Data is an inanimate object that is meaningless and useless for anything. This statement is a statement that is not based on existing facts and realities. In principle, data is an inanimate object whose collection can be very influential in all aspects of human life. Data can shock the world if processed and published. Because data is so influential, humans can speak freely which is unlikely to be debated. Data is able to influence the development and progress of a nation in all respects such as: economy, health, policy, security and so on. Therefore, data obtained by means of surveys and so on, must be treated carefully in order to be able to provide maximum contribution in decision making. The search for stable economic growth and environmentally sustainable quality is fast becoming a topical issue among governments, international agencies and other stakeholders interested in sustainable development. The highest accuracy value is shown by experiments using K-Vold Validation 8 and K-Vold Validation 10. While the tolerance given to K-Vold Validation 8 (0.49%) is smaller than K = Vold Validation 10 of (0.58%). This means that K-Vold Validation 8 is tighter than K-Vold Validation 10. So that the best used in decision making is K-Vold Validation 8 at 99.62% with a tolerance of 0.49%. The results of data processing using the Naive Bayes algorithm and the Support Vector Machine both illustrate that the economic influence on the level of welfare of the Suralaga Village community is very large and it can be concluded that the average Suralaga Village community is included in the category of not prosperous. This is indicated by the fact that there are still many people who depend on their livelihoods from working as laborers and foreign workers

Perguruan tinggi merupakan kelanjutan pendidikan menengah yang diselenggarakan untuk mempersiapkan peserta didik untuk memiliki kemampuan akademis dan profesional yang dapat menerapkan, mengembangkan dan menciptakan IPTEK. Melihat fenomena seperti itu membuat banyak perguruan tinggi dari berbagai penjuru di indonesia berlomba untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan dengan berbagai macam cara, salah satunya adalah dengan menawarkan program pendidikan yang memiliki kompetensi di dunia kerja. Fakultas Teknik Universitas Hamzanwadi merupakan salah satu Universitas Swasta yang bernaung dibawah Yayasan Pendidikan Darul Nahdlaitain NW Pancor Lombok Timur Nusa Tenggara Barat yang dari awal berdiri berkomitmen untuk meningkatkan kualitas masyarakat dengan memberikan pilihan program pendidikan yang kompeten di bidangnya, yang tentunya dipersiapkan untuk dunia kerja. Fakultas Teknik Universitas Hamzanwadi telah memiliki lulusan yang tersebar di Nusa Tenggara Barat ataupun di kota-kota lain dengan berbagai bidang pekerjaan yang beragam. Jumlah pekerjaan yang beragam dan sulitnya mencari lowongan pekerjaan yang sesuai dengan kompetensi keahlian sehingga menjadi suatu permasalahan yang harus segera dipecahkan oleh para pimpinan Perguruan Tinggi. Oleh karena itu perlu dibangunnya sebuah sistem informasi yang dapat mengumpulkan data pengelola serta menyajikan data secara akurat dari para alumni yang ada. Maka dari itu peneliti berinisiatif melakukan suatu terobosan dengan melakukan penelitian yang berhubungan dengan kualitas kompetensi lulusan dengan kesesuaian lowongan pekerjaan yang ada saat ini. Tracer Study merupakan suatu bentuk penelitian mengenai situasi alumni khususnya dalam hal pencarian kerja, situasi kerja, dan pemanfaatan pemerolehan kompetensi selama kuliah di perguruan tinggi. Tracer Study tidaklah terbatas pada Perguruan Tinggi saja, tetapi lebih jauh lagi dapat memberikan informasi penting mengenai hubungan (link) antara dunia Pendidikan Tinggi dengan dunia kerja. Public service is an activity or series of activities in the framework of fulfilling service needs in accordance with statutory regulations for every citizen and resident of goods, services, or administrative services provided by public service providers. All types of services are provided and provided to the community by the village government apparatus, in general it has not satisfied many people. The services provided are too complicated for reasons according to the procedure, the amount of fees charged, and a very long time, so the services provided tend to be ineffective and inefficient. In this study predictions will be made about the community's satisfaction or dissatisfaction with the performance of village officials in improving services using the Naïve Bayes algorithm method. The Naive Bayes algorithm is a classification with probability and statistical methods proposed by the British scientist Thomas Bayes, which predicts future opportunities based on past experience so that it is known as Bayes theorem. This research was conducted using a data collection technique in the form of a questionnaire filled out by 50 respondents 10% of the total population, from a population of 5,539 permanent residents in the village of Lenek Lauk. Analysis of the results of the study was conducted using the Naïve Bayes algorithm method. Function to see the level of accuracy. Measurement with naïve bayes algorithm produces 92.26% accuracy and AUC value on the ROC curve is 0.924.DOI : 10.29408/jit.v3i2.2314

Human face recognition (human face recognition) is a major branch in the field of biometric verification in addition to the introduction of eye retina, fingerprints and signature patterns and its application has been widely used in various network security system applications, door control systems, to the benefit of attendance recording system. The current study aims to utilize facial recognition techniques as data input for information systems that record the presence of lecturers at the Hamzanwadi University Faculty of Engineering. The technology base for developing the system support software is OpenCV and the Java programming language. This research was conducted with the design-science for IS research method that emphasizes the build and evaluate cycles. One of the materials provided at SMK is Microprocessor and Microcontroller System material. The material is very important to study because currently, the system based on microprocessor systems and microcontrollers is becoming a technology that is in demand and is developing in the community. Starting from the application of analog electronic circuits, then digital and now almost all equipment uses microprocessor systems, for example, devices close to us, such as mobile phones, televisions, radio-cassettes, washing machines to space instruments. Based on the description above, a method is needed learning that is able to provide a deeper understanding of the microcontroller-based system as well and can increase student interest in learning. The method used is the Participatory Learning and Action (PLA) method. Community service programs through the application of science and technology will be directed to provide an introduction to microprocessor and microcontroller technology using the Arduino electronic system development module theoretically and practically for application in the field of audio-video engineering. The skills competency training program activities for students of SMK Negeri 3 SELONG majoring in Computer and Network Engineering can be carried out properly and run smoothly in accordance with the planned activities that have been prepared from the start, although not all students participating in the training can master the training material provided. This activity received a good reception, as evidenced by the consistency and seriousness of the trainees attending the training activities from beginning to end, and did not leave the place before the training ended. The success of the target achieved by the number of training participants who reached more than 10 participants. Achievement of research objectives is to the students of SMK Negeri 3 SELONG to gain additional insight into the microcontroller. Web-based cultural tourism information system is used as a tool in delivering information on tourism and culture in East Lombok to people who want to know the tourist areas in East Lombok. The system, web-based tourist information system is one form of media or means. Promotion of cultural tourism in East Lombok Regency which aims to attract both local and foreign tourists to visit Lombok Island, especially East Lombok. This research is expected to be useful as a medium of information and promotion of tourism potential in East Lombok, so that the community will be more familiar with the tourism places of the area visited, besides that the location of tourists by tourists can impact on the economic aspects of the surrounding communities. . Research methods conducted by researchers include observation, interviews with related parties, and literature studies related to the issues raised. In designing this information system, researchers use several programming languages and databases, including PHP and Mysql. Water is a natural resource that greatly affects human life. The most important is of the human body consists of water. Therefore, it is very important for us to keep water availability normal. But in everyday life the use of water storage tanks or tanks is not yet as effective or efficient, because there is still a lot of water wasted in filling water and there is no indicator of water level. Therefore, researcher made a water level controller on IoT (Internet of Thing) based tanks. This tool uses an ultrasonic sensor to measure water level, NodeMCU ESP 8266 as a microcontroller and Blynk application as a control device and the place where the water level measurements are displayed. This tool consists of several interconnected parts. Starting from the ultrasonic sensor measuring the water level and then being sent to the microcontroller after it is processed, and was sent to the Blynk webserver so that it can be accessed and displayed by the control application. In addition, the microcontroller is connected to a relay that functions as a switch of a water pump that can be controlled through the application. Hanzanwadi University is a private university in Selong City, East Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara. As one of the education centers for Hamzawandi University, of course, there will always be thousands of new students from various regions every year. Likewise with the distribution of boarding houses which will be the target of students who come from outside the Pancor - Selong area to look for the boarding house. A boarding house is one of the places for lodging service providers or a temporary residence. [1] Often encountered the availability of boarding rooms that are not comparable with boarding-boarding seekers is a problem for both parties (boarder and owner). Therefore boarding seekers must find information more quickly in order to get an appropriate place to live, be it in terms of room completeness or boarding price. Meanwhile, boarding house owners still do promotions manually, namely from the mouth of their mouth and usually stick the name of the boarding house in front of the boarding gate. With this problem, the researchers tried to create an android-based boarding information system to solve the problem. This android-based boarding information system is an application that can be used by newcomers from outside the Pancor - Selong area who feel confused in finding a boarding house that suits their wishes, as well as helping boarding owners in promoting their boarding houses. In its design, this application is carried out using the waterfall methodology, in which the waterfall is a system development method that begins with the analysis stage, then system design and implementation of making applications and testing it to the user. This system uses the Java programming language with programming software that utilizes Android Studio. [2]

Teachers have an important role in printing quality students, so that there is a need for good performance. teacher performance is assessed from how the duties and responsibilities are carried out as educators. SMAN 3 selong is one of the educational institutions in East Lombok Regency, in measuring the performance of the headmaster of SMAN 3 Selong, usually looking at attendance data and the number of lesson hours, this causes the school principal to assess the teacher's performance is not effective so it needs to be built a system that can help school principals assess teacher performance. The purpose of this study is to analyze the performance of teachers of SMAN 3 Selong so that the performance criteria of teachers who teach well and are good enough can be known. To help the process of analyzing teacher performance accurately, a method of data mining is needed by applying a support vector machine (SVM) algorithm based on particle swarm optimization (PSO). Based on the results of the experiments conducted using the PSO-based SVM (support vector machine) method (particle swarm optimization), by training 55 data records, 29 teachers were expected to be good performing teachers, 25 teachers with fairly good performance and 1 teacher It is estimated that it is quite good but has a good performance, with an accuracy of 98.33%.DOI : 10.29408/jit.v2i2.1446

So far, the community in general can control lights or other electronic equipment with just a switch, but the control is limited by distance. Therefore, the construction of an electronic equipment control system application prototype was built on the Android platform as a new alternative solution for remote control. The application built on the Android platform has an attractive and easy to understand user interface. In addition, the control system built utilizes a Bluetooth network for sending control instructions to Arduino. In this prototype using Arduino Uno as a processor, Android as a control, Bluetooth HC-06 module as Arduino communication with Android and using relay as a control switch with 4 channel specifications. Communication between an android smartphone and a microcontroller can be done wirelessly using Bluetooth, which the Android smartphone and Bluetooth module on the microcontroller system can communicate using serial data. The speech recognition feature on an Android smartphone can be used to control the lights using voice commands. This is done by initializing the spectrum of voice commands in the form of strings into character codes that have been identified by the microcontroller. Control of electronic equipment will not work if the Android smartphone is out of range of the Bluetooth wireless transmission range of the Bluetooth module because the Bluetooth connection will be disconnected automatically.DOI : 10.29408/jit.v3i2.2348
