Abstract

The development of information technology today requires information that is fast and accurate in its implementation. The installation of prospective legislative advertising brochures that perform well with the support of a decision support system is one of the implementations of the development of information technology. Research that uses the mamdani method in this decision support system produces a decision support system application for installing banners that are commonly used in legislative candidates. The criteria used in the decision support system for installing advertising banners are: location name, strategy element, location location, rival advertisement and population. The results of this study are the location of the selected strategies from several places that have good performance that have followed the selection, and the output of the application helps decision makers (desician makers) in choosing alternatives for the location of advertisements in the form of banner candidates using desktop-based web applications

Abstract

Data clustering of Mitra10 member card, it is only based on the payment day by customer. And the total point only based on 0,25% calcutation of each payment. This is not so efficient knowing that there are so many ungrouping data that can be use for increase the rewards to the customer. In order to clustering the data of member card total point, it need a method of data clustering. The method election really affecting the result of data clustering. After all of the member card Mitra10 data transformed to the number form, then the datas can be grouping to fuzzy subtractive clustering algorythm. The data need to divided to some cluster : Select the amount of the cluster. In this research the data will be divided to 3 cluster. Select the center point of each cluster and fisrt center point selected randomly to generate main center point of each cluster. One data will be part of one cluster that has the smallest distance from the center cluster. Example for the first data, smallest distance get by cluster 1, so that the first data will be member of cluster 1. And so for the second data , smallest distance in cluster 3, so it will be member of cluster 3. In this iteration, center point of each cluster does not changed and there is no moving data to another cluster. Cluster 1 result: Has center (1,413, 1,195, 1,695) cluster 1 dominated by the bronze group. Cluster 2 result: Has center (2,658, 1,219, 1,585) cluster 2 dominated by the silver group. Cluster 3 result: Has center (4, 1,8, 3) cluster 3 dominated by the silver group

Abstract

Attendance is a student data collection process carried out by a teacher in an organization. In the world of education, absenteeism is one of the most important factors in the discipline aspect that shows the values ​​of obedience, obedience, and order. In general, the attendance process usually still uses a manual sistem, but usually it is not wrong if it is still used.However, the school must also be able to follow the current developments in order to be able to minimize the problems caused by the use of manual attendance. Because in practice there are still problems in student data collection who still use manual sistems such as the absence of a student who often leaves absent through other students and even goes home prematurely.The development of the internet is currently growing rapidly, this can certainly be utilized by creating an online attendance sistem using the RAD method. The application can be used when the teacher is unable to attend class. This attendance was created using the PHP programming language with the Code Igniter framework and MySQL database

Abstract

The Ratio of Gross Participation Rate of Education is a very important role holder in the development of the nation and state, because that's where the intelligence and ability and even the character of the nation in the future is determined by education at this time. This study discusses the grouping of the number of ratios of gross participation rates by province in Indonesia. The method used is datamining with the K-means clustering algorithm. Using this method the data obtained can be grouped into 3 clusters. This study uses secondary data that is data obtained through intermediary media recorded on the website of the central statistics agency with the url address: http://www.bps.go.id. The results obtained in this study are the grouping of the ratio of gross participation rates of education grouped into 3 clusters, namely the highest cluster and the lowest cluster. In this study is expected to provide input to the relevant government, in order to pay more attention to the provinces that are included in the lowest cluster to overcome the level of quality of universities

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to measure student satisfaction with teacher performance Smk Satrya Budi 2 Perdagangan using classification data mining techniques C4.5 Algorithm. Data Sources obtained from questionnaires that have been given to students Smk Satya Budi 2 Perdagangan and giving questionnaires to students as many as 97 students. attributes used as a parameter for assessing student satisfaction include: Teacher attendance (C1), Material Mastery (C2), Material Explanation (C3), Tasks (C4), Attitude Teacher (C5), and Teacher appearance (C6). The results of processing the C4.5 algorithm using the help of Weka software are the attributes of teacher attendance (C1) and material explanation (C3) which are attributes that affect student satisfaction on teacher performance. And the accuracy value shown against the suitability of the C4.5 algorithm with student satisfaction with teacher performance is 94%. The benefit of this research is to improve the quality of teacher performance and improve the quality of teacher teaching

Abstract

In the current pandemic era, human health is vulnerable to various kinds of diseases such as the covid-19 virus which makes conditions very bad for humans, diseases come continuously over time due to weather conditions, various methods of treatment are also growing, one of which is The only treatment is using herbal plants that are used as natural medicine which is a hereditary heritage that has been around for a long time, but in reality people do not know about the existence of herbal plant treatment methods around them. In fact, herbal plants have better efficacy than chemical-based medicines that have been widely circulated among the public. During this pandemic, people are used to looking for information using mobile devices because the government requires all activities to be carried out at home. With the mobile application, the introduction of this herbal medicinal plant can provide convenience to the public about the benefits of herbal plants. They can open this application with a mobile device anytime anywhere and connected to the internet. This technology can be used by users to display complete information about herbal plants. The research was conducted through the stages of problem identification, data collection, data analysis, system development, and report generation. From the results of making this application, it is hoped that it can educate the public to know more about herbal medicine and herbal plants that are around.

Abstract

The rapid development of technology plays an important role in the rapid exchange of information. In sending information in the form of images, there are still problems, including because of the large size of the image so that the solution to this problem is to perform compression. In this thesis, we will implement and compare the performance of the Arithmetic Coding and Shannon-Fano algorithms by calculating the compression ratio, compressed file size, compression and decompression process speed. Based on all test results, that the Arithmetic Coding algorithm produces an average compression ratio of 62.88% and a Shannon-Fano compression ratio of 61.73%, then Arithmetic Coding the average speed in image compression is 0.072449 seconds and Shannon-Fano 0.077838 second. Then the Shannon-Fano algorithm has an average speed for decompression of 0.028946 seconds and the Arithmetic Coding algorithm 0.034169 seconds. The decompressed image on the Arithmetic Coding and Shannon-Fano algorithm is in accordance with the original image. It can be concluded from the test results that the Arithmetic Coding algorithm is more efficient in compressing *.png images than the Shannon-Fano algorithm, although in terms of decompression Shannon-Fanose is a little faster compared to Arithmetic Coding.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and evaluate the existing assessment system/procedure and to produce a decision support system for selecting the best employee based on employee performance at PT Smart Glove Indonesia. The selection of the best employees at this time is based on the leadership's personal assessment with reference to the criteria of knowledge, responsibility, cooperation, discipline, and employee attendance which results in irrelevant decisions due to lack of control from the leadership. This system was developed using the multi-attributive border approximation area comparison (MABAC) method using MySQL programming and Microsoft Visual Basic Net 2008. This information system can be used to process employee data in the employee evaluation process and selecting the best employees. The output of this system is the calculation value of the best employee selection at PT Smart Glove Indonesia using the multi-attributive border approximation area comparison (MABAC) method and the best employee recommendation for PT Smart Glove Indonesia

Abstract

Digital image processing is an important part that underlies various real applications, such as pattern recognition, remote sensing via satellite or aircraft, and machine vision. In pattern recognition, digital image processing plays a role in separating objects from the background automatically. Almost all applications of information technology use cryptography as a tool to ensure the security and confidentiality of data or information. Because of this, cryptography has become a rapidly growing science and in a short time many new algorithms have emerged which are considered superior to their predecessor algorithms. To see the authenticity of digital images we use the MGR algorithm. MGR hash function based on its design security. Protected against multicollision attacks, fixed point attacks, extension attack lengths and herd attacks and provides better efficiency (three times faster) than GOST-R. AES such as block ciphers have been used in compression design. The MGR function due to AES is one of the most efficient and cipher-secure blocks and has been evaluated for more than 12 years

Abstract

This decision support system was created to assist the school in making decisions related to the problem of selecting scholarships for students who really deserve to get scholarships, where the process of selecting scholarships for underprivileged students is still done manually. From each prospective scholarship recipient will be selected based on criteria, these criteria consist of parents' occupations, parents' income, number of dependents of parents and the average value of report cards. The method used in the scholarship selection process is the WP method. The WP method or the Weighted Product method is one of the methods used in helping the decision-making process by multiplying, where each attribute rating will be raised to the power of each weight. After that, the final result of the calculation of the Weighted Product method will be a ranking process that will determine the chosen alternative in the process of determining scholarship acceptance. The purpose of this research is to assist the school in the process of selecting scholarships for underprivileged students. The design of this decision support system uses Unified Modeling Language diagrams and is built using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. The results of the calculations that have been carried out using the Weighted Product method, the results with the highest value are found in alternative A8 with a value of 0.2012 so that alternative A8 is the best alternative and can be used as a recommendation for prospective scholarship recipients
