Abstract

The position of Islamic banking in Indonesia still needs improvement because currently the market share of Islamic banking is only 6.52% of the entire proportion of national banking. So that the government seeks to improve by launching the Roadmap for the Development of Indonesian Sharia Banking (RP2SI) 2020-2025. However, there are things that hinder the accelerated growth of the sharia banking business, including the absence of significant business model differentiation, sub-optimal quality and quantity of human resources. So that GCG analysis is needed to increase the value of Islamic banks. The purpose of this study is to see how much influence the GCG has on firm value using PBV theory. The research method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis with secondary data of 13 Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia in 2017-2021. The results show that the Audit Committee, Corporate Governance Committee, and Risk Management Committee have a significant effect on firm value. Meanwhile, the Board of Commissioners, Remuneration and Nomination Committee, Risk Monitoring Committee and Institutional Ownership have no effect on company value.

Abstract

Covid-19 is an infectious disease caused by a new type of coronavirus with the most common symptoms being fever, weakness, coughing, convulsions and diarrhea. The disease caused by this new virus became known after the discovery of an outbreak in Wuhan, China, in December 2019 and now the virus has spread to many countries around the world. According to WHO in March 2022 the number of cases of corona virus infection in the world has reached 441,186,679 people. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between motives and people's work on the success of the Covid-19 Vaccination at the Darussalam Aceh Besar Health Center. This research method is an analytic survey research using a cross sectional approach, the sampling technique was accidental sampling with a total sample of 49 people. The research instrument is a questionnaire. Data analysis used univariate and bivariate analysis with the SPSS statistical program. Research Results: The statistical test results with the Chi-square test showed a p-value of 0.706 > 0.05, so there was no motive relationship to the success of the Covid-19 vaccination in the community at the Darussalam Aceh Health Center The Great Year is 2022. The results of the statistical test using the Chi-square test show a p-value of 0.020 <0.05, so there is a work relationship with the success of the Covid-19 vaccination in the community at the Darussalam Aceh Besar Health Center. The conclusion is that there is an influence of work on the success of the Covid-19 vaccination, because people who work are usually required to obey orders from their superiors and follow government regulations. Suggestions so that people can understand the dangers of the Covid-19 virus and can comply with vaccines as recommended by the government.

Abstract

Discussing the theme of the historical construction of the Qur'an (târîkh Al-Qur'ân) is both interesting and challenging. It is interesting because this discussion will guide a reviewer on a series of scattered information related to the history of the Qur'an. For Qur'anic scholars who take a keen interest in this field, they will certainly be motivated to parse and frame each piece of data and information into a valuable monument of discourse on the history of the Qur'an. Interestingly, this study will arouse the passion of faith of a Muslim scholar to try to stem any current of discourse that has the potential to break the wall of faith in the revelation of the Qur'an. But on the other hand, this study can ignite a spark of discourse that is a little bolder because this discussion also presents a variety of information that sometimes collides with each other and demands the accuracy of a researcher. The reviewer who is lulled by the amount of data and sometimes negates each other may be trapped in a labyrinth space because of confusion in determining the right direction.

Abstract

History has been a witness, that the existence and absence of knowledge became the benchmark for the glory and fall of a nation. Science is the light of man, the light of his intellect, the generator of civilization, the bringer of happiness. But science doesn't come by itself. It must be sought, studied, pursued, lived and practiced as well as accounted for truthfully. This is the basis for building civilization, namely by making science the largest part of building a civilization. The development and change of an era is a characteristic of the development of human life from one side because of science and education. However, to become a civilization, of course, ethical aspects and noble morals must be conditions that greatly affect the progress of a society. This paper was prepared by utilizing library facilities as a means for collecting primary and secondary source data. The preparation procedure goes through four stages that must be fulfilled in conducting research, namely heuristics, criticism, interpretation, and historiography. The data sources used are written sources which include books, journals and internet sources. The culture of science is an initial prerequisite and an important thing for the glory of a person and a nation. An individual or a nation that has power or wealth that is not maintained let alone developed without a good culture of knowledge, then later he will depend on other people or nations who are more knowledgeable. Speaking of science, of course the concept of science in Islam is different from the concept of science understood in the Western view. So that errors in understanding the concept of science can cause differences in perception of science. The destruction of Western civilization is obviously very dangerous for human survival. Westernization or liberalization becomes a disease for civilization. So the solution to the salvation of human civilization is to jump-start Islamic civilization. A civilization built with the concept of science in Islam. Building a civilization based on science must be an Islamic intellectual tradition, in fact science is the foundation of the structure of the concept of building Islamic civilization. The continuity of this intellectual or scientific tradition cannot be separated from the contribution of scholars in the past in preserving and spreading these sciences. Their contribution to Islamic science actually began since the Prophet Muhammad SAW received a revelation, which was then conveyed to the Companions, so that the revelation conveyed contained the foundations of pure Islamic scholarship.

Abstract

Financial performance is the result or achievement that has been achieved by the company's management in carrying out its function of managing company assets effectively during a certain period. Financial performance is very much needed by companies to find out and evaluate the level of success of the company based on the financial activities that have been carried out. Indonesian Securities for the period 2018-2020. In this study, the types of data used were qualitative and quantitative data with secondary data sources. The data collection procedure in this study is to analyze the financial statements that have been documented using a descriptive and comparative qualitative approach. Based on the results of this study, PT Darya Varia Laboratoria Tbk, PT Kalbe Farma Tbk, PT Kimia Farma Tbk, PT Merck Tbk and PT Pyridam Farma Tbk have had good financial performance at certain financial ratios. The company also has poor financial performance on profitability ratios.

Abstract

Zakat Management Organization is an organization that is authorized and obliged to implement the system and management of public funds. As a country with a Muslim population of 87%, the potential amount of zakat is very large, the latest measurement of zakat potential in Indonesia according to Puskas (2019) reached Rp 233.9 trillion. As the person in charge and management of public funds, of course, the management of the zakat management organization must have good performance in order to gain the trust of the muzaki. However, in its development, it turns out that there are still many people who lack trust in conducting zakat transactions in official government organizations. This study used quantitative data with secondary data from the Puskasbaznas index. The purpose of this study is to determine the performance of zakat managers. The results showed that there was a significant influence between zakat literacy and Sharia compliance on performance, while zakat transparency did not have a significant effect on performance. Meanwhile, simultaneously, zakat literacy, zakat transparency, and Sharia compliance have a significant effect on the performance of zakat managers.

Abstract

Abstrak—Pertumbuhan dunia bisnis di Indonesia saat ini meningkat cukup pesat, banyak peluang bisnis muncul dari berbagai sektor, termasuk sektor manufaktur yang dapat memperluas kesempatan kerja. Perusahaan dituntut untuk lebih meningkatkan kinerjanya dalam persaingan bisnis yang sangat ketat ini dengan perbaikan kinerjanya. Tujuan penelitian ini akan merancang dan menganalisa sistem pengukuran kinerja dengan balanced scorecard dan analitytical hierarcy process PT. Schenell Teknik Solusindo dan meneyusun bobot kinerja pada masing masing responden yang akan memnutukan pengukuran kinerja perusahan. Balanced scorecard (BSC) merupakan suatu mekanisme pada sistem manajemen yang mampu menterjemahkan visi serta strategi organisasi ke dalam suatu tindakan yang nyata di lapangan yang mencakup empat aspek utama seperti,(Financial, Costumer, Internal Process Businees dan Learning and Growth ), dan metode analythical hierarcy procces (AHP) merupakan metode dalam menentukan bobot kepentingan tiap tolak ukur dan perspektif yang ada.

Abstract

Research Objectives: The purpose of this research is to find out how the Da'wah Strategy of Nurul Hikmah Islamic Boarding School in Instilling Islamic Values in the Community of Cinta Manis Baru Village, Air Beetle District, Research Method: the method used in this study is to use qualitative methods using interactive model data analysis techniques (Interactive Model) in the Miles and Huberman theory model which has three components including: Data Reduction, Presentation of data (Data Display), and drawing and testing conclusions or verification (Conclusion Drawing. Conclusion: This study concludes that Nurul Hikmah Islamic Boarding School has a significant role in improving the quality of human resources and building Islamic awareness in Cinta Manis Baru Village. The efforts of Islamic boarding schools in organizing educational activities, community guidance, and economic organizing through BMT Bina Umat contribute to changing people's views and behaviors towards a more Islamic life.

Abstract

The House of Representatives (DPR) as a policy-making institution contained in the form of laws and is a strategic institution that regulates the entire life of the Indonesian people. However, if studied in fiqh siyasah, the concept of caliph (leader) is allowed to serve as long as possible if he can carry out the mandate as stipulated in Islam. In article 39 paragraphs (1) and (2) of Law number 6 of 2014 concerning the term of office of village heads. That the position of village head which was originally 6 years 3 periods was changed to 9 years 2 periods. This raises problems related to the limitation of the power of public office and the occurrence of KKN (corruption, collusion, and nepotism) during the tenure of the village head. This research uses Normative Law research or legal research that views humuk as a norm system building. The method carried out by the author is in the form of collecting sentences both scientific papers, notebooks, approaches to laws and regulations, relevant journals. The results of this study are to avoid conflicts between communities in the election of elected and unelected village heads and to focus on the kineja of village development. Because the regeneration or transition of the term of office of the village head in the community is needed in the context of organizing ideas and ideas about village development.

Abstract

After crossing a century of movement, Muhammadiyah has grown very rapidly. Muhammadiyah is one of the Islamic mass organizations whose existence is evenly distributed in almost all parts of Indonesia. There is hardly a single district/city in the country that is not entered by Muhammadiyah. In the early days of the establishment of Muhammadiyah, the Tablighi Council was an organizational field that was first established by K.H. Ahmad Dahlan to facilitate the focus and reach of da'wah. Now the challenges of the Tablighi Council are increasingly complex because more and more Muhammadiyah citizens must receive spiritual flush and formation in beribaddah. To provide services to Muslims in general and Muhammadiyah citizens in particular, the Tablig Council developed a da'wah strategy. The strategy was prepared at the Central Leadership Level which is the highest leader in Muhammadiyah. Then the results are applied at all levels of Muhammadiyah starting from the level of Muhammadiyah Branch Leaders (at the village level), Muhammadiyah Branch Leaders (at the sub-district level), Muhammadiyah Regional Leaders (at the district level), Muhammadiyah Regional Leaders (at the provincial level), to the level of Muhammadiyah Central Leaders. It is also used as a guide in the Muhammadiyah Business Charity (AUM) environment which includes Schools, Universities, Hospitals, Orphanages, Banking, and other AUMs managed by Muhammadiyah.
