Abstract

Abstract Development of the mass media have impact in the history of human life. The Study aims to determine the representation of the discourse on Anas Urbaningrum shown through the texts that are present in the interaction process during Indonesia Lawyers Club program lasted six episodes that discuss topics related to corruption cases involving Anas Urbaningrum.This study used a qualitative research approach. Qualitative Methods in Critical Discourse Analysis of Social Cognition models used to analyze representations of discourse and text about the production process in the event program Anas Urbaningrum Indonesia Lawyers Club.The results of this study indicate that the six episodes of "Indonesia Lawyers Club" which is sampled in this study, represent a qualitative discourse on Anas Urbaningrum differently. The first sample, Anas marginally represented. In the second sample, Anas represented as it is in accordance with the events that occurred. In the third sample, Anas marginally represented. In the fourth sample, Anas represented as it is. In the fifth sample, Anas represented as it is. And on the sixth sample, Anas marginally represented. Analysis of the social context also presents two discourse representations regarding Anas, which are marginal and it is, but with an agreement that Anas guilty. The production process and the message of the speakers and Karni Ilyas representing Anas uses three major schemes, namely the role of the scheme, persons, and events that indicate the position of the speaker against Anas.Abstrak Pekembangan media massa memberi dampak besar dalam sejarah kehidupan manusia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses representasi wacana mengenai Anas Urbaningrum ditampilkan melalui teks-teks yang hadir dalam proses interaksi selama program acara Indonesia Lawyers Club berlangsung pada enam episode yang membahas topik terkait kasus korupsi yang melibatkan Anas Urbaningrum. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif. Metode kualitatif dengan Analisis Wacana Kritis model Kognisi Sosial digunakan untuk menganalisis representasi wacana dan proses produksi teks mengenai Anas Urbaningrum dalam program acara Indonesia Lawyers Club. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa enam episode “Indonesia Lawyers Club” yang menjadi sampel dalam penelitian ini secara kualitatif merepresentasikan wacana mengenai Anas Urbaningrum secara berbeda. sampel pertama, Anas direpresentasikan secara marjinal. Pada sampel kedua, Anas direpresentasikan secara apa adanya sesuai dengan peristiwa yang terjadi. Pada sampel ketiga, Anas direpresentasikan secara marjinal. Pada sampel keempat, Anas direpresentasikan secara apa adanya. Pada sampel kelima, Anas direpresentasikan secara apa adanya. Dan pada sampel keenam, Anas direpresentasikan secara marjinal. Analisis konteks sosial juga menghadirkan dua representasi wacana mengenai Anas, yaitu secara marjinal dan apa adanya, namun dengan satu kesepakatan bahwa Anas bersalah. Proses produksi pesan para narasumber dan Karni Ilyas yang merepresentasikan Anas menggunakan tiga skema utama, yaitu skema peran, person, dan peristiwa yang menunjukkan posisi Anas terhadap narasumber tersebut.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe students’ ability in solving mathematical representation problems evaluated from mathematical disposition.  The subjects are three students of 10th grade of public senior high school (PSHS) in Padalarang, West Java, Indonesia. They were selected from 35 students with high, medium, and low mathematical disposition ability. The results of the study showed that almost all of the students able to use visual representation to solve mathematical problems, and create mathematical models and solve problems by involving mathematical expressions. In contrast, most of students could not fulfill two indicators of the mathematical representation ability, i.e. creating the sketch of geometric patterns and making the mathematical model based on the situation and data given.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of profitability on stock returns on pulp and paper subsector companies. This research was conducted in a span of more than one year, so the research design used was time series design. This study uses a descriptive and verification approach with time series design methods. A total of 5 companies were selected as samples using purposive sampling. Financial statements and stock data are used as research instruments in retrieving data, and data analysis techniques used are simple linear regression. Based on the research findings it can be seen that profitability has a significant effect on stock returns. Differences in this study were found in the objects and methods of research, population and research samples, period of research, measurement tools and results of research, and sources of theory.

Abstract

One role of the Department of Spatial Planning and Housing is to provide the Permits Building License Service. The granting of licenses is intended  that building activities are in accordance with its designation and spatial plan and urban areas in order to implement the content of the plan, then the need for certificates of Permits Building License, which will provide certainty and legal guarantees to the people. This research aims at knowing how the quality of service of the Department of Spatial Planning and Housing in giving permits building license service (IMB). The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Teachniques of the data collection are in-depth interviews direct observations and documentations. The theory used from Fandy Tjiptono (1995: 25) explains that the quality of service criteria are politeness and friendliness, responsibility, convenience, comfort and completeness of facilities. The conclusion is that the Department of Spatial Planning and Housing in providing Permits Building services have been good and running properly. It could be seen from the politeness and hospitality given by the employee, the ease and convenience provided in the Permits Building License arrangement at the Department of Spatial Planning and Housing, however, the completeness of the means are not sufficient, this can be seen with the lack and the destruction of operational vehicles used by the employee to get off the field.

Abstract

Penelitian adalah penelitian yang ingin membuktikan dari penelitian-penelitian sejenis sebelumnya , hanya penelitian kali ini dilakukan pada perusahaan sector industry barang konsumsi yang terdaftar pada Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2017 , yang bertujuan unutk mengetahui bagaimana  pengaruh dan seberapa besar pengaruhnya struktur modal terhadap nilai perusahaan secara langsung , maupun melalui variable interfening profitabilitas di dalam pengambilan keputusan berinvestasi terhadap nilai perusahaan.. Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif yang mengolah data sekunder, besarnya pengaruh dapat dihitung menggunakan alat statistik SPSS dengan analisis  jalur (path analysis). Hasil penelitian menggambarkan pengaruh yang sangat kuat pada tingkat signifikansi sebesar 92,7 % pada faktor yang mempengaruhi nilai perusahaan seperti struktur modal ,dan keputusan investasi melalui profitabilitas. Keputusan investasi secara parsial merupakan fakroe yang mempunyai hubungan positif searah sebesar 0,682 terhadap nilai perusahaan. Sedangkan struktur modal dan rofitabilitas tidak begitu signifikan secara terpisah. Walaupun secara gabungan besarnya pengaruh struktur modal terhadap nilai perusahaan melalui profitabilitas sebesar 0, 487 dan keputusan investasi terhadap nilai perusahaan melalui profitabilitas sebsar 0,541. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan gambaran , analisis dan prediksi mengenai keputusan investasi yang akan diambil oleh para investor , baik investor institusional maupun investor individual pada perusahaan barang konsumsi dalam rangka menaikan nilai perusahaan unutk bisnis yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

The result and process of learning of at early childhood education children are still not in accordance with their age and expectation that faced by the low of social-emotional development specifically on tolerance and cooperation in conducting during various teaching and learning activities. In order to solve the problem, this study used the combination of explicit instruction and cooperative learning model with playing method. This research was conducted using qualitative approach with class action research and three times learning class and using instrument to observe of teacher and students? activities. The result indicates that the teacher and children activities improved on the third learning with very good and very active criterion, and children social-emotional aspect develop gradually as expected at the last learning.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan memperoleh (1) gambaran arus kas operasi pada perusahaansubsektor pertambangan batubara yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2011–2013. (2) gambaranharga saham pada perusahaan subsektor pertambangan batubara yang terdaftar di BEIperiode 2011–2013. (3) gambaran pengaruh arus kas operasi terhadap harga saham padaperusahaan subsektor pertambangan batubara yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2011–2013.Untuk mengukur pengaruh pada penelitian ini maka digunakanlah arus kas masuk arus kaskeluar sebagai rasio arus kas operasi dan harga saham penutupan sebagai rasio dari hargasaham. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif dan verifikatif dengandesain penelitian time series design. Analisis statistik yang digunakan adalah regresi liniearsederhana dengan tingkat signifikansi α = 5 % menggunakan alat bantu program SPSS21.0 for Windows.Hasil penelitian yang dibuktikan dengan uji F menunjukkan bahwa bahwa model regresidapat digunakan untuk melihat pengaruh arus kas operasi terhadap harga saham. Adapunpengaruh variabel independen dengan hasil uji t adalah arus kas operasi berpengaruhpositif terhadap harga saham. Artinya semakin tinggi arus kas operasi maka akanberpengaruh pada peningkatan harga saham.

Abstract

Objectives - The purpose of this study is to find out how the picture of the application of net profit margin and earnings per share to stock prices in the sub-sector of investment companies in 2011-2016design / methodology / approach - The method used in this research is descriptive and verifikatif method. The data used are secondary data from each company sub sector of investment company in year 2011-2016 with analysis technique using multiple regression. Sampling in this research use purposive sampling.Findings - The results of this study indicate that, the application of net profit margin effect on stock prices. earnings per share effect on stock prices. The results showed that the application of net profit margin and earnings per share a positive influence on stock prices.Originality - Differences of research with previous research is on the object, population and sample research, the study period, measuring instruments and research results, as well as sources of foreign theories and journals and foreign books and research results

Abstract

The problem of this research was about decrease in dividend policy BUSN Devisa listed on theIndonesia Stock Exchange which is measured by Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) over the last twoyears. These factors affecting the dividend policy were liquidity which is measured by Loan toDeposit Ratio (LDR) and profitability which is measured by Return On Equity (ROE). Thepurposes of this study were describing the liquidity, profitability, dividend policy, the effectliquidity on dividend policy, the effect profitability on dividend policy, and the effect of liquidityand profitability on dividend policy. This research utilised descriptive and verificative, thetechnique which is used was multiple correlation, and hypothesis testing used t Test (partialsignificance test) and F Test (simultaneous significance test). The data is gained from secondarydata which is from the annual report and summary of performance BUSN Devisa from 2010-2014.The population of this study was 25 BUSN Devisa listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with 4samples through purposive sampling technique. The result of hypothesis testing in partial showedthat liquidity and profitability effected the dividend policy significantly. The result of hypothesistesting showed that the liquidity and profitability effected on dividend policy significantsimultaneously.

Abstract
