The research aims to look at the level of community participation or community power in development planning related to decision making for the common interest and welfare and to know the factors that influence the level of community participation in development planning for sustainable development programs. This research uses quantitative methods by collecting data through questionnaires and analyzed using SEM PLS Analysis. The results showed that the level of community participation in development planning through the Musrenbang in Kasihan Subdistrict, Bantul Regency, Yogyakarta Province was still not optimal and tended to below, and among several internal and external factors tested showed that the age, level of education, type of work, communication and leadership has a relationship with community participation. And the thing that shows the biggest factor influencing the level of community participation in the type of work that has a significant impact that influences the low level of community participation in Kasihan District because it is dominated by peasants and the private sector which then makes the tendency of ordinary people not want to participate in development planning in the District Kasihan, Bantul Regency, Yogyakarta Province.

Allegations and counter-allegations surrounding the advent of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) are heavily skewed toward the commencement of the biological war, even though it has been observed over the years that war has a tremendous negative effect on all facets of human endeavor, for which the United Nations has applied series of sanctions to enforce its decisions to prevent or stop the existing war. For instance, powerful world leaders hand twist decisions of the United Nations in favor of their agenda because they see war as a means of their financial well-being. To find a solution to this issue, this paper investigated the efforts made to overcome COVID-19 and what could bring a harmonious relationship in the world. We discovered that human race is of the same origin and age-long intermarriages have further strengthened interconnectivity of the human being, such that, the blood of the citizens of a nation is running in the veins of the citizens of other nations and virus affecting whites also affects blacks and are both in need of each other to overcome the pandemic. Therefore, a program of orientation is put in place by the United Nations to orient heads of countries to imbibe and adopt absolute peaceful coexistence to prevent war in the world since one nation defending its citizens against another nation through war means to war against self.

The main function of the DPRD is to control the running of the government in the regions, while with regard to the legislative function, the position of the DPRD is not a dominant actor. The dominant power holder in the legislative field is the Governor or Regent/Mayor. Even in Law No.23 / 2014, Governors and Regents / Mayors are required to submit a draft Regional Regulation and stipulate it as a Regional Regulation with the approval of the DPRD. This means that the DPRD only acts as a controller that can approve or even reject at all or approve certain changes. However, many facts show that there are still many Parliament members who do not have comprehensive capabilities in carrying out supervisory functions which result in not being able to function properly. This phenomenon also occurs in the Palembang City Parliament where there are still many Parliament members who do not know how to carry out the supervisory function which is one of their main tasks. One of them is at least the Palembang City DPRD members who attended the plenary session which was attended directly by the Mayor of Palembang, which we will discuss in this study. The purpose of this study is to describe the Implementation of the DPRD Supervision function in the Regional Government's policy and at the same time to find out the factors that influence in carrying out the supervisory function so it expected to find a solution to handle it in.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat penerapan reformasi birokrasi yang ada di Pemerintah Kota Tegal dalam bidang akuntabilitas pada tahun 2018. Pemerintah kota bertanggung jawab untuk melaksanakan pemerintahan dengan memprioritaskan prinsip akuntabilitas dalam setiap kinerja organisasi perangkat daerah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan mengolah dan menganalisis data. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan / verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bentuk akuntabilitas kinerja yang ada adalah Laporan Akuntabilitas Kinerja Instansi Pemerintah, sedangkan akuntabilitas keuangan dilakukan dalam bentuk laporan pertanggungjawaban. Temuan dalam penelitian ini adalah sumber daya manusia yang dimiliki mampu bekerja optimal yang profesional dan kompeten dalam menyelesaikan laporan.

The public policy is carried out by state apparatuses working within the framework of procedural government bureaucracy. In the New Normal era the government should be able to change or at least shift the paradigm of governance that impacts on bureaucracy and public policy. This article describes how the government can use several methods to run the government in the uncertainty of almost all people's lives, both social, economic, health.

This study aims to examine whether situational leadership composed of contingency leadership and situational leadership affect employee job satisfaction in Panembahan Senopati Bantul organization and among the contingency leadership model variables and situational leadership models, which variable is most influential on employee job satisfaction in the Panembahan Senopati organization Bantul. The results of the t value for the contingency leadership model (X1) is greater than the value of t table (2.028) of 2.554 from the test shows that there is an influence of the contingency leadership model (X1) on job satisfaction (Y) of employees in the Panembahan Senopati Bantul organization, the model variable situational leadership (X2) obtained t count value is greater than the value of -t table (-2.028) of -1.334 and smaller than t table (2.028), the test shows that there is no influence of situational leadership model variables (X2) on satisfaction work (Y) employees in the Panembahan Senopati Bantul organization. From the F test results obtained F calculated values greater than the F table value is 3.261> 3.259. That means, the contingency leadership model (X1) and situational leadership model (X2) simultaneously have influence on employee job satisfaction and from the t-test results it is known that the most influential factor is the cont leadership model concentration (X1) with a sig level of 0.015.
