Abstract

Policy implementation is the execution of a government work program that results from a consensus of stakeholders with the goal of improving community welfare. The goal of this research is to present an outline of the Wamanggu Market Retribution Management Policy as Regional Income in Merauke Regency. In order to collect study data, researchers interviewed 11 persons who served as informants. The descriptive approach was used to analyze the data. The author employs a qualitative method in this study, and the data analysis process consists of three stages: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. According to the findings of the communication research, there existed information in the form of oral and written communication. In terms of resources, there is also the deployment of personnel to supervise punishment for the Wamanggu market. Furthermore, there is a pledge packed in a meeting with traders at the Wamanggu market, as well as the engagement of the fish quarantine and fisheries product security agency, which carries out cleaning activities.

Abstract

The goal of this research is to offer an overview of the Quality of Life and Women's Protection Program implementation in Donggala Regency. A qualitative research approach was employed. Secondary and primary data were employed, including descriptive qualitative data analysis. The findings of this study indicate that the Women's Protection Program was not properly implemented due to aspects of communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structures that were not fully implemented due to insufficient human resources and infrastructure as a supporter in implementing the program, as well as poor coordination. Internal coordination (Coordination amongst Sectors in the Donggala Regency Family Planning and Women's Empowerment Agency) and external coordination (Relevant Regional Apparatus Work Units).

Abstract

According to Article 28F of the 1945 Constitution, the Law on Public Information Disclosure went into effect on May 1, 2010. It was born with the basis and purpose that information is a basic need of everyone for personal development and social environment, as well as an important part of national security. Research This is a descriptive study using a qualitative technique, as well as a research paradigm to describe occurrences. Simoro Village, Gumbasa District, Sigi Regency is the research site. The family of hope program addresses the problem by focusing on public information services. Using Zeithaml's theory (Pasolong, 2008) The five service quality parameters 1) Tangibles; manifested in ineffective and inefficient physical facilities, equipment, staff, and communication materials. 2) Realism, i.e. less accurate or untrustworthy service information. 3) Responsiveness, or the inability to respond to information. 4) Assurance; knowledge remains ineffective and inefficient. 5) Compassion. Officers in the process of providing public information services are still missing.
