Abstract

The game of badminton has factors to realize a good game ability. These factors include physical factors, techniques and tactics. Physical condition has a process of development of physical activity ability carried out systematically and developed to a progressive level to maintain physical fitness in order to achieve optimal physical work ability. Physical condition is an important element in every sport, therefore the physical condition needs to get special and serious attention by planning carefully so that the level of physical fitness and ability of the body is better. A methodological approach that uses variable methods associated with body parts with literature studies as scientific work. The type of data used is secondary data. The data collection method is a library study. The method to be used for the study of this literature study ABSTRAK Permainan bulutangkis memiliki factor-faktor untuk mewujudkan kemampuan permainan yang bagus. Factor tersebut antara lain factor fisik, Teknik dan taktik. kondisi fisik memiliki proses perkembangan kemampuan aktivitas gerak jasmani dilakukan secara sistematis dan dikembangan ketingkat progresif untuk mempertahankan kebugaran jasmani supaya tercapainya kemampuan kerja fisik optimal. Kondisi fisik merupakan unsur penting dalam setiap olahraga, sebab itu kondisi fisik perlu mendapatkan perhatian khusus dan serius dengan merencanakan secara matang agar tingkat kebugaran jasmani dan kemampuan tubuh lebih baik. Pendekatan metologi yang menggunakan metode variabel yang terkait dengan komponen tubuh dengan studi literatur sebagai karya ilmiah. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder. Abstract

Sport is very important for all people, because by exercising we can improve physical and spiritual health. The vital capacity of the lungs is the air that enters and leaves the lungs at the time of the strongest inhalation and exhalation. In writing the article using a qualitative descriptive method of narrative. Based on the research results that there is a significant relationship between vital lung capacity and aerobic capacity with exercise. Aerobic capacity needs to have a good pulse and vital lung capacity. Abstract

Dehydration is a condition where the body experiences a lack of fluids, if the body lacks fluids, the body will expereince many disorders. One of the symptoms of dehydration is fatigue. The purpose of this study was to prove the effect of excessive dehydration on athlete perforance. This type of research is descriptive narrative. This research is descriptive in nature, describing things as they are, meaning that data collected is in the form of words or reasoning, pictures rather than numbers the conclusion is that there is a significant effect of excessive dehydration on athlete performance. ABSTRAK Dehidrasi adalah suatu kondisi dimana tubuh mengalami kekurangan cairan, apabila tubuh kekurangan cairan maka tubuh akan mengalami banyak gangguan. Salah satu gejala yang timbulkan dari dehidrasi adalah kelelahan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk membuktikan efek dehidrasi berlebihan terhadap prestasi atlet. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif naratif . Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif, menggambarkan hal-hal apa adanya, artinya data yang dikumpulkan berupa kata-kata atau penalaran, gambar-gambar daripada angka-angka. Simpulan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dehidrasi berlebihan terhadap prestasi atlet.

Abstract

Preparation of athletes to be ready to face the competition must be done early because it needs to go through a systematic mental training process and takes quite a long time. This study aims to determine the effect of mental imagery training on increasing athletes' self-confidence. Imagery is a term used by psychologists to use imagination to increase motivation to do something that is inclined towards achievement ABSTRAK Persiapan atlet agar siap saat menghadapi pertandingan harus dilakukan sejak dini karena perlu melalui proses latihan mental yang sistematik dan memakan waktu cukup panjang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan mental imagery terhadap peningkatan kepercayaan diri atlet. Imagery adalah istilah yang digunakan oleh ahli psikologi untuk menggunakan imajinasi guna untuk meningkatkan motivasi dalam melakukan sesuatu yang condong ke arah pencapaian.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of mental training on athlete achievement. This study uses a research design of Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design. Matching and randomization were carried out to equalize the experimental group and the control group. As well as pretest and posttest to determine the difference in measurement results before and after being given treatment. The results showed that exercise in the experimental group had a more significant effect than exercise in the control group on athlete achievement. The effectiveness of a success depends on the suitability of the demands for the method used in the activity. In this case, the training is well packaged according to the athlete's needs during training and competition. So that mental training exercises have a significant impact on athlete achievement. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengatahui pengaruh darilatiahn mental training terhadap prestasi atlet. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian Pretest-Posttest Control Gruop Design. Matching dan randomisasi dilakukan untuk menyetarakan kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol. Serta dilakukan pretest dan postest untuk mengetahui perbedaan hasil pengukuran sebelum dan sesudah diberikan treatment. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Latihan pada kelompok eksperimen memberikan pengaruh yang lebih signifikan dibandingkan latihan pada kelompok kontrol terhadap prestasi atlet. Efektivitas suatu keberhasilan bergantung pada kesesuaian tuntutan akan kebutuhan metode yang digunakan pada aktivitas tersebut. Dalam hal ini, latihan dikemas dengan baik sesuai dengan kebutuhan atlet saat latihan dan pertandingan. Sehingga latihan mental training memberikan dampak yang signifikan terhadap prestasi atlet.
