differences in standardization and certification of halal products, and the number of imported products that enter Indonesia.
