Abstract

Technological developments are currently progressing rapidly and have been utilized by various fields to make calculations easier, more efficient and accurate. One of them is technology that was created to determine the best quality of a product so that the quality of the product can be determined. Likewise, determining the quality of swiftlet nests requires accurate calculations. Therefore, the use of a decision support system with the weighted product (WP) method is designed to obtain the best results in determining the precise and accurate quality of swiftlet nests. By using a system that has been designed with a weighted product (WP) method, it is hoped that it will make it easier to determine the quality of the best swallow's nest.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of human resource development and employee competency together on the performance of Government Assistants at the South Jakarta Administrative City Secretariat. The hypotheses tested are: (1) there is an influence of human resource development on the performance of Government Assistants at the South Jakarta Administrative City Secretariat. (2) there is an influence of employee competency on the performance of Government Assistants at the South Jakarta Administrative City Secretariat. (3) there is an influence of developing human resources and employee competency together on the performance of Government Assistants at the South Jakarta Administrative City Secretariat. This research uses a quantitative approach with explanatory and associative research types. In this research, the sampling technique used was saturated sampling or census, where all members of the population were used as samples. The sample in this study consisted of 38 respondents. The data analysis technique uses the correlation coefficient analysis method, coefficient of determination analysis, partial significance test (t test), simultaneous significance test (F test), and simple and multiple regression analysis. From the research results, the following conclusions were obtained: First, the human resource development variable has a strong and significant influence on performance with a correlation coefficient value of 0.789 and a coefficient of determination (r²) value of 0.632. Second, the employee competency variable has a strong and significant influence on performance with a correlation coefficient value of 0.665 and a coefficient of determination (r²) value of 0.443. Third, the variables of human resource development and employee competency together have a strong and significant effect on performance. This can be seen from the correlation coefficient value of 0.797 and the coefficient of determination (R2) value of 0.635.

Abstract

Technological advances in the health sector are growing so rapidly One of the advances in information technology penetrating hospitals such as the use of information technology to support health information management. The hospital's geographic information system is not yet available to the people in Depok city. Many people still find it difficult to know the location and services of hospitals in their area. The purpose of this author is to design a geographic information system for hospitals in Depok city to make it easier for the people of Depok city to know the location, facilities, polyclinic services and doctor's practice schedule. The process of developing a geographic information system of this hospital uses a waterfall model with an analysis and design system assisted using a Unifield Modelling Language (UML) Diagram model. The system is designed using PHP and MySql programming languages as databases. To determine the location point using the Location Based Service (LBS) method. From this design produces a web-based geographic information system for hospitals in Depok city that can be useful for the people of Depok city in accessing information related to polyclinics, doctor schedules and hospital facilities.

Abstract

The aim of this study was to understand the relationship between adolescents' emotional regulation abilities and the level of depressive symptoms they experienced after their parents divorced. This research uses a non-probability sampling technique by drawing the number of samples using a purposive sampling technique with the criteria being teenagers in grades 10 to 12 of high school, aged between 15 and 18 years, residing in one of the regions of West Java. This research uses a correlational quantitative research strategy. The data collection method is carried out through offline questionnaires. . The results of analysis using Pearson correlation showed that there was a negative relationship between emotional regulation and depressive symptoms in adolescents after their parents' divorce (r = -0.634, p = .000 < 0.05). This shows that if emotional regulation is low then depressive symptoms will be high, and vice versa. The benefit of this research is that it provides a deeper understanding of the importance of emotional regulation in dealing with stress and difficult situations, especially for teenagers who experience their parents' divorce. .

Abstract

Palembang Class 1 Immigration Office is a service provider agency in the immigration sector that has the authority to arrange passports or Travel Letters of the Republic of Indonesia (SPRI). In meeting the needs of the community in passport processing, Palembang Class 1 Immigration Office has implemented an Online Passport Queuing Service System. Until now, the system still experiences problems such as errors in the system, exhausted quotas, inappropriate applicant NIK, slow access to the system, and system handling that always involves the Immigration Head Office. Therefore, an evaluation of the online passport queue service information system is needed which can be used as a benchmark for the sustainability of the system. The framework used is the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) V3 framework with the domain of Service Operation and Continual Service Improvement. This research was conducted by distributing questionnaires, interviews and observations to obtain maturity level scores. The results of the maturity level calculation in the Service Operation (SO) domain show that the average value of maturity level in the SO domain is 3.49 or is at level 3 (Define Process) and for the Continual Service Improvement (CSI) domain is 3.47 or is at level 3 (Define Process). From the evaluation results of the Online Passport Queuing Service System based on the maturity level calculation, several recommendations for the Service Operation (SO) and Continual Service Improvement (CSI) domains can be taken into consideration in improving service operations and improving the Online Passport Queuing Service System on an ongoing basis.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of supervision and employee competency together on employee performance in the Safety Development Sector of the South Tangerang City Transportation Service. The hypotheses tested are: (1) There is an influence of supervision on employee performance in the Safety Development Sector of the South Tangerang City Transportation Service. (2) There is an influence of employee competency on employee performance in the Safety Development Sector of the South Tangerang City Transportation Service. (3) There is a joint influence of employee supervision and competence on employee performance in the Safety Development Sector of the South Tangerang City Transportation Service. This research includes explanatory research, associative research and quantitative analysis with a survey approach. In this research, the sampling technique used is Simple Random Sampling, where this method is used if members of the population are considered homogeneous because the sample is representative or the sample is taken randomly. The sample in this study consisted of 72 respondents. The data analysis technique uses the correlation coefficient analysis method, coefficient of determination analysis, partial significance test (t test), simultaneous significance test (F test), and simple and multiple regression analysis. From the research results, the following conclusions were obtained: First, supervision has a strong and significant influence on employee performance with a correlation coefficient value of 0.722 and a coefficient of determination (r²) value of 0.521, meaning that the supervision variable contributes 52.1% to the employee performance variable.

Abstract

Return on Assets (ROA), Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and Capital Expenditure to Book Value of Assets (CAPBVA) Investment Decision on Company Value (Tobin's Q) is the purpose of this study. Using the annual financial statements of 35 companies in the Tourism, Hotel, and Restaurant subsector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the five-year period 2017-2021, this study uses secondary data. Purposive sampling is used for sampling. The panel data regression analysis used in this study was processed using the Eviews 10 program system for data analysis. The results of this research test Return on Assets (ROA) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) have a positive and significant effect on Company Value (Tobin's Q), while Capital Expenditure to Book Value of Assets (CAPBVA) investment decisions have a negative and significant effect on Company Value (Tobin's Q) and Current Ratio (CR) have no effect on Company Value (Tobin's Q).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Workload, Career Development, and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at the Asia Energi Transformation Foundation. The sample in this study were 109 respondents based on the Yamane formula. This study uses primary data with data collection methods through questionnaires distributed to 109 respondents. The data analysis technique uses inferential analysis with multiple linear regression. The results obtained in this study are workload has a positive effect on employee performance, career development has a positive effect on employee performance, and work discipline has a positive effect on employee performance. Therefore the Foundation must pay more attention to what employees need so that employee performance remains at a good level.
