Abstract

Pillars of democracy, transparency and good governance are the objectives of public information services carried out, through Law No. 14 of 2008 on Public Information Disclosure. The form of service organized by the Government is a service in an effort to meet the needs of the public or the community. Communication, Public information is information generated, stored, managed, sent, and / or received by a public body, this research is a qualitative approach, a research paradigm to describe events, locus research located in the Department of Communication and Informatics Donggala Regency, this study uses Informants as many as 4 (four) people, using the theory of Pararusman, et al .Tjiptnono, 1996) there are five dimensions in assessing the quality of services or services, namely, Tangibles, Realibility, Responsiveness, Assurance, Emphathy. 1) Tangibles; reflected in physical facilities, equipment, personnel and communication materials have not been effective and optimal.2) Realibility, i.e. lack of accuracy or lack of reliable information. Responsiveness: lack of sensitivity to respond to information. 4) Assurance; Knowledge is less effective and efficient. 5) Emphathy. Still lacking, officers in the process of public information services

Abstract

According to Article 28F of the 1945 Constitution, the Law on Public Information Disclosure went into effect on May 1, 2010. It was born with the basis and purpose that information is a basic need of everyone for personal development and social environment, as well as an important part of national security. Research This is a descriptive study using a qualitative technique, as well as a research paradigm to describe occurrences. Simoro Village, Gumbasa District, Sigi Regency is the research site. The family of hope program addresses the problem by focusing on public information services. Using Zeithaml's theory (Pasolong, 2008) The five service quality parameters 1) Tangibles; manifested in ineffective and inefficient physical facilities, equipment, staff, and communication materials. 2) Realism, i.e. less accurate or untrustworthy service information. 3) Responsiveness, or the inability to respond to information. 4) Assurance; knowledge remains ineffective and inefficient. 5) Compassion. Officers in the process of providing public information services are still missing.

Abstract

This research aims at finding out the quality of property tax service ah. Office for Management of Regional Revenue, Finance and Assets, Palu. This is a qualitative research. The informants of this research are the public servants and taxpayers taken purposively, and the techniques of the data collection are observations, interviews, and documentations, while the techniques of data analysis are data reduction, data display, conclusion taking and verification. The result of this research shows that the quality of property tax service at Office for Management of Regional Revenue, Finance and Assets Palu not maximal because the physical display service room is less convenient because it does not match the number of taxpayers so much and parking are irregular, then the accuracy of the time service has not been as expected because of the time service providers sometimes employees are not in place so that the taxpayer made to wait, as well as employees who are less responsive response caused by disorders such taknis electrical problems.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana Implementasi Kebijakan Alokasi Dana Desa Di Desa Lende Kecamatan Sirenja Kabupaten Donggala. Dasar penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dan tipe penelitian dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriktif kualitatif. Teknik penarikan informan dalam penelitian ini adalah secara purposive. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan dua cara yaitu studi pustaka dan studi lapangan yang terdiri dari, observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan metode analisis kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang diperoleh peneliti bahwa dari aspek/ dimensi Komunikasi, Disposisi, dan Struktur Birokrasi sudah berjalan dengan baik, namun dalam aspek Sumber Daya hasilnya masih kurang baik, sehingga penulis berkesimpulan berdasarkan hasil informasi dari informan dan sesuai dengan fakta empirik dilapangan, bahwa pelaksanaan program Alokasi Dana Desa (ADD) di Desa Lende Kecamatan Sirenja Kabuapten Donggala sudah cukup baik. Adapun faktor pendukung program tersebut, yaitu terjalinnya komunikasi yang baik antara pelaksana program dengan kelompok sasaran, komitmen serta bertanggung jawab, serta koordinasi yang baik dengan lembaga terkait dalam melaksanakan program tersebut sesusai dengan harapan masyarakat.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the service quality of the Certificate of Poor at the Talise Village Office, Mantkulore District, Palu City. This type of research is a qualitative research method, and the type of research used is descriptive. The data collection technique used is observation. The number of informants is 5 (five) people, namely the Village Head, Head of Community Empowerment and Social Welfare and 3 (three) residents. Interview and document review. This study uses 4 (four) aspects to measure service quality, namely speed of service, accuracy of service, ease of service and fairness of service. From the results of the study, it can be seen that the Certificate of Unable to Service at the Talise Village Office, Mantikulore District, Palu City still gets a fairly good response from informants and this result must be maintained so that the quality of service is better and optimal.

Abstract

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektifitas program keluarga harapan (PKH) di Desa Kalola Kecamatan Bambalamotu Kabupaten Pasangkayu. Penelitian ini sendiri menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan penelitian lapangan. Adapun Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Efektivitas Bantuan Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) di Desa Kalola Kecamatan Bambalamotu Kabupaten Pasangkayu belum Efektif. Dilihat dari Indikator Keberhasilan Program karena pada Komponen Kesehatan tidak berjalan efektif hal ini disebabkan masyarakat Penerima Manfaat malas untuk mengikuti Kegiatan-Kegiatan yang ada di Komponen Kesehatan seperti ikut Posyandu bagi Keluarga Penerima Manfaat (KPM) yang mempunyai Balita dan Ikut melahirkan di Fasilitas terdekat. Kemudian pada aspek Keberhasilan Sasaran juga demikian karena masih banyak masyarakat yang kurang mampu belum mendapatkan bantuan Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH). Aspek Pencapaian Tujuan Menyeluruh  karena tujuan dari Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) ini belum sepenuhnya tercapai secara keseluruhan, baik dari segi pemberi bantuan kepada masyarakat yang kurang mampu, ataupun tentang bantuanya yang sering bermasalah dan bahkan tidak cair sama sekali. Adapun dari segi Kepuasan terlihat bahwa indikator tersebut sudah berjalan Efektif karena Penerima Manfaat merasa terbantu dengan adanya Bantuan tersebut dan juga mereka telah menggunakan bantuan tersebut sesuai dengan Kebutuhan mereka sesuai dengan Komponenya masing-masing

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Implementation of Regional Asset Management Policies at the Office of the House of Representatives of Donggala Regency. The type of research used in this research is qualitative research, with information selection techniques carried out deliberately. Data collection methods through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis methods through data reduction, data presentation, data verification or conclusion drawing. This study uses Edward III Theory. The results of the research on the Implementation of the Regional Asset Management Policy of the Donggala Regency Regional House of Representatives Office are considered quite good. The implementation of the asset management policy of the Donggala Regency Regional People's Representative Council in terms of organizational structure has gone well. This is evidenced by the implementation of policies that are consistent with existing Standard Operating Procedures or performance standards. Inventory is also carried out by collecting data and labeling. In terms of resources, policy implementation is said to be lacking. This is indicated by the lack of human resources, both quantity and skills or competencies possessed by employees. In addition, financial resources or budgets are considered quite good. This is evident through the good response from the implementing agency and the consistent implementation of the policy. In terms of disposition, the implementation of the policy has been assessed quite well, this is shown by the good response of the implementers and their consistency in implementing the policy. In terms of communication, implementation of asset management guidelines at the Donggala RPRC Office is considered quite good. Bosses and staff always coordinate. Good communication makes the implementation to be carried out clearly because the transmission factor in receiving communication can be carried out properly.

Abstract

Thepurpose of this research is to find out how the performance of the police apparatus in enforcing the law on illegal mining activities in the jurisdiction of the Morowali Resort Police Office. the type of research used is qualitative descriptive. the location of the research is the Morowali Police. The informants are the Head of Criminal Investigation, KBO of Criminal Investigation, members of the Criminal Investigation Unit and the mining community which are taken by Purpossive Sampling Namely, a total of 5 people are involved in the technique of determining the sample based on selecting people who are considered to know the problem. Data collection techniques through direct interview observation and documentation as well as data analysis using Data Recording, Data Reduction, Data Display, Data Verification and Conclusion. The results of the research on the performance of the police in the effectiveness of law enforcement against illegal mining in the jurisdiction of the Morowali Police, it can be concluded that the performance of the police has two aspects that have been running well, namely the indicator The quality of the work of the police in dealing with illegal mining in Morowali is relatively good, the indicator of the quantity of work of the police also shows good results, However, they still face obstacles in the implementation of tasks that are still not good and are considered less than optimal.
