Abstract

Information system audits are carried out to identify and ensure that existing system procedures in the company function properly, using Cobit 5 to audit the DingTalk application information system at PT Global Optimus Prime Logistik because a comprehensive audit of the information system has never been carried out and it cannot be confirmed that it is appropriate or not according to company standards. With an information system audit on the DingTalk system running in the company, it is hoped that it can align needs with company goals. The research was collected using quantitative capability analysis. The audit results with the highest score, namely MEA01, received a maturity level of 80.90 with a Largely Achieved achievement score and a GAP score of DSS01.01 with a GAP score of 0.8, DSS01.02 with a GAP score of 1.1, DSS01.03 with a GAP score of 0.6, DSS01. 04 has a GAP value of 0.5, and DSS01.05 has a GAP value of 1.2 from target level 5. Meanwhile, the MEA 01 domain received a Maturity Level of 58.00 with a Largely Achieved achievement value, MEA01.01 has a GAP value of 3.8, MEA01.02 has a GAP value of 3.3, MEA01.03 GAP value of 3.1, MEA01.04 GAP value 2m8, MEA01.05 GAP value 2.5 from target level 5. Analyst GAP results obtained from DSS01 and MEA01 have reached the target level.

Abstract

The increasing number of private vehicle users in urban areas is often not balanced with the addition of adequate parking lots, causing significant problems such as congestion and irregular parking control. This study aims to design and implement an Internet of Things (IoT)-based parking area monitoring system that can provide real-time parking availability information via a website. This system uses an ESP32 microcontroller, ultrasonic sensors, and infrared sensors to detect the presence of vehicles in the parking area. This system is expected to make it easier for drivers to find empty parking areas, reduce traffic congestion, and improve travel efficiency. Research methods include literature studies, prototype development experiments, and system performance testing in a controlled environment. The results of this study indicate that the IoT-based parking monitoring system can function well in monitoring parking area availability and providing accurate information to users.

Abstract

The most popular game today is a mobile game, because it can be played anytime and anywhere, in the case of Mobile Legend Bang-Bang which has been used by more than one million users. Mobile Legend is one of the MOBA (Multiplayer Online Battle Arena) games, MOBA games are online games that combine RPG (Role Playing Game) and RTS (Real Time Strategy) to test the user experience based on usability using the System Usability Scale (SUS) method. (SUS) is one of the usability testing methods to obtain significant analysis results, questionnaires are given to 100 respondents who have been selected based on active users of Mobile Legends Bang-Bang in order to get a representative score result. This study aims to e.valuate the experience and feelings of player users using the Game Experience Questionnaire (GEQ) instrument. GEQ only focuses on the user's experience and feelings while playing. The results of the GEQ based on three modules, namely the Core Module, Social Presence Module and Post Game Module, showed good results in each dimension, such as in the dimensions of Positive Affect, Competence, Immersion, Empathy and Positive Experience, proving that respondents enjoyed the game by feeling that they could finish the game easily and did not feel negative impacts. With the calculation of data obtained based on the score results calculated based on the calculation formula of the System Usability Scale method, if the score result is less than 68, Mobile Legend needs a more significant improvement in terms of its usability.

Abstract

This research examines the role of Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) and Green Leadership (GL) in shaping Green Organizational Culture (GOC) in the Micro and Small Industry (IMK) sector in Surabaya City. Through a quantitative approach with descriptive and explanatory designs, this study reveals that GHRM and GL have a significant influence on the formation of a sustainability-oriented organisational culture. GHRM practices, such as sustainability value-based recruitment and training, and environment-based performance evaluation, support the internalisation of sustainability values among employees. GL contributes through sustainability vision, employee empowerment in environmental initiatives, and encouragement of sustainability innovation. Regression analysis shows that GL and GHRM simultaneously have a statistically significant relationship. These findings reinforce the view that GHRM and GL are strategic pillars in building a green organisational culture, particularly in the IMK sector which faces environmental challenges such as waste and pollution. With effective implementation, GHRM and GL can improve the competitiveness, operational efficiency, and environmental reputation of the IMK sector. This research offers practical insights for businesses to integrate sustainability in their operational strategies.

Abstract

This study has the aim to determine the effect of training, achievement motivation and compensation on teacher performance at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Langsa City. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach. Data collection is done through library research and questionnaires. The sample in this study amounted to 54 teachers who served in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Langsa City. The conclusions of the research conducted include: 1) Training has a positive but not significant effect on teacher performance at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Langsa City, as the coefficient value tcount < ttable, which is 0.105 < 1.674 at significant 0.917 > 0.05. Which means that under H0 is accepted while H1 is rejected because the effect is still in the insignificant category. Although the results of this study show a non-significant effect, the more dominant fact shows that teacher training activities can increase knowledge and skills which have a positive impact on teacher performance. 2) Achievement motivation has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Langsa City, as the coefficient value tcount > ttable, which is 19.956 > 1.674 at significant 0.000 < 0.05. Which means that the research hypothesis H0 is rejected and H2 is accepted. This means that there is a positive and significant contribution to achievement motivation on teacher performance. 3) Training compensation has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Langsa City, as the coefficient value tcount < ttable, which is 4.143 > 1.674 at significant 0.000 > 0.05. Which means that the research hypothesis H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted. Therefore, the compensation program given to teachers will provide high enthusiasm for teachers in teaching. 4) Training, achievement motivation and compensation simultaneously affect teacher performance at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Langsa City. This is evidenced by the significant value of 0.000 < 0.05 and the value of Fcount > Ftable (1201.835 > 3.17). The influence is symbolized by R (correlation). The magnitude of the coefficient of determination (R Square) is R Square 0.986 or equal to 98.6% meaning that the variables of training, achievement motivation and compensation simultaneously (together) affect teacher performance variables.
