<![CDATA[This article unearths the sexual abuse to women. Using legal approuch, this study reveals that goal of law in criminal punishment is essenstially to protect the victim from crime, especially raping. The criminal punishment to the person who commits crime is the right of the victim who has susfered from psycal aspects. Althought the goal of the law is very ideal, the implementation of the law is stiil for from ideal, since the rights of the victim os rapinf are often abandoned. This is evident if we refer to the regulations in the Criminal Punishment Law that normatively negles the protection of the vistim?s basic rights. In addition, the goal of the law in judicial (normative) subtance has not been in harmony with the substance of Islamic Law and related with the correspondence theory of truth.]]>

<![CDATA[Acehnese women contribute significantly in the field of development of Islamic education. Among the well-known figures are Datu Beru and Tengku Fakinah. Datu Beru known as Judge women in the kingdom of Linge in Central Aceh. Although she did not have schools but she could become inspiration in the field of science, especially jurisprudence. Meanwhile, Tengku Fakinah was an educator, a woman scholar in Dayah Lam Diran which was a famous Islamic educational institution in that time. Students who studied at the Islamic boarding school come from various parts of Aceh. They are fully involved in the process of social transformation and intellectual transmission. It is proved that the public role of women in Aceh since in the past did not have social and cultural constraints. In addition, the woman clearly has a major contribution in the field of Islamic education.]]>

<![CDATA[Since gender mainsteaming has not been institutionalized in particular on policies, and program related to gender planning and budgeting become one factor of the gender gap issues. The aim of this article is to find out the gender gap issues budgeting on Islamic Institution. Therefore, it needs to be done on gender analysis of policy which its results are used as a reference to reformulate policy that describe equality and provide benefits for academic community both men and women at STAIN Parepare. The result showed that there were no gender gap issues in the program of ?Pengembangan Kegiatan Jurusan Tarbiyah?. This program has given students acsess to and participation in both men and women as users of development to be actively participate in the program. This also give control equally for both students to take apart in Tarbiyah program, thus the expected benefits attached to them as qualified students as mandated by the outcome of DIPA and RKAL STAIN Parepare.]]>

<![CDATA[Woman leadership has become one of the lively contemporary issues discussed, both in the view of theology, and sociology. The discussion is often associated with education. Education is the fulcrum of the effort to develop intellectual ability in order to achieve a specific purpose, such as the establishment of the leadership. The decades of women leadership since 1990 rise women leadership potential. The notion that women are not worthy to be a leader was undeniable by historical reality of women leadership. The influence of educational development toward women leadership can be seen if the mastery of science have impact on potential improvement, so that women leadership will be qualified if it is accompanied by strengthening of intelligence.]]>

<![CDATA[This article considers the concept of moral philosophy associated with the development of modern ethics. Through literature review, found that the studies of moral philosophy tend to stagnate. Moral philosophy which comes from the revelation, the most universal source of value, should be the guideline of human life. However, the values listed in the Qur'an has not been actualized properly as it should be due to the dominance of Muslim thinking is more focused on the dimension of aqidah and syariah. Moral thinking listed in the Qur'an should not only on the axiology level as a grand theory, but also on the epistemology level which emphasis on the ethical-anthropological dimension without leaving the theological dimension.]]>

This is proved by the amount of women who are active in organizations and they aren?t brave enough as well as men. Because of this reason, only few of their proposals are accepted and implemented into the existing political world. The factor influences women's involvement in society is their level of education. <![CDATA[Giving exclusive breastfeeding, in Islamic perspective, discusses about the milk (al-labn) coming out from the women breast, the status of giving exclusive breastfeeding to the children as a job, the children right to get the good milk, the responsibility of parent to take care, and the social implication of the exclusive breastfeeding. This is because that mother breastfeeding ¬-the same as blood- is the liquid in women body affecting the history of social human. If the blood can keep the brotherhood, the breastfeeding can keep the unity and the harmony of family. These, have the similarity implicative relation in descent rotation.]]>

<![CDATA[Aurat is minimum boundary part of human body which is mandatory is closed based on God comand. Aurat woman which is mandatory is closed is whole the body part, except face and two palms his arms and two its the feet palms. Such aurat constrain is applied by when woman is executing shalat and when dealing with men besides husband and the muhrim. As for when woman deals with the muhrim, or other men of which is not has lust and children which has not known the problem of aurat woman, limit aurat becomes clearance so that hair, neck, both hands until elbow and at twice until knee is not included in ketegori aurat which is mandatory is closed. Islam doesn't determine certain muslimah cloth model. along the length of fulfilling criterion to close aurat. At some stage, as according to the harsh and heavy work, Indonesia woman cannot close all the aurat is normally.]]>

<![CDATA[This paper discusses women's leadership in Islam. There are three spheres of leadership that are the focus of the study: women leaders in the domestic sphere, women leaders in the public sphere, and women leaders within the scope of worship. These three spheres are studied separately because they have different epistemological contexts and foundations. Through the normative approach and analysis of several legal propositions concluded that the discourse of leadership in the family and the scope of worship is more dominantly owned by men than women. The dominance of male leadership in this context is more due to the normative religious epistemological foundations and some laws that place men as heads of families. Women's leadership in worship is permitted within certain limits and conditions. Different in the context of leadership in the public sphere, women's leadership discourse has been able to place the same position with men even if in some circles rejects women's leadership.]]>

<![CDATA[The responsibility of protecting the right to education of street children that the responsibility of the government, the provincial government, the district/ city government, and the obligations of parents of guardians, parents, families, and communities and countries. The management of education shall be the responsibility of the government and shall be responsible for any loss incurred on the fautes personalles (ie the loss to the third party charged to the officer, the fautes the services of the third party) shall be borne by the agency and the responsibility of the facility. The responsibility for the protection of street children's right to education should be given responsibility to the state through the government, provincial government, district/ municipal government by involving the community and the institution whose management is regulated and adapted to the ideals of the country and the conditions of each community in the region]]>
