Abstract

Kredit adalah penyediaan uang atau tagihan yang dapat dipersamakan dengan itu, berdasarkan persetujuan pinjam meminjam antara bank dengan pihak lain yang mewajibkan pihak peminjam melunasi hutangnya setelah jangka waktu tertentu dengan pemberian bunga. Dari permasalahan yang ada digunakan sebuah metode sekaligus memprediksi kelayakan pemberian kredit di Desa Gerung Permai Kecamatan Suralaga  yaitu dengan model algoritma C4.5 berbasis Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO). Setelah di lakukan pengujian dengan dua model yaitu algoritma C4.5 dan algoritma C4.5 berbasis Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) maka hasil yang didapat adalah untuk nilai akurasi algoritma C4.5 senilai 98,86% sedangkan nilai akurasi algoritma C4.5 berbasis PSO senilai 98,89% sehingga selisih untuk nilai akurasi meningkat sebesar 0,3% dan ROC curve untuk keduanya yaitu, nilai AUC berdasarkan ROC curve untuk algoritma C4.5 bernilai 0,895, sedangkan untuk algoritma C4.5 berbasis PSO bernili 0,917 sehingga didapatkan selisih nilai AUC meningkat sebesar 0,22 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan teknik Particle Swarm Optimization(PSO) dapat meningkatkan nilai akurasi pada Algoritma C4.5.DOI : 10.29408/jit.v2i2.1455

Abstract

The occurrence of poverty in the community is caused by a condition of the economic inability of the head of the family to meet the primary / basic needs of his family, namely the need for clothing, food, shelter and education. The poor community itself can be found in almost every country, city and region, for example in one of the Bagik Endep hamlets of East Sukamulia Village. Based on these conditions, it is necessary to carry out clustering to assist the village government in grouping poor families, so that assistance can be distributed appropriately. By observing the above problems, Data Mining is needed to classify aid recipients using the K-Means method in clustering the poor. Where the K-Means Clustering Algorithm method aims to classify population data in the East Sukamulia region who are said to be classified as poor. The data used is data on the population of East Sukamulia in 2019, amounting to 200 data with 9 attributes, namely the name of the population, occupation, income / month, the number of children attending elementary school, the number of children attending junior high school, the number of children attending high school, the number of children attending college , the number of children who are not in school and the number of family members. Based on the results of tests carried out by applying the K-Means algorithm, the results obtained are Cluster 1 totaling 18 residents with the criteria of high economic population, Cluster 2 totaling 72 residents with moderate economic population criteria, and Cluster 3 totaling 110 residents with low economic population criteria. The K-Means method is expected to be able to assist the government of Sukamulia Timur Village in making decisions and finding the information needed to solve problems in recording the poor population accurately.

Abstract

Home is a very basic requirement for all people besides food and clothes. Home can express prosperity level and health level about resident / its dweller. A high quality of home as good shelter can be seen from its building, facility and structure. The local government program to decrease poverty through program of RTLH, have to be supported with data accuration. Besides good data accuration, it is also required data-processing time efficiency of receiver of aid. This research used Data technique of Mining with Algorithm of K-Nearest Neighbor base on Particle Swarm Optimization in classification elegibility of acceptance of aid rehabilitate house improper dwell. By using method of calculation of algorithm of K-Nearest Neighbor base on Particle Swarm Optimization, the accuration value in prediction elegibility of acceptance of aid rehabilitate house improper dwell is calculated. After conducting a test by using algorithm of K-NN and algorithm of K-NN base on Particle Swarm Optimization,  the result is algorithm of K-NN yield accuration value equal to 89,29% and value of AUC 0,786. The algorithm of K-NN base on Particle Swarm Optimization yield accuration value equal to 95,33% and value of AUC 0.970. After conducting the tests to both of the model, the difference is showed with 6,04% percentage and difference of value of AUC 0.184. DOI : 10.29408/jit.v2i2.1417

Abstract

Program pembelajaran untuk anak usia Sekolah Dasar (SD) akan lebih mudah disampaikan apabila menggunakan strategi pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan gaya belajar atau profil kecerdasan majemuk anak. Identifikasi profil kecerdasan majemuk anak dapat dilakukan melalui proses observasi orang tua dan guru sekolah terhadap kegiatan sehari-hari anak. Profil kecerdasan majemuk anak bersifat dinamis sehingga perlu dilakukan identifikasi profil kecerdasan majemuk secara berkala minimal satu tahun sekali. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan metode Simple Additive Weight (SAW) pada Sistem Manajemen Potensi Anak Sejak Dini (SIMPONI) berdasarkan Teori Kecerdasan Majemuk. Metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) digunakan untuk perhitungan penentuan rangking profil Kecerdasan Majemuk anak. Hasil penelitian ini adalah sistem informasi manajemen identifikasi Profil Kecerdasan Majemuk dengan pengolahan data menggunakan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). Abstract

ABSTRACTTGKH. Muhammad Zainuddin Abdul Madjid is a charismatic scholar on the island of Lombok and is the founder of Nahdlatul Wathan, the largest organization in West Nusa Tenggara. The works of Maulana Shaykh TGKH. Muhammad Zainuddin Abdul Madjid, like his books is a practice that routines are read by students and santriwati even the Nahdlatul Wathan congregation, as prayers and lessons that are practiced every time they finish worship and at critical times. Maulana Shaykh TGKH. Muhammad Zainuddin Abdul Madjid has many santri and santriwati in West Nusa Tenggara, even the archipelago under the Nahdlatul Wathan organization who faithfully practice his teachings and even his advice. Problems arise when his students are constrained by distance and time who want to read the books of his teacher. Therefore the author provides a solution with the Digitization of TGKH Works. Muhammad Zainuddin Abdul Madjid is based on mobile as an interactive learning medium for the preservation of the legacy of the founder of Nahdlatul Wathan. That will help his students who in fact do not have the book and are hindered by distance and time. Abstract

Credit is the main product of savings and loan cooperatives in an effort to increase profitability. The greater the credit issued, the greater the profit earned by a cooperative, each cooperative will package credit products in such a way as to be able to attract the attention of each customer. However, cooperative suati can find problems in channeling credit, such as those in the Daruzzakah Multipurpose Cooperative located in Rensing Village, West Sakra Subdistrict, East Lombok Regency, however, the cooperative some can find problems in channeling credit, such as those in the Daruzzakah Multipurpose Cooperative which is located in Rensing Village, West Sakra District, East Lombok Regency, in determining the creditworthiness of credit they always use statistical data, but the data does not guarantee whether during credit or non-performing loans. The Decision Tree algorithm will provide several options to see what factors are bad or current loans, this is done to classify which loans are smooth and bad so that in the future it can be anticipated early.DOI : 10.29408/jit.v3i2.2299

Abstract

Along with the times and growing population growth, human needs are increasing. Every human being has diverse needs. Whatever humans need will produce something that must be discarded in the end and become waste. For the waste transportation services, the Environmental Service Office and the Hygiene Agency will collect fees from the relevant parties according to the specified amount. This fee collection is known as retribution. In order to help the office, a tool is needed to predict waste retribution revenue based on the daily retribution data. The algorithm model used is Decition Tree (C4.5) to get the rule in predicting the amount of monthly waste retribution at the Environmental and Hygiene Office of Selong District, East Lombok Regency. After three tests, all three showed high accuracy and AUC values. The most superior result is by using number of validation 3, with the accuracy value obtained is 96.51% and AUC value is 0.976% with a diagnosis level of excellent classification accuracy.DOI : 10.29408/jit.v1i1.893

Abstract

The Family of Hope Program (PKH) is a program of giving cash to Very Poor Households (RTSM) based on established terms and conditions. Where PKH was implemented in Indonesia in 2007, but in East Lombok PKH was only implemented in 2011. However, judging from the data of PKH recipient members, there are still many RTSM who do not get the PKH assistance. This situation identified the data collection method and the determination of priorities that were not yet on target. From these problems, it is necessary to utilize data mining techniques using the support vector machine (SVM) algorithm in determining PKH recipients. After testing 4 times using different K-Fold Validation on the cross validation operator. K-Fold Validation functions to divide the amount of training data and testing data on the data being tested. Abstract

Laying hens are one of the producers of animal protein through the production of eggs, eggs that contain many nutrients needed by the body. The need for chicken eggs in NTB in 2019 reaches 1.3 million eggs, but regional layer hen breeders are only able to produce as many as 6000 eggs so that to meet the need for eggs, the government needs to bring eggs from other regions. The government also encourages people to raise laying hens through the poultry village program, which is one of the industrialization programs in the livestock sector to make NTB egg independent. However, to start raising livestock there are several problems that become sellers, namely the problem of capital and land. People who have capital do not have the choice of where to invest their money in the end only save their money in a bank whereas on the other hand farmers who own land need capital to start a livestock business. Therefore, the authors provide a solution by creating a well-known application as a place to connect investors with prospective breeders through an Android-based application so that investors can easily find potential breeders and breeders find it easier to get capital to start raising laying hens

Abstract

AbstrakDusun Jelitong merupakan salah satu dusun di Desa Pendem Kec. Janapria Kab. Lombok Tengah yang mendapat bantuan program Penyedia Air Minum Dan Sanitasi Berbasis Masyarakat (PAMSIMAS) ditahun 2017, dengan memanfaatkan mata air yang ada, kemudian dilakukan penampungan yang kemudian sejak Januari 2018 mulai beroprasi dengan menyambungkan watermater langsung ke rumah-rumah penduduk. Petugas yang melakukan pemeliharaan, pengoperasian, pengontrolan disebut Kelompok Penyelenggara Sanitasi Penyedia Air Minum (KPSPAM) “DJ-Menteng”, petugas sangat sulit dalam melalukan pengitungan dan pengolahan data dalam merekap dan pelaporan keuangan yang berimbar pada pelayanan  masyarakat atau pelanggan yang menggunakan air. Masyarakat sering mengeluh dikarenakan sistem pembayaran yang masih manual, proses yang lambat dan tidak akurat yang bisa mengakibatkan kesalah pahaman antara petugas dengan pelanggan. Penerapan teknoligi informasi diharpkan mampu memberikan solusi yang tepat dalam memberikan pelayanan yang maksimum, dengan alasan inilah penelitian dilakukan untuk melakukan pengumpulan atau pencatatan data pelanggan dan watermeter yang akan diolah oleh komputer dengan menggunaka bahasa pemrograman web yang bisa menyimpan data jika sewaktu-waktu dibutuhkan untuk dipertanggungjawabkan oleh petugas KPSPAM.Kata Kunci : Pamsimas, Air Bersih, KPSPAM, WebAbstractJelitong Hamlet is one of the hamlets in Pendem Village, Janapria Subdistrict, Central Lombok Regency who received assistance from the Community Based Water and Sanitation Provider (PAMSIMAS) program in 2017, by utilizing existing springs, then a shelter is carried out which then from January 2018 begins operating by connecting the water mater directly to people's homes. Officers who carry out maintenance, operation, control are called the Sanitation Provider Drinking Water Provider Group (KPSPAM) "DJ-Menteng", officers are very difficult in carrying out calculations and processing data in recapitulation and financial reporting that leads to community services or customers who use water. People often complain that the payment system is still manual, the process is slow and inaccurate which can lead to misunderstandings between officers and customers. The application of information technology is expected to be able to provide the right solution in providing maximum service, for this reason research is conducted to collect or record customer data and water meters that will be processed by computers using a web programming language that can store data if needed at any time to account by KPSPAM officers.DOI : 10.29408/jit.v2i2.1427
