Abstract

The importance of the quality of the workforce that will be used makes management work hard and be careful in determining the criteria that will be determined for the decision making process for the recruitment of prospective workers. The authority to recruit non-civil servant election supervisors is also the full authority of Bawaslu in the process must be maximized. At present, the process of recruiting non-PNS Bawaslu employees in Simalungun Regency has not been systemized and computerized which results in suboptimal recruitment results because many employees recruited are still in doubt of their credibility. Abstract

In general, insurance is providing risk coverage to the insurer, namely the insurance company for a predetermined period and agreements. Insurance or coverage is an agreement between two or more parties, in which the insurer binds himself to the insured, by receiving an insurance premium, to provide compensation to the insured due to loss, damage or loss. The k-medoids method is one of several clustering methods in data mining which is part of partitional clustering. This method uses objects in a collection of objects to represent a cluster. The k-medoids clustering method can be applied to customer financing data for insurance claims on motor vehicle users, so that the financing grouping can be seen based on these data. At the Office of the Ministry of Religion of East Kotawaringin Regency, the administrative process of registering zakat and waqf is still done manually, so that for less than optimal public services it takes a long time in the process, there are also obstacles to delays in making reports and the form of data storage which is still in the form of documents. archived and so that the data search process becomes slow. This will hamper the quality of service to the community. Abstract

Tanaman Mini is a place for ornamental plant cultivation located in Denokan Hamlet, Sleman - Jogjakarta, mini plants sell various types of ornamental plants, liquid organic fertilizer, rabbit urine fertilizer, fertilizer for varigata, medicinal plants such as pesticides. In addition, mini plants sell planting media, there are 2 types of planting media, namely allocative planting media and planting media for varigata plants. As well as selling Moss (moss) and there are 2 types of Moss, namely Moss premium and Moss regular. However, Tanaman Mini are currently in product sales transactions using social media and the ordering process is written in a ledger so it is very difficult to make stock reports & sales reports .. To solve the existing problems, the Tanaman Mini shop wants to build an online sales system (E-Commerce) as a website to sell products sold by the Mini Plant shop and computerized sales transactions. to exist in the business world. With information system technology, it will facilitate various activities of delivering information or managing data in E-commerce. This research aims to facilitate service to consumers. by using a website-based information system and being able to present detailed information on plant species, finding information on seed types becomes easier. This system is designed using the PHP programming language and MySQL database

Abstract

Traffic congestion is a major problem that occurs in big cities in Indonesia. This can cause various negative impacts such as waste of fuel, waste of time, and air pollution. Therefore, the government divides the types of highways and only allows large cargo trucks to pass on arterial roads. So it is necessary to have a smart city to implement government policies in order to overcome the impacts caused by traffic congestion. Classification of the types of vehicles that pass on the highway needs to be done so that there are no vehicle violations outside the specifications that are allowed to enter certain highways. Classification of vehicle types using the Convolution Neural Network (CNN) method. The architecture used is in the form of an existing CNN architecture or an existing CNN architecture, namely googlenet and shufflenet. We fine tune Googlenet and Shufflenet to get maximum accuracy. The dataset used is data taken from several CCTV camera points in several cities in Indonesia in July 2021. The proposed method can classify vehicle types with an accuracy of 95.88% Googlenet and 96.48% Shufflenet. Thus, it is hoped that it can contribute to researchers to develop a better CNN so that it can be implemented for the benefit of road traffic in Indonesia in the future

Abstract

Crime is a problem that often occurs in everyday life and is an action that can cause certain parties to be harmed both physically and materially. Factors that influence these crimes include immorality, molestation, theft, gambling, extortion/threatening, embezzlement, fraud, and vandalism. The increase in crime at this time is very significant. Over time, crime increased in an erratic pattern. In this study, the authors tried to mine data (data mining) reports of crimes that occurred at the Siantar Barat Police, Pematangsiantar City from the previous year. The data were analyzed using the C.45 algorithm, where this algorithm aims to classify data on certain crime classes. With the creation of this system, it is hoped that it can assist the police in classifying crimes and minimizing areas prone to crime

Abstract

Abstrak− Prediksi kelulusan Mahasiswa STIKOM Tunas Bangsa diperlukan untuk meninjau sejauh mana tingkat pemaha.man Siswa. Backpropagation merupakan salah satu teknik yang baik digunakan untuk prediksi, Metode yang digunakan adalah metode Backpropagation. Dengan metode ini dapat dilakukan pengolahan data menggunakan nilai input serta target yang ingin dihasilkan. Sehingga dapat memprediksi kelulusan Mahasiswa dalam uji kompetensi keahlian. Selanjutnya data yang akan dikelola adalah rekap nilai rata-rata kejuruan jurusan sistem komputer dari semester 1 sampai semester 5 dengan aspek pengetahuan pada target siswa Tahun Pelajaran 2019 dan Tahun Pelajaran 2020 yang diperoleh dari penjumlahan seluruh mata pelajaran pada setiap semester. Hasil dari perhitungan dengan metode Backpropagation dengan aplikasi Matlab akan menjadi prediksi dalam menghasilkan nilai tingkat kelulusan siswa di masa yang akan datang. Sehingga penelitian ini menjadi indikator dalam pengembangan prediksi Mahasiswa dimasa yang akan datang. Kata Kunci : Jaringan Syaraf Tiruan, Backpropagation, Prediksi Mahasiswa STIKOM Tunas Bangsa Abstract− Predictions of student bud stikom graduation nations are needed to look at the level of insia. Man student. Backpropagation is one of the techniques used for prediction, the method used is the method of backpropagation. This method will allow data processing to use input values and targets to be produced. So it can predict student graduation in competence expertise tests. Furthermore, the data will be managed is the vocational recap of the computer system's department of department from semester 1 to semester 5 with knowledge on student targets of lesson year 2019 and 2020 school years that are generated from a total of entire subjects each semester. The result of calculating the backpropagation method with the matlab application will be the prediction in producing a student's grade level of graduation in the future. Abstract

Conducting a graduation classification of prospective freshmen at a college should be best not only by the written exam value criteria but also the interview test, and other things that can serve as assessment parameters. In this study an increased parameters for classifying potential students in the scarlet hyperlinate's post-collegiate bud with deep learning methods using a c4 algorithc.5. With this method of classification, it is hoped to help academicians determine the criteria of active and exemplary freshman candidates. From experiment with the rapidminer's software on the data of students who have registered from 2016 to 2020, obtained an active student classification defined by the value of the interview being the first node, coupled with the value of an academic potential test. In the meantime, it is found that what can affect a student's performance is the school's origin and duration of college. Students who continue studying => 4 years tend to have grades and achievements under those who continue to study at three to four years. Based on research, score of accuracy at 81.32%.

Abstract

The best selection is made to give an award to employees who have worked well and are exemplary. This is done as a form of gratitude for what has been given to the company. However, in selecting the best employees there are several criteria for consideration, namely discipline, attendance, communication, cooperation and responsibility. Due to the large number of employee data, causing the decision-making process time. So, the author uses the Analytical Hierarchy Process method where the decision-making process is carried out by evaluating alternatives based on predetermined criteria to help speed up decision making in selecting the best employees. The alternative matrix calculation yields a value of 0.333 or 33,3% for employee 4 on behalf of Apri Yuliani. And those employees are recommended as the best employees
