An Nisa is a scientific journal for disseminating results of conceptual research or studies on gender and child, is published two times (June and December) a year. An Nisa is managed by the Institute for Research and Community Service (LPPM) at Institut Agama Islam Negeri (IAIN) Bone. The publications through An Nisa include results of research or conceptual studies about gender, women, and child that have never been published elsewhere. The An Nisa is intended for experts, academics, practitioners, state administrators, and NGOs. The aim of this journal is to provide a venue for academicians, researchers and practitioners for publishing the original research articles or review articles. The scope of the articles published in this journal deal with a broad range of topics in the fields ofgender and child.

Abstract

Education is a fundamental right for all people, both men and women. The right to education has obtained a clear normative footing both from the theological and juridical side. The existence of restrictions on women's access to education is a form of violation of the theological normative messages in Islam or the juridical normative messages contained in the state constitution. The value of Islamic education is in the form of i'tiqadiyah values which lead humans to strengthen their monotheistic ethics, khuluqiyah values which lead humans to the formation of their ethical framework or amaliyah values that lead humans to a practical framework that cannot manifest in human life without proper and quality education. The urgency of education for women within the framework of Islamic educational values shows that they are human beings whose human side is closely related to i'tiqadiyah values, khuluqiyah values, and amaliyah values and must have access to proper and quality education.Pendidikan merupakan hak yang mendasar bagi semua orang baik laki-laki ataupun perempuan. Hak atas pendidikan tersebut telah mendapatkan pijakan normatif yang jelas baik dari sisi teologis ataupun yuridisnya. Adanya pembatasan akses kaum perempuan terhadap pendidikan merupakan suatu bentuk pelanggaran terhadap pesan normatif teologis yang ada dalam Islam ataupun pesan normatif yuridis yang ada dalam konstitusi negara. Nilai pendidikan Islam berupa nilai i’tiqadiyah yang mengantarkan manusia pada penguatan etika tauhidiknya, nilai khuluqiyah yang mengantarkan manusia pada pembentukan kerangka etisnya ataupun nilai amaliyah yang mengantarkan manusia pada kerangka praktisnya tidak bisa mewujud dalam kehidupan manusia tanpa adanya pendidikan yang layak dan berkualitas. Urgensi pendidikan bagi kaum perempuan dalam kerangka nilai pendidikan Islam menunjukkan bahwa mereka adalah manusia yang dengan sisi kemanusiaannya berkaitan erat dengan nilai i’tiqadiyah, nilai khuluqiyah, serta nilai amaliyah harus mendapatkan akses terhadap pendidikan yang layak dan berkualitas.

Abstract

This study aims to describe students' motivation to learn mathematics based on gender during online learning. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative, involving students of mathematics education study program through filling out a questionnaire instrument for learning mathematics. The data obtained were analyzed using descriptive statistics, then the research results obtained include: the mathematics learning motivation of female and male students is in the medium category. However, when viewed from every aspect of motivation to learn mathematics, female students have higher motivation than male students during online learning. So it is recommended that mathematics learning pays attention to collaboration based on gender.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan motivasi belajar matematika mahasiswa berdasarkan gender selama pembelajaran online. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kuantitatif deskriptif, dengan melibatkan mahasiswa prodi pendidikan matematika melalui pengisian instrumen angket motivasi belajar matematika. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif, kemudian diperoleh hasil penelitian antara lain: motivasi belajar matematika mahasiswa perempuan dan laki-laki berada pada kategori sedang. Tetapi, jika ditinjau dari setiap aspek motivasi belajar matematika, mahasiswa perempuan memiliki motivasi yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan mahasiswa laki-laki selama pembelajaran online. Sehingga direkomendasikan pembelajaran matematika yang memperhatikan kolaborasi berdasarkan gender.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of beauty vlog on consumer decisions in two groups of cosmetic consumers in Watampone who have different psychologically. The first group is teenage girl respondents (unmarried girls) aged 12-25 years and the second group is adult women aged 26-45 years. Researcher used a quantitative approach by applying multiple linear regression analysis. From a theoretical point of view, it uses a marketing, communication, psychology and problem management approach. The research variable includes the dependent variable (Y) is the purchase decision and the independent variable is the beauty vlog which consists of the sub-variables of attractiveness (X1), expertise (X2), and trustworthiness (X3). The populations of the research were all teenage girls and Muslim adult women in Watampone. Researcher used purposive sample. This technique is included in the non-probability sampling technique with the criteria of being domiciled in Watampone, actively using cosmetics every day and having watched a beauty vlog at least once a month for the past year. Researcher conducted observations to determine the characteristics of beauty vlogs by choosing five beauty vlogs with the highest number of subscribers in Indonesia. This is conduct to get an overview of the research instrument, namely the questionnaire. Furthermore, the questionnaire was distributed to 100 respondents to determine the influence of beauty vlog on purchasing decisions for teenage girls and Muslim women. The results showed that there was no significant influence between the beauty vlog on the decision to buy cosmetics by teenage girls. There is a significant influence on adult women consumers, especially on the trustworthiness variable. Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh beauty vlog terhadap keputusan konsumen pada dua kelompok konsumen kosmetik di kota Watampone yang secara psikologis memiliki perbedaan. Yaitu kelompok responden gadis remaja yakni gadis (belum menikah) yang berusia 12 – 25 tahun dan kelompok wanita dewasa yakni semua wanita yang berusia 26 – 45 tahun. Penulis menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Dari sisi teori, digunakan pendekatan manajemen pemasaran, komunikasi, psikologi, dan maslahah. Adapun variabel dalam penelitian ini meliputi variabel terikat (Y) adalah keputusan pembelian dan variabel bebasnya adalah beauty vlog yang terdiri dari sub variabel attractiveness (X1), expertise (X2), dan trustworthiness (X3). Populasinya adalah seluruh gadis remaja dan wanita dewasa muslim yang ada di Watampone. Peneliti menggunakan purposive sampel. Teknik ini masuk ke dalam teknik non probability sampling dengan kriteria berdomisili di Watampone, aktif menggunakan kosmetik setiap hari dan pernah menyaksikan beauty vlog minimal 1 kali dalam sebulan selama satu tahun terakhir. Peneliti melakukan observasi untuk mengetahui karakteristik beauty vlog dengan memilih lima beauty vlog dengan subscriber terbanyak di Indonesia. Ini dilakukan untuk mendapatkan gambaran dalam pembuatan instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner. Selanjutnya kuesioner disebar kepada 100 orang responden untuk mengetahui pengaruh beauty vlog terhadap keputusan pembelian kosmetik pada gadis remaja dan wanita dewasa muslim. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada pengaruh signifikan antara beauty vlog terhadap keputusan pembelian kosmetik oleh gadis remaja. Pengaruh signifikan terdapat pada konsumen wanita dewasa khususnya pada variabel trustworthiness.

Abstract

Islam is a religion that carries the spirit of defending women. The defense process carried out by Islam against women involves a dialectical process with socio-historical backgrounds that exist in human life with different locus of space and time. Consequently, the signs of the Qur'an as contained in the QS. an-Nisa/04:01 need to continue to reconstruct the readings to get the right normative theological footing related to gender mainstreaming. Men and women are equal partners with static natural potential and dynamic endeavors to take part in various public spaces. Therefore, to gain a comprehensive and holistic understanding of gender mainstreaming, the partnership relations that are built between men and women, in their dynamic gender locus, need to be viewed from various perspectives such as place, time, the person involved, and the others in gender mainstreaming.Islam adalah agama yang membawa semangat pembelaan terhadap kaum perempuan. Proses pembelaan yang dilakukan Islam terhadap kaum perempuan tersebut melibatkan proses dialektis dengan latar belakang sosio-historis yang ada dalam kehidupan umat manusia dengan lokus ruang dan waktu yang berbeda. Konsekuensinya, isyarat al-Qur’an seperti yang termaktub dalam QS. an-Nisa/04:01 perlu untuk terus direkonstruksi ulang pembacaannya untuk mendapatkan pijakan teologis normatif yang tepat terkait pengarusutamaan gender. Laki-laki dan perempuan adalah mitra sejajar dengan potensi yang bersifat kodrati yang statis dan ikhtiyari yang dinamis untuk berkiprah pada berbagai ruang publik. Oleh karena itu, untuk mendapatkan pemahaman yang komprehensif dan holistis terkait pengarusutamaan gender, relasi kemitraan yang terbangun antara laki-laki dan perempuan, dalam lokus gendernya yang dinamis, perlu dilihat dari berbagai perspektif seperti tempat, waktu, pihak-pihak yang terlibat, dan yang lainnya dalam pengarusutamaan gender.

Abstract

Children have to keep up with the ever-changing developments so as to make them always adapt according to their environment. The progress of an industry and technology is very important, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic that is hitting Indonesia today, because all the sophistication of something new based on technology is proof that in the future science and technology will become a very mandatory and important thing for children. . The era of VUCA (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, Ambiguity) is known as the current world condition moves very quickly with all advances in technology and information. To be able to survive in the VUCA era, which is almost all digital, children must adapt for the sake of development in the ever-changing VUCA era. Therefore, as parents, we don't need to be afraid to go to new places, try new things or introduce new experiences to our children by providing proper preparation and support for parenting. This study uses a qualitative approach to the type of library research where researchers collect data from library sources. Data collection techniques were carried out through library data collection, from the results of several literatures that parents must understand existing technology to be wise parents in educating children in the current VUCA digital era. The latest technological breakthrough today, smart techno parenting exists as a form of education for children who are smart and able to keep up with the times by utilizing existing technology for the sake of education for their children. It becomes a bad activity that must be avoided if parents are not involved and do not understand a technology. In addition, parents must also have a smart parenting pattern that was previously only available through training. Technological advances in the current VUCA era, have made it easier for parents to obtain useful information that can be used to educate their children. Here are some useful tips for introducing technology education to children at an early age: Set time to learn about technology, the importance of creativity and innovation, use technology to provide cognitive stimulation in children, healthy and appropriate food intake will shape children's mindsets, Technology can be used to help children improve their motor skills.
