This qualitative research study with a phenomenological approach aims to investigate gratitude among overseas students and identify the factors that influence their experience of gratitude. The study involved two participants who were overseas students at Muhammadiyah University of Sidoarjo. Semi-structured interviews were conducted to collect data, which was then analyzed using data collection, reduction, presentation, and drawing conclusions or verification. The findings revealed three aspects of gratitude: gratitude through the heart, gratitude through words, and gratitude through deeds. Several factors were identified as influencing gratitude in overseas students, including accepting destiny, knowledge, experience, social support, spirituality, establishing relationships, good intentions, religious practice, inner calmness, and positive thinking. The implications of this research contribute to a deeper understanding of gratitude among overseas students and provide insights for fostering a sense of gratitude in this population. This study explores the relationship between social welfare and employee aggressiveness, focusing on oppressive, threatening, and intimidating behaviors that create discomfort among employees. Employing a quantitative approach with correlation analysis, a sample of 100 employees was obtained using a non-probability sampling technique. The social welfare scale, adapted from Keyes, yielded a Cronbach's alpha of 0.952, while the aggressiveness scale, adapted from Ubaidillah, achieved a Cronbach's alpha of 0.926. The findings reveal a significant negative relationship between social welfare and employee aggressiveness. Pearson's product-moment correlation demonstrated a significance of 0.002, indicating that higher levels of social welfare are associated with reduced employee aggressiveness. These results hold implications for organizations seeking to foster positive work environments and mitigate aggressive behaviors, thereby enhancing overall employee well-being and productivity. This study investigates the association between social skills and self-adjustment in first-year female students. The research was conducted with a sample of 155 students at Al Hadi Islamic Boarding School in Padangan Bojonegoro. The data was collected using Likert scales to measure social skills and self-adjustment. Quantitative analysis was performed using SPSS 26.0 for Windows. The findings revealed a significant positive relationship (rxy = 0.763, p < 0.001) between social skills and self-adjustment. Higher levels of social skills were associated with greater self-adjustment, while lower social skills corresponded to lower levels of adjustment. These results emphasize the importance of social skills in fostering self-adjustment among first-year female students. This study contributes to the understanding of factors influencing student well-being and offers implications for educational interventions aimed at enhancing social skills and promoting successful adjustment in academic settings. This descriptive quantitative study investigates the phenomenon of school well-being among 279 students in SMK 10 November Sidoarjo. The research aims to provide an explanation of school well-being and its implications. Proportionate stratified random sampling was employed to select the subjects, and data were collected using a Likert scale. Data analysis using SPSS 26.0 and Excel revealed that the students' school well-being fell within the medium category (70%), with a small proportion experiencing low (16%) and high (14%) levels. These findings indicate that students possess the ability to cultivate a sense of well-being during their learning process, leading to enhanced comfort. The study contributes to our understanding of school well-being and emphasizes the importance of nurturing positive learning environments for students' overall well-being. This research is motivated by a decrease in employee work discipline. The purpose of this study is to find out and provide an explanation of the relationship between organizational climate and employee work discipline. This research method is quantitative correlation with the subject of PT Galaxy Indah Jaya employees, totaling 163 employees. Determination of the subject using the non-probability sampling technique, namely saturated sampling, where the entire population is used as a sample. The variables in this study are organizational climate and work discipline. The data collection in this study used a psychological preparation scale, namely the Likert scale for organizational climate variables and work discipline variables. Analysis of the data in this study using SPSS 26.0 for Windows. The results of data analysis show that there is a positive relationship between organizational climate and work discipline on employees of PT Galaxy Indah Jaya in Sidoarjo with an rxy value of 0.911, a significance of 0.000. Highlights: The research focuses on the relationship between organizational climate and employee work discipline. The study uses a quantitative correlation research method with PT Galaxy Indah Jaya employees as the subject. This study investigates the relationship between empathy and prosocial behavior among vocational school students, aiming to elucidate the dynamics underlying their empathetic tendencies and their impact on prosocial acts. The research utilized a quantitative correlation design, with a sample of 241 students from SMK Antarctica 1 Sidoarjo, selected through Quota Sampling. Empathy and prosocial behavior were measured using psychological scales. Data analysis employing Pearson's product moment correlation revealed a significant positive association between empathy and prosocial behavior (rxy = 0.236, p < 0.005), indicating that higher levels of empathy correspond to greater engagement in prosocial behaviors. The findings emphasize the importance of fostering empathy to cultivate a culture of altruism among students, providing valuable implications for educational programs and interventions aimed at promoting prosocial behavior in diverse contexts. This study investigates the relationship between academic self-efficacy and mathematics anxiety in upper grade students of elementary schools in Sidoarjo. A total of 185 students from two schools participated in this study. The academic self-efficacy and mathematics anxiety scales were employed for data collection. Using saturated sampling analysis, a significant negative correlation coefficient of -0.248 (p < 0.001) was found, indicating a negative association between academic self-efficacy and mathematics learning outcomes. The students exhibited a moderate level of academic self-efficacy (43%) and mathematics anxiety (39%). The implications of these findings contribute to our understanding of the interplay between academic self-efficacy and mathematics anxiety among upper grade students, thereby offering valuable insights for educators, policymakers, and researchers to enhance mathematics education strategies and support mechanisms. Highlights: The study explores the relationship between academic self-efficacy and mathematics anxiety in upper grade elementary students. A negative correlation (-0.248) between academic self-efficacy and mathematics learning outcomes is observed. The purposeofthispaper is todeterminetherelationshipbetweenself-controlandmeeting the needs of students with school organizations atSMK X Pandaan, where there are problems due to lack of school organization. The population used in this study was 270 while the sample of this study was 152 students who were carried out at SMK X Pandaan. In determining the subject with the stratified random sampling technique, two psychological scales with the Likert scale model were used to collect data in this study, namely the self-control scale of the behavioral scale of compliance with school rules. Data analysis was performed using the statistical test technique of Pearson Flow Moment Correlation. The results of the data analysis of this study indicate that there is a significant positive relationship between self-control and compliance with school rules and the performance of SMK X Pandaan students of 0.37. at a significance level of 0.001 (<0.005). the results of hypothesis testing indicate that the hypothesis can be accepted. The results showed that students' self-control according to school regulations was mostly moderate at SMK X Pandaan. Highlights: The purpose of the study: To determine the relationship between self-control and meeting the needs of students with school organizations at SMK X Pandaan. This research was conducted because of the phenomenon where academic procrastination in students with individual characteristics likes to delay doing academic assignments. This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between sense of community and academic procrastination in Elementary School Teacher Education students at the University of MuhammadiyahSidoarjo. This type of research is quantitative correlational with a population of 891 students. The sample used is 276 students. With the sampling technique proportionate stratified random sampling. Data collection techniques used the Academic Procrastination scale and the Sense Of Community scale. Academic Procrastination scale reliability test of 0.925. The results of the validity test of the Academic Procrastination scale showed as many as 34 valid items from 36 items. The results of data analysis using Correlation product moment showed r = -0.205, p = 0.001 which means the hypothesis is accepted. The higher the sense of community, the lower the Academic Procrastination. The effective contribution of Sense of community to Academic Procrastination is 5.8 percent. Highlights: Relationship: Explore connection between sense of community and academic procrastination in teacher education students. This research is motivated by a decrease in achievement motivation in Al-Islam Krian High School students. The purpose of this study is to find out and provide an explanation of the relationship between parental social support and achievement motivation in Al-Islam Krian High School students. This research method is quantitative correlation with the subjects of SMA Al-Islam Krian, totaling 269 students. Determination of subjects using proportional sampling technique, namely the determination of samples to take representatives from each group in the population whose number is adjusted to the number of subject members in each group. The variables in this study were parental social support and achievement motivation. The data collection in this study used a psychological preparation scale, namely the Likert scale for the variables of parental social support and achievement motivation. Analysis of the data in this study using SPSS 26.0 for Windows. The results of data analysis showed that there was a positive relationship between parental social support and achievement motivation with an rxy value of 0.517, a significance of 0.000. Highlights: Parental social support positively influences achievement motivation in Al-Islam Krian High School students. The research method employed is quantitative correlation, using a proportional sampling technique.
