Abstract

This research aims to determine how the pattern of utilization of zakat productively applied in LAZISMu which then also the model applied in the empowerment mustahik so it is unknown whether the revenue mustahik after getting zakat productive of LAZISMu there is an increase or a change both in terms of revenue, business ethics and ability to pay ZIS. LAZISMu in conducting productive utilization of zakat through economic programs that aims to create entrepreneurs and provide new jobs for people who do not have jobs. The method used is qualitative method is to analyze and describe the results of the data obtained in the form of words. The results showed that of the indicators of empowerment mustahik, the impact of empowerment mustahik Development program Economy Family Amanah is, as many as 14 people mustahik of 14 respondents were powerless in terms of increased revenue, 14 mustahik of 14 respondents powerless in terms of the implementation of business ethics of Islam, and 14 mustahik person from 14 respondents helpless terms ZIS payment of these results can be drawn that the ZIS has been effective in empowering mustahik. In the productive utilization of zakat, LAZISMu besides channeling done alone then also always optimize assemblies, institutions and Ortom in Muhammadiyah so that a broader impact beneficiaries and programs more varied.

Abstract

This research was carried out to find out more deeply, and to analyze what factors affected the village community in relation to loan sharks so that in the future there would be no more village communities to deal with rentenier. But they are more likely to choose banks that are both conventional banks and Islamic banks. The research method used is by submitting direct interviews and by distributing questionnaires to village communities where researchers conduct their research. Data analysis techniques with multiple regression with SPSS Version 2.2 program. The results showed that the need factors, religious factors, guarantee factors and the ease of factors that had a significant effect on the community were related to rententir both partially and simultaneously.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the system of providing financing for small and medium enterprises, and to find out the internal banking control system that is applied in supporting the effectiveness of providing small and medium business financing at PT. Bank BNI Syariah Medan Branch Office.The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative method that is data obtained based on the results of research, then processed, analyzed and interpreted using existing theories to then draw conclusions.Based on the results of the study, the author draws the conclusion that the system of financing is applied to PT. Bank BNI Syariah Medan Branch Office the process is not too difficult and quite easy. And the application of an internal control system at PT. Bank BNI Syariah Medan Branch Office complies with COSO theory so that it can support the effectiveness of financing.

Abstract

This study aims to find strategies that can be a solution for Islamic banks in reducing efficiency ratios. This is motivated by the high level of efficiency ratios in the Islamic banking industry which results in a low level of profitability. This situation ultimately made it difficult for Islamic banks to expand their businesses so that the growth of the Islamic banking industry slowed. The research method used is a qualitative approach, namely by conducting a literature review and accompanied by comparative analysis in other countries. The research resulted in the finding that the concept of platform sharing can be a strategy of Islamic banks to be a solution to reduce efficiency ratio. Platform sharing is a mechanism to use infrastructure owned by other entities but is still within the scope of the same business group. With this concept, it is hoped that the operational mechanism of Islamic banks can increase but can still reduce costs.

Abstract

This study aims to provide information about the development of Islamic financialinstitutions, especially in Islamic banking in Indonesia, which is certainly seenfrom the development of the number of offices and profits obtained by Islamicbanking. The method used in the research is descriptive qualitative method, wherethe researcher will collect data related to the development of Islamic banking, thedata is taken from the official website of the Indonesian Bani, and the FinancialServices Authority or often referred to as OJK. The results obtained in this study,that Islamic banks continue to experience an increase in the number of officesfrom year to year, although there are several years experiencing decline, as well asprofits earned by Islamic banks. But despite the decline, Islamic banks continuedto show their existence and continue to develop Islamic banking itself.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze factors that influence profit sharing financing or mudharabah financing. This study uses a quantitative method, where researchers only limit internal factors, namely Third Party Funds (DPK) and Non-performing Financing (NPF), and revenue-sharing. The tool used to analyze the data is using SPSS, and the results obtained. Based on the F test together with DPK variables, the revenue sharing contract and NPF for financing the profit sharing contract at Bank Muamalat Indonesia have a significant effect with Fcounting 328,097 with a significant value of 0,000. . Ftable with ? = 5%; Ftable = f ?df (n-k); (K-1); F table = (0.05; 24; 3) = 3.01 significant value 0,000 less than 0.05. F count. Ftable (328,097 3.01). These results indicate that information regarding DPK, revenue sharing contract revenue and NPF jointly influence the distribution of financing for profit sharing at Bank Muamalat Indonesia, Tbk from 2006-2012

Abstract

Indonesian is a country with the largest Muslim population, with a number reaching 87.18% of the population of 232.4 million people in 2018. In 2015, Indonesia was the first warning of interactions regarding halal lifestyle, this has a good potential to increase the development of halal tourism in Indonesia. The digital age has become an important part in the development of halal tourism because it has now entered the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. In 2018, internet users in Indonesia are around 64.8% and the main reason for using the internet is to communicate. Social Media as the most chosen platform for communication.This study aims to determine the effect of social media marketing on Muslim tourist interest in halal tourist destinations. This research uses a quantitative approach with SEM analysis which is processed through Lisrel. The survey was conducted on 304 respondents. The exogenous variables used are Social Media Marketing, Sharia Compliance in Social Media Marketing, and Sharia Compliance in Destination, while the endogenous variables used are Attitude Towards Destination and Intention to Visit. The results obtained, social media marketing and sharia compliance in destination have a positive relationship on attitude, and attitude has a significant effect on intention, while sharia compliance in social media marketing has no significant effect on attitude. Based on these results, many factors that cause social media complicity with sharia rules are not significant to tourist attitudes. The way to do this is to develop social media that specifically addresses halal tourism.

Abstract

Indonesia has a large potential as a potential market share of Islamic insurance. However, in reality the large muslim population does not necessarily guarantee the large market share of Islamic insurance in Indonesia. Based on AAJI data, insurance users in Indonesia have only reached 7.5%, and only around 5% of that number uses sharia insurance. The low awareness, knowledge and exposure to sharia insurance is the reason for the lack of sharia insurance participation rates. It can be seen from the low literacy rate of sharia insurance in Indonesia that only reached 2.51%. With the rise of the use of social media in Indonesia, Islamic insurance operators use social media as a means of bridging communication between them and consumers. This study seeks to find out how the influence of social media marketing on buying interest in Islamic insurance. Analysis of data from the results of a survey of 324 respondents using Lisrel-SEM found that social media marketing and product compliance with sharia rules had a positive effect on purchase intention through an intermediary attitude towards sharia insurance. While social media marketing compliance to sharia rules has proven to have a negative effect on attitudes towards sharia insurance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study, to find out how the supervision system carried out by the Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI) against Sharia Hotels in the city of Medan. The development of sharia hotels in Indonesia continues to experience a significant increase, this can be seen from the many sharia hotel deals that occur to the public, and also the large number of sharia hotels that stand in the midst of the community. This development is certainly a matter of pride for Muslims, where Islamic principles can again be accepted by the wider community. The development of sharia hotels is a real form, that sharia principles can not only be used by Muslim communities, but also can be used by the wider community. So now sharia hotels can continue to show their existence in the community. So when this happens, there must be a clear system of supervision, which must be carried out by the MUI, with the aim of maintaining the purity of sharia that is applied to sharia hotels in the city of Medan. When viewed from the development of sharia principles applied in financial institutions, it can be seen a strict system of supervision from the MUI, in order to continue to apply sharia principles purely. Supervision carried out by the MUI, placed the Sharia Supervisory Board (DPS) in each of the Islamic financial institutions. The research conducted is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Where the method used to obtain maximum results, must use in-depth interviews (depth interviews) to the Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI) in the city of Medan, and make observations and documentation. Abstract

This research was conducted to find out how Islamic banks take steps that synergize in maximizing the achievement of Hajj savings products in the wider community. This research method is carried out by descriptive qualitative analysis using secondary data which is sourced from the supporting literature of this study and then analyzed in combination between theory and practice. Based on the results of the study that to maximize the synergy of achieving Hajj savings products in Islamic banks, Islamic banks carry out various marketing strategies, namely individuals, groups, community organizations and continue to make efforts to educate and socialize the importance of saving hajj savings from the start.
