Abstract

The need for an analysis of the predictions of continuation of student studies to college is a strong reason for this research. Because by knowing the number of students at a school who continue or not continue studies to universities become a reference to improve education services at the school concerned. Naive Bayes is an effective and efficient classification algorithm for data mining and machine learning. So in the research proposed Naive Bayes for predictions of continuation of student studies to college with k-fold validation and confusion matrix. And results from the algorithm Naive Bayes is 86.53%.

Abstract

ABSTRAK: Sebuah Videography yang dibuat secara profesional, atau setidaknya walaupun hasilshooting yang buruk oleh camera person yang amatiran namun bila di finalisasi melalui proses editingyang setidaknya mendekati gaya profesional oleh para editor videography yang mampu membuatnyaakan menjadi sesuatu hal yang menarik, menjadi dokumentasi yang bermutu dan tahan lama sertamenjadi sebuah alat promosi yang lebih tajam dibandingkan dengan proposal proposal dan teknik kunolainnya yang saat ini tentunya daya saing lebih ketat seiring makin ramainya industri EDM itu sendiri.Videography dapat berbicara penuh dan tajam serta mempunyai bukti kuat dan hasil yang nyata darisetiap brand yang akan dijual diluar sebagai bahan dokumentasi seperti pada penelitian ini.Kata kunci: Video, Dokumentasi, Promosi.Abstract: A Videography created professionally, or at least even if the result of poor shooting by anamateur camera person, but when in the finalization through the editing process at least approached bythe editors of professional style videography that can make it would be something the interesting thing, adocumentation of a quality and durable as well as being a promotional tool sharper than the proposal theproposal and other ancient techniques that are currently competitiveness certainly tougher as more andmore crowded industrial EDM itself. Abstract

This research is motivated by the declining interest of students in learning English because teaching the old or traditional way more or less hinders the ability of many students to understand certain languages. The purpose of this research is to design an English learning media in the form of educational games to attract students' interest in learning English further. This research uses the waterfall development method which is combined using the Decision Tree algorithm. In its application the Waterfall method has five stages, namely, Requirements Analysis, System Design, Program Code Writing, Testing, and Maintenance, while the application of the Decision Tree algorithm lies in the first game to choose what path or scan will each player get. The results of this study showed that 90.85% of people who took part in the survey through respondent questionnaires were interested in learning more English.

Abstract

Love Alms Community is a social institution that manages humanitarian funds, alms and alms. The distribution of compensation for the poor in the Love Alms Community had previously been running but still using the manual method, data collection of prospective beneficiaries using paper media so that it takes a long time and the risk of data loss or damage and the occurrence of differences of opinion between members with one another in determining the acceptance of the impacted compensation wrong target in the distribution of compensation. So that research is conducted for the application of the Topsis method in the application of decision support systems aimed at assisting in determining who is entitled to compensation quickly and accurately. The system development method used is RAD (Rapid Application development) with UML (Unified Modeling Language) and PHP modeling notation as a programming language using the CodeIgniter framework. The results of this application can accelerate and facilitate the work of admins in managing prospective recipient data accurately, effectively, and efficiently. This application needs to be developed into the Android system and add other methods.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the performance of k-NN algorithm in recommending career paths for students based on their interests, past courses, and career goals. The k-NN algorithm was applied to a dataset of student information and its performance was evaluated using quantitative or qualitative measures such as accuracy or user satisfaction. The results indicated that the algorithm provided accurate recommendations and that the choice of k and the use of Euclidean distance measure were crucial for the performance of the algorithm. However, the study also highlighted the limitations of the research, such as the size and diversity of the dataset used, which could have affected the generalizability of the results. This study emphasizes the potential of data-driven approaches in career guidance in education and the k-NN algorithm as a valuable tool in this field. Future research could include incorporating additional factors such as student demographics or academic performance into the algorithm and using more diverse and larger datasets

Abstract

The competition is an event for the success of a school in showing the success of a school educating their students, one type of competition is the paskibraka competition between schools, the problem that often occurs in the process of selecting prospective participants for the paskibrakan competition is to designate students who are considered to meet the expected competencies, this will have an adverse impact on the consideration of interest, endurance and knowledge of the paskibra so that it is maximal in achieving the expected goals in a competition, subjective selection is considered inappropriate today, it is necessary to make decisions using technological assistance in order to minimize errors in selection process, in this study a decision-making system was used to obtain more structured results in the form of logical calculations, the use of decision support systems has been widely applied o by leaders in making decisions, the logic of decision making is in the form of calculations using the application of decision making methods, one method of application is the Simple Additive Weighting method in finding the value of the data to be selected, and to improve research results so that they are more accurate a combination of weighting methods for consideration such as the method AHP, a combination of methods or AHP-SAW hybrid get the results of 1.0 as the highest value

Abstract

Kinerja Seorang guru merupakan ujung tombak dari pelaksanaan pendidikan dan pembelajaran, namun masih banyak guru yang belum sadar akan tugasnya sehingga pendidikan berjalan dengan tidak maksimal. Guru yang sadar akan kewajiban harus selalu meningkatkan kompetensi diri, sehingga dalam meningkatkan kreativitas guru, maka penulis memilih sebuah Program Pengabdian yang mengacu pada hasil observasi yang telah dilakukan di SDN 02 Desa Dermolo sehingga program yang akan dilaksanakan nantinya dapat disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan guru sesuai situasi dan kondisi. Program disusun berdasarkan saran dan pertimbangan yang matang, sehingga memilih aplikasi Canva yang dimanfaatkan untuk membuat desain infografis seperti poster, flayer, logo, dan video pembelajaran guna menunjang kegiatan belajar mengajar. Disamping menunjang pembelajaran, mendesain dengan canva juga dapat membatu mempermudah dalam mengaplikasikan PMM (Platfom Merdeka Mengajar).

Abstract

This study examines the percentage of illiterate individuals in 34 Indonesian provinces in 2022. This data is analyzed by segregating the percentage of the illiterate population by age, specifically 15 years, 15-44 years, and 45 years and older. The analysis begins by examining the percentage of 15-year-olds who are illiterate. Significant disparities exist between provinces, with Papua province having the highest percentage (18.81%) and North Sulawesi province having the lowest percentage (0.19%). Visualization of the data as tables and maps plainly demonstrates this distinction. Next, the analysis examined the percentage of the 15-44-year-old population that was illiterate. Papua province has the greatest percentage, at 15.06%, while North Sulawesi and Riau provinces have the lowest percentage, at 0.07% each. This comparison is also clarified by means of data visualization. Finally, data regarding the percentage of illiterate individuals aged 45 and older were analyzed. Again, the province of Papua has the highest percentage at 28.35%, while the province of North Sulawesi has the lowest percentage at 0.34%. In addition to tables and maps, the results of this analysis are also presented in tabular format. This data provides a clear picture of the level of illiteracy in various Indonesian provinces in 2022, and the results can be used to devise more effective education programs and more targeted solutions to combat illiteracy in Indonesia.

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat telah menjadi bagian yang tak terpisahkan dari Tridharma perguruan tinggi yang harus dilaksanakan oleh setiap dosen. Sebuah tim pengabdian dari program studi Teknik Informatika Universitas Islam Nahdlatul Ulama Jepara telah dibentuk dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia agar dapat menyesuaikan diri dengan perkembangan teknologi di era globalisasi industri 4.0. Salah satu langkah yang diambil untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut adalah dengan mengadakan pelatihan dalam merancang alat berbasis mikrokontroler Arduino di SMK Hasan Kafrawi. Pelatihan ini memberikan pemahaman dasar tentang perangkat sensor elektronika, Aplikasi Internet of Things, ilmu komputer, dan robotika kepada peserta, yang kemudian mereka terapkan dalam pembuatan perangkat dengan menggunakan aplikasi software dan pengkodean script. Tujuan dari pelatihan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan, wawasan, dan keterampilan siswa SMK Hasan Kafrawi, serta untuk mendorong kreativitas mereka dalam membuat perangkat elektronika menggunakan Arduino uno. Hasil dari pelatihan ini adalah respon positif dan feedback yang baik dari peserta, serta meningkatnya minat mereka terhadap bidang elektronika.

Abstract

In the teaching and learning process, the creativity of the teaching staff is needed, one of the teaching methods is to use learning media. Moreover, it is supported by the development of information technology which is very advanced and rapidly developing as it is today. This community service activity discusses the application of android-based solar system educational games for elementary school students. The purpose of this activity is to introduce an innovative approach to solar system learning that involves technology. This activity includes a description of the development and application of android-based educational games specifically designed for students of SDN 4 Plajan, Jepara Regency. The method of implementing this activity begins with a survey of the needs of the students, activity planning, activity implementation and activity evaluation. The results of this activity open up new opportunities in education by providing learning methods that are interesting, effective, and stimulate student interest in exploring solar system science.
