Abstract

This study aims to describe how the implementation of the system and procedures for providing independent business credit (KUM) at PT. Bank Sulselbar, Gowa Branch. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative research, which is a study that is intended to collect data and information about a phenomenon and facts about the object and the place of research in accordance with what was at the time of the research. This research was conducted at Jalan Hos Coakrominoto No. 2 Sungguminasa Gowa by selecting 3 resource persons, namely 2 employees in the division of Bank Sulselbar's credit division in Gowa branch and 1 person as a customer in providing independent business credit. Data collection techniques use observation or observation techniques, interviews and documentation. The system and procedure for granting loans used by the bank is based on the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). The results of the study show that using standard operating procedures (SOPs) is able to facilitate the lending process so that it can run effectively

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the application of credit risk management at PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Enrekang Branch. The type of research used is descriptive research with a qualitative approach by describing whether the application of credit risk management at PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Enrekang Branch has been effective.The analysis techniques used in this study are the description phase, the reduction stage and the selection stage to provide interpretation in the form of a description.The results showed that the application of credit risk management at PT.Pegadaian (Persero) Enrekang Branch ineffective because of fluctuations in bad loans from 2016 to 2018.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the control of inventory of raw materials for soybeans on the production process of tempe tofu at UD. Restu Pasui, Buntu Batu District, Enrekang District. This type of research is a case study so that the leadership of UD. Restu is used as a source to obtain information according to research needs. The data is then processed using a quantitative descriptive approach and Analysis of the Economic Production Quantity (EPQ). with the results of ordering raw materials obtained which is 62.42. Based on these results it can be seen that UD. He agreed by increasing the amount of tempe production so that raw materials in the warehouse did not accumulate so that they could fulfill the consumers' desires. Whereas for order results calculated using Order Quantity Analysis (EOQ) per month amounting to 13.75 or 14. Based on the above results it can be concluded that soybean raw material supplies at UD. Restu is already economical.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the application of the customer queue system that is currently used in the transaction process at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Pallangga Unit Branch Office of Gowa Regency. The type of research used in this research is descriptive quantitative. The processed data is the arrival of customers who make transactions on the teller's part in PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Pallangga District Branch Office of Gowa Regency While the data analysis technique used in the research is to analyze the number of customers using the M / M / s queue line (Multiple Channel Query System) using 2 tellers that are currently applied to PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. The Pallangga Unit Branch Office of Gowa Regency then analyzed by adding the number of tellers (services). Then compare the results of time efficiency calculations and service optimization. The results of the data study indicate that the system of implementing the queuing system will be optimal according to service time standards when adding 1 number of tellers (services) to 3 tellers to serve customers so that the overall operational performance is not disrupted and the transaction process can run optimally so as not to cause customers long.

Abstract

MARWAH ASTUTI, 2018. Effect of Intellectual Capital on Profitability in Manufacturing Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, Thesis Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Muhammadiyah Makassar. This study aims to determine the effect of Intellectual Capital on Profitability in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2014-2016. The population of this study is a manufacturing company that is consistently listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, amounting to 155 companies. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique. Based on the predetermined criteria obtained a sample of 54 companies. The type of data used is secondary data taken by the documentation method by accessing the site idx.co.id, Sahamok.com, and the official website of each company. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analysis and simple linear regression analysis using SPSS 23. The results of the study show that there is a positive and significant effect of Intellectual Capital on Profitability, with a determinant coefficient (R2) of 0.526 or 52.6%, t count 13.317 t-table 1.65443.

Abstract

This study aims to identify internal factors that are strengths and weaknesses as well as external factors that become opportunities and threats for PT. The results of this study are the formulation of marketing strategies in terms of Pos Express Services, namely attracting business customers. The first thing to do in a marketing strategy is to look at market needs first. Then determine the market segment to be addressed. By choosing a target that matches the market segment then the market position will automatically become the label for the product itself in the community. Marketing Mix in marketing strategies will automatically follow the flow of segmentation, targeting and positioning, because in determining products, places, prices, promotions and processes according to market segments. Demonstrate that the Post Express Service Marketing Strategy at PT. Pos Indonesia (PERSERO) Makassar is right, where the Marketing Strategy used by PT. Pos Indonesia has achieved the desired and appropriate goals in facing business competition, as well as with Post Express Services at PT. Pos Indonesia has been implemented well. Based on the IFAS and EFAS tables if they are contained in a SWOT analysis diagram, the company's position is in the second quadrant, where the strength possessed by Pos Indonesia can be used to deal with threats that overflow the company.

Abstract

MAYA SILVIANI, 2018, Effect of Experience and Work Environment on Employee Performance at Office BPKD (Local Financial Management Agency) Kab.Takalar, Thesis of Faculty of Economics and Business Faculty of Muhammadiyah University of Makassar. The type of data obtained through the questionnaire as a research instrument that describes the work experience, work environment and performance Employees. This study aims to find out how the experience and work environment affect the performance of employees at the office of BPKD (Local Financial Management Agency) Kab.Takalar. The results showed that the value of R Square is equal to 0.671 or 67.1%. This means variations in the power of influence of variables X1 (Experience) and X2 (Environment) of 67.1% of the variable Y (Performance). The remaining 32.9% is determined by other variables not examined in this study. This research model is stated to be good because the determinant coefficient value is close to 100% or 1. The results of the research show that the R Square value is 0.671 or 67.1%. Abstract

This study aims to get a clearer picture of the size of the bank's soundness, while the categories are healthy, fairly healthy, unhealthy, and unhealthy. This research was conducted at BNI bank. This grading system uses Quantitative methods, namely by quantifying the components included in each factor so that a certain value or number is obtained. Five-year ratios, namely 2013,2014, 2015, 2016 and 2017 BNi Islamic banks obtain CAR ratios (Capital Adequency Ratio) 16.54%, 19.29%, 15.46%, 14.92%, and 14.90% ≥ 8% categorized in the HEALTH group. Bank BNI Syariah productive assets (KAP) quality ratio in 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, and 2017 amounted to 1.53%, 1.61%, 2.36%, 2.49%, and 2.63% ≤ 10 , 35% are categorized in the HEALTH group. Allowance for Removal of earning assets (PPAP) of Bank BNI Syariah in 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, and 2017 amounted to 101.72%, 101.62%, 206.46%, 204.50%, and 208.64% ≤ 81 % is categorized in the HEALTH group. Bank BNI Syariah Cash Ratio in 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, and 2017 amounted to 3.13%, 6.48%, 2.53%, 6.94%, and 4.29% ≥ 4.05% categorized in SEHAT group. Bank BNI Syariah's Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) ratio in 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, and 2017 was 97.86%, 92.60%, 91.94%, 84.57%, and 81, respectively. 40% ≥ 94.75% is categorized in the HEALTH group.

Abstract

JUMRIANI, Tahun 2018. Pengaruh Pelayanan Prima Dan Harga Terhadap Penjualan Pada Rumah Makan Ayam Bakar Wong Solo Alauddin kota Makassar, Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh pelayanan prima dan harga terhadap tingkat penjualan pada rumah makan ayam bakar Wong Solo Alauddin kota Makassar. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Data yang diolah adalah hasil dari penyebaran kuesioner kepada pelanggan rumah makan ayam bakar Wong Solo Alauddin kota Makassar sebanyak 96 orang responden. Metode pengambilan sampel  adalah non probability sampling dan teknik yang digunakan dalam pengambilan responden adalah accidental sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan analisis data dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelayanan prima berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap penjualan pada rumah makan ayam bakar Wong Solo Alauddin kota Makassar, harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap penjualan pada rumah makan ayam bakar Wong Solo Alauddin kota Makassar.

Abstract

Kheidir Ahmad, 2018. Analysis of the application of brand image to Bulog products at the Regional Division of Divre Sulselbar Bulog. Thesis Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Muhammadiyah Makassar. Supervised by Advisor I Abdul Muttalib and Advisor II M. Hidayat. This study aims to assess the application of brand image to Bulog products at the Regional Division of Divre Sulselbar Bulog. The type of research used in this research is qualitative descriptive research. The data in this study were obtained using in-depth interview techniques and direct observation techniques. The in-depth interview technique was conducted on 1 key informant and 3 non-key informants. The observation technique was carried out by researchers on the brand image of Bulog products. The results of this study indicate that the products at the Bulog Divre Sulselbar Corporation in the application of brand image apply three things, namely, the Favor Ability of Brand Association in the form of price, design, benefits and experience of brand image. Strength of Brand Association in the form of brand uniqueness, brand strength and positive attitude applied in brand image. Uniqueness of brand associations in the form of logos, advertisements, and customers respond to Bulog's product brand. Perum Bulog Divre Sulselbar has implemented a brand image on every product produced by Bulog.
