Abstract

The best service quality is an important factor that must be owned by a company in order to be able to survive and still gain the trust of customers. Service quality is a performance indicator for health service providers such as hospitals. Hospitals will be more advanced if their performance can be maintained and improved according to patient demands. Therefore, hospital services must lead to market forces so that hospital orientation can retain customers so that the main goal can be carried out properly. Customer satisfaction is one of the determining factors and an indicator of quality and safety in UPTD RSCM. Customer satisfaction at UPTD RSCM is influenced by factors of reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy and tangible assets from the Blood Service Technician (TPD). The effect of service and performance of medical officers on customer satisfaction in the Blood Transfusion Unit of Dr. RSUPN. Cipto Mangunkusumo was carried out through the stages of research, namely: Analyzing the effect of service and performance of medical officers on patient satisfaction in the inpatient/or outpatient room at Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo. From the results of data collection respondents, in this study the authors conclude a hypothesis; that customers are satisfied with the quality of service at the RSCM Blood Transfusion Unit on the factors of realibility, responsiveness, assurance, empathy and tangibles as a whole are at an index of 88.42% based on a Likert scale in the 'satisfied' category. The value of the consumer satisfaction index (CSI) lies in the 80% - 89.99% interval which indicates that the Customer Satisfaction Index is in the "satisfied" category

Abstract

The transmission line system which is currently growing rapidly in Sumatra, requires a reliable interconnection network to meet the electricity demand for the West Sumatra region. PT. PLN as a provider of electricity businesses in Indonesia conducted planning and destruction tests to design a new model Extra High Voltage Transmission Line (SUTET) tower with specification of 66.6 meters height, slim type tower, 275 kV, lattice BB+15, quadrapole zebra (435/55 mm2) 2 cct. This research aims to study tower collapse behavior caused by working loads, analyze and compare the suitability level of tower deformation and natural frequency among MS Tower, SAP 2000 space truss analysis, SAP 2000 space frame analysis with destruction test results. SAP 2000 space frame deformation analysis shows that the tower is unstable in the Leg section. The analysis of natural frequency and the mode shape in the SAP 2000 space frame analysis is close to the value of the natural frequency destruction test with a deviation of 30%. The tower collapse occurred due to imperfection geometry on the legs section, resulting in a global collapse. Improvements in the form of adding equal angle to the hip bracing were carried out, the result was able to withstand a load case load of 9870 up to 100%. Space frame analysis on SAP 2000 is closer to MS Tower, this can be seen from the deformation and natural frequency values that approach each other from the two analyses.

Abstract

Produk kecantikan yang saat ini mendapatkan perhatian baik dari masyarakat luas yang berkeinginan untuk mendapatkan kulit cantik secara menyeluruh yaitu produk Scarlett by Felicya Angelista yang memproduksi produk Body Care, Brightly Series, Acne Series, dan Hair Care. Produk kecantikan merupakan bahan yang digunakan pada bagian luar tubuh seperti wajah, kulit, rambut, maupun bibir dengan tujuan untuk dapat membersihkan, menyehatkan, mengharumkan, serta dapat menambah kepercayaan diri seseorang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Digital Marketing Terhadap Brand Awareness Produk Skincare Scarlett pada mahasiswa Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Tuah Negeri Kota Dumai. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda, dimana informasi yang sudah digabungkan akan dianilisis menggunakan statistika serta hasil informasinya berbentuk angka-angka.  Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa secara serempak variabel Digital Marketing secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Brand Awareness produk skincare scarlett pada mahasiswa Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Tuah Negeri Kota Dumai. Jika dilihat secara parsial Digital Marketing berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Brand Awareness produk skincare scarlett pada mahasiswa Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Tuah Negeri Kota Dumai. Hasil Koefisien Determinasi sebesar 46,7 % sisanya sebesar 53.3% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lainnya. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu mahasiswa Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Tuah Negeri Dumai Kota Dumai. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 responden.

Abstract

Bridges as an important part of the transportation system have a role in spurring economic growth and regional development. For this reason, the government is obliged to build bridge infrastructure in a stable condition so that connectivity between regions can be realized. Given the many infrastructure development activities that have been delayed since 2019 as a result refocusing as well as the limitations of the APBD, it is necessary to select the order of priority for the bridge implementation program. This study aims to analyze the dominant criteria and sub-criteria that need to be considered so that the order of priority for the construction of a truss bridge in Deli Serdang Regency can be compiled. The method used is AHP with a quantitative approach through a questionnaire. The criteria considered are economic (cost), technical (sub-criteria for bridge age, length, width, and implementation time), land use (sub-criteria for agriculture/plantation, tourism, fisheries, and mining), accessibility (sub-criteria for distance and time), social and regional development (the sub-criteria are population, social facilities, government facilities, and regional development), and policies (the sub-criteria are musrembang, Reses/Pokir DPRD, and stakeholders). The results of the study show that the dominant criteria to consider are social and regional development, followed by technical, land use, economic, policy, and accessibility criteria. The order of priority for the construction of a truss bridge is the Sei Belawan Bridge, Tanjung Anom Village as the first priority, the Bridge Lau Cirem Perpanden Village as the second priority, and Sei Serdang Bridge, Negara Beringin Village as the third priority.

Abstract

This study is motivated by the actual conditions for the drinking water supply system in Patumbak District which has been served by PDAM Tirta Deli as the manager of drinking water in Deli Serdang Regency, and partially served by PDAM Tirtanadi, but the service coverage is still low at 30.33%. The purpose of this research is to study the Feasibility of Economic and Financial Investment in the development of drinking water supply systems. The data processing technique in this study is to use a monte carlo simulation technique. This Monte Carlo simulation is run through an application program, namely the R Studio program which will estimate the profit of a SPAM company for the next 20 years.. Based on the results of calculations and analysis, it can be concluded that from the analysis of economic and financial aspects the results are: NPV IDR 12,659,105,099 (> 0), IRR 14.58% (> 12%), Net B/C Ratio 2.796 (> 1). Results The average NPV value based on the Monte Carlo simulation results with R Studio is IDR 1,060,115,259 and from the analysis of the financial aspects the results are: The NPV value is IDR 25,994,551 (> 0), IRR 9.48 % (> 9.20 %) , Net B/C Ratio 1.03 (> 1), PP 9th year, BEP 0. So it can be concluded that SPAM Development Investment IKK Patumbak in Deli Serdang Regency is said to be FEATURED economically and financially.

Abstract

A leader without anyone else willing to follow, is not a leader, but only someone who walks alone without anyone to follow or even accompany. A leader has a future orientation, not a short-term orientation that can only be enjoyed temporarily, but thinking about ideal conditions or circumstances, such as what should be achieved together in the future. A leader who cares for others and not only thinks about his own interests is willing to empower others. Leaders who keep abreast of technological developments must have skills in influencing, encouraging, guiding, directing, and mobilizing other people who have something to do with the implementation and development of education and teaching in the digital era. The method in this study is to use a descriptive qualitative approach. Scientific Literature Study. The data were collected from various scientific journals, analyzed and synthesized to then draw conclusions. Qualitative research is collecting data from various sources that are relevant to the focus of the problem set, describing, reducing and selecting so that conclusions can be drawn and presented informatively. Literature study method is a series of activities related to methods of collecting library data, reading and taking notes, and managing research materials. This study aims to make existing knowledge related to the topics to be studied to find empty space for researchers to do.

Abstract

Hazardous and Toxic Materials are substances, energy, and/or other components which due to their nature, concentration and/or amount, either directly or indirectly, can pollute and/or damage the environment, endanger the environment, health and survival of humans and living thing.. Hazardous and toxic waste materials are. The management of this hazardous and toxic waste is very crucial given the impact it will have on human health. So this study aims to analyze the management of Hazardous and Toxic Materials (B3) waste in Indonesia. This study uses a literature review method with a qualitative approach. This literature review is by searching for data, selecting the necessary data, analyzing it, and making conclusions from the results of data analysis. The results obtained are that the management of hazardous and toxic waste in the stages of collection, separation, storage, transportation and processing of waste must be carried out properly and safely.

Abstract

Limited funds due to budget refocusing are often an obstacle inrioritisation for irrigation maintenance, including in Deli Serdang Regency. In prioritizing irrigation maintenance, it is necessary to analyze the dominant criteria and priority order of irrigation maintenance areas, which is currently being sought only in deliberations and consultations from the community. This study aims to analyze the dominant criteria that need to be considered in making irrigation area maintenance priorities and to analyze the priority order of irrigation area maintenance in the Technical Implementation Unit (UPT) Region III which is included in the activity plan in Deli Serdang Regency. This research is a quantitative method through a questionnaire with a sampling technique using purposive sampling based on stakeholders who understand he feature criteria at the location of the intended irrigation area and data analysis techniques using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). The results of the research indicate that the dominant criterion that needs to be considered is the budget target criterion with a value of 0.33. The order of priority for maintenance of irrigation areas is DI Jati Baru as priority 1 with a weight of 0.14, priorities 2 and 3 are DI Pertumbuk and DI Sei Tuan with a weight of 0.13, priority 4 is DI Johar Baru with a weight of 0.12, priority 5 is D.I Kotasan with a weight of 0.11, priorities 6 and 7 are D.I Jaharum B and D.I Tj. Garbus Kampung with a weight of 0.10, priority 8 is D.I Tanjung Siporkis with a weight of 0.09, and priority 9 is D.I Kampung Melayu with a weight of 0.07.

Abstract

Modular steel scaffolding is one type of scaffolding that is now widely used in the world of construction. To prevent formwork and scaffolding failure due to loads and other factors, the formwork and scaffold construction must meet the requirements for strength, rigidity and stability. Steel plans are generally slender and require stability analysis. The results are influenced by imperfection (non-linear geometry) and inelastic conditions (non-linear material). In analyzing the stability of steel scaffolding structures, it is necessary to analyze the load capacity by means of numerical modeling. Analysis of the maximum strength of steel structures requires computer analysis of elastic second order analysis based on the Direct Analysis Method (DAM). A new computer-based method contained in the latest Indonesian SNI for steel planning (SNI 1729-2015). In the analysis, the loading is given in stages, and each stage will be evaluated for strength available and strength needed. The maximum load is considered to have been reached when the available strength is the same as the required strength. The scaffolding model consists of 25 levels, each level is 1.5 meters high. Based on the results of the analysis and evaluation of the cross-section strength of the elements reviewed, the maximum capacity of the scaffold level 1 is 68.48 kN. And the maximum capacity load on the 25 story scaffolding is 51.30 kN. The bearing capacity of the elements is reduced, due to the presence of large moments
