Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of promotion through social media on the decision of English language courses at CELL institutions Pare Kediri East Java - English Village with viral marketing as an intervening variable. The population in this study were course participants at the CELL institution Pare Kediri East Java - English Village. The sampling technique uses non-probability sampling technique which is accidental sampling and the number of samples is 100 respondents. This research is quantitative research. Data analysis is used using path analysis (path analysis) with the SPSS version 20.0 application. For the endogenous variable (Y) of this study is the purchase decision, for exogenous variables (X) is promotion through social media, and for intervening variables (Z) is viral marketing. The results of this study indicate that: (1) There is a positive significant influence between promotion through social media on purchasing decisions. (2) There is a positive significant influence between promotion through social media on viral marketing. (3) There is a significant positive influence between viral marketing on purchasing decisions. (4) Yes significant influence between promotion through social media on purchasing decisions with viral marketing as an intervening variable.

Abstract

The study intends to prove whether skills training (short courses), such as make up training can provide an effective role in fostering women's entrepreneurial intention.. Based on the latest data from IWAPI (Indonesian Women's Entrepreneurial Association), women have a significant role in contributing to the country's economy through its entrepreneurial activities. it is hoped that later it will provide understanding of how training can foster entrepreneurial intention for women. Path analysis with SPSS is used to test how the direct influence of training on entrepreneurial intentions and the indirect influence of training on entrepreneurial intentions through self-motivation in entrepreneurship. The results explained that the direct effect of skills training on entrepreneurial intentions showed a greater proportion than the indirect effect of skills training on entrepreneurial intentions through self-motivation in entrepreneurship. The effect of skills training with self-motivation of entrepreneurship simultaneously on entrepreneurial intentions shows that the skills training variable is not significant. It occurs because training is carried out in a short time, in which practice makeup skills require regular periodic training and assistance.

Abstract

Millennials in Indonesia currently have the largest market share, but there are not many studies that discuss marketing in millennials in Indonesia, especially marketing in business units that market their products to end consumers (B2C-business to consumer). Judging from the current phenomenon, namely 1) The rise of growth and competition from both foreign and local online retailers competing in Indonesia. 2) Increasingly developing software and hardware technology in digital marketing which gave birth to marketing innovations. 3) Large millennial role in digital marketing, because now they are a generation that understands technology, grows in the world of social media, grew up in a culture of expression, is aware of the attachment to technological change and able to learn through online interaction, has encouraged researchers to research conceptual by creating renewal in the variable attributes of Digital Content Marketing. This study uses observations of phenomena and literature review of previous research so as to produce a new formula namely Smart Digital Content Marketing that is comprehensive based on the suitability of the characteristics of the Indonesian millennials. This study is expected to benefit Indonesian online businesses and provide opportunities for future researchers to conduct surveys and statistical tests.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the sales forecasting and polyester cotton yarn in January 2015 by using the Least Square Method and Method of Quadratic Trend. As well as to determine the most efficient methods of forecasting to predict sales of cotton yarn and polyester products at PT Agung Sejahtera. From the results of analysis based on the calculation of sales forecasts yarn products with sales data from January to December 2014 using the least squares method and quadratic trend method, in which the quadratic trend method is more suitable because it has a value of SKP lows while the predictive value of product sales yarn using trend quadratic result of cotton yarn 40 weaving of 1,538 ball, cotton yarn 40 amounted to 597.504 ball spandex, polyster yarn weaving amounted 411.348 40 ball, 30 Weaving Polyester yarn ball at 336.588.

Abstract

The stock trading volume is the number of shares that are traded on the capital market every trading day with a price level agreed upon by the seller and buyer through an intermediary in the capital market. Stocks will be more liquid with the amount of investment in shares. To assess the volume of stock trading, investors can evaluate net income, cash flow and cash dividends. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of net income, cash flow and cash dividends on the volume of stock trading in 10 public goods and consumption sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) through a purposive sampling technique both simultaneously and partially. The research data were analyzed using multiple linear regression methods. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously net income, cash flow and cash dividends have significant effects on the volume of stock trading of public companies in the goods and consumption sector, while partially, only net income (β = 0.485) and cash flow (β= 1.587) have significant positive effects against the volume of stock trading.
