Abstract

This study aims to examine whether there is a relationship between the democratic teaching style and student learning motivation. Respondents seen in this study amounted to 40 elementary school students. The method used is a quantitative method using the correlation coefficient of Spearman with the help of IBM SPSS version 23 for windows. The measuring instrument used was the democracy teacher's teaching style questionnaire totaling 20 items and the student learning motivation questionnaire totaling 35 items. From the hypothesis testing in this study, it shows that the significance value is 0.05 <0.33, thus the hypothesis proposed by the researcher is accepted, meaning that there is a large relationship between the democratic teaching style and the learning motivation of class IVB students at SDN Karangrejo II

Abstract

The experience of various crises that have occurred, including the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic, presents a challenge to implement macroprudential policies to ensure the financial system survives and continues to carry out its function in driving the economy. The existing microprudential policies tend to be individual and focus on prudent banking and other financial institutions. Economic fluctuations that occur on the macro side will greatly impact, either directly or indirectly, on the stock price index, as well as the company's internal indicators which are considered to have a major influence on the decisions of investors and potential investors to take action on the stock exchange. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research. The nature of this research is descriptive with a quantitative approach. The data collection technique in this research is Literature Study. The test carried out in this study is the multiple linear regression analysis test (multiple linear regression method), this study uses the ECM model to obtain the best model which includes the classical assumption test. The results of this study based on the partial short-term relationship test, it can be concluded that the Exchange Rate, Inflation and TPF in the short term have no significant effect on the PNBS Stock Price Index. Meanwhile, short-term CAR has a significant positive effect on the PNBS Stock Price Index. Based on the results of the partial long-term relationship test, it can be concluded that in the long term the Exchange Rate has a significant negative effect and TPF and CAR have a significant positive effect on the PNBS Stock Price Index while Inflation has no significant effect on the PNBS Stock Price Index. Based on the output results of the simultaneous short-term and long-term F test, it shows that all independent variables simultaneously have a significant effect on the PNBS Stock Price Index in the short term. Based on the provisions of the MUI DSN through the issued fatwas related to the sharia capital market and sharia shares, it is explained that sharia stock investment with the aim of investing according to the perspective of sharia economic law is allowed

Abstract

This study aims to determine online gender-based violence in the form of online sexual harassment (Cyber Sexual Harassment) that occurs on Twitter. This research uses CMC (Computer-Mediated Communication) theory, and the type of research used is qualitative research using ethnographic methods. The results of this study show that there are six categories of cyber sexual harassment, the first is a direct threat of sexual or physical violence which is any effort, either physical or verbal that leads to a person's sexuality or sexual organs without obtaining consent and has elements or threats. Second, online harassment is an act of sexual harassment through unwanted messages, attention, and contact or intended to embarrass the victim. Third, abusive comments are negative words and without censorship can even be read or may be shared by others.

Abstract

Industrial and agency activities are currently strongly influenced by electricity supply from PLN. When the PLN electricity goes out, the generator will immediately turn on and all loads previously electrified by PLN power will move to the generator. This displacement occurs quickly and not gradually. Diesel engines (engines) will receive high loads when conditions are still not hot. Diesel engines take longer to heat compared to gasoline engines. This condition is referred to as overcooling. This study uses a bypass heater system to accelerate the heating process and prevent overcooling. From experiments that have been conducted show that the use of a heater as 3000 W for generators with a size of 400 kVa can reduce the heating period by 17 minutes (54%). In addition, it can reduce fuel consumption by an average of 0.5 lt/h during the heating period

Abstract

The research uses a critical Qualitative Research method that explores the Implementation of Hindu-nuanced Early Childhood Education Curriculum Management in the city of Mataram and the Contribution of Government Policy to Post-Covid-19 Pandemic Curriculum Governance for Hindu-nuanced ECCE in Mataram City and the Implications of Curriculum Policy Implementation on the readiness of Hindu-nuanced ECCE facilities and infrastructure in Mataram City. Based on the results of surveys and research conducted, it is known that PAUD or kindergarten teachers in Mataram City who are Hindus find it difficult to adjust and understand the new curriculum due to differences in situations and conditions of supporting infrastructure for learning activities in schools and the diversity of perspectives on understanding the curriculum so that it is necessary to get socialization, workshops or training related to strengthening the Hindu-based curriculum in order to be able to develop a Hindu-based curriculum well. Thus, it is very necessary for the participation of the Government, PG-ECCE Lecturers, and Stakeholders in supporting curriculum development and motivating ECCE Teachers to further improve their quality and quality in line with the potential and negative impacts of the Covid-19 pandemic so that in the future they are always ready to face a change or when a similar outbreak occurs in the future.

Abstract

The development of teaching materials in this study refers to the ADDIE development model. explained the development of the ADDIE model includes five steps, namely: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The type of data used is quantitative. Data collection is done by means of a questionnaire to determine the level of eligibility of teaching materials. The results of the study showed the feasibility of the Multimodal Transportation Teaching Material product developed which was declared fit for use according to media and material experts with a percentage of 86.59% and 74.39%, According to the cadets' responses, the user response was declared feasible with a percentage of 76.12% so that the product that had been developed was suitable for use as a learning resource in the learning process of the Multimodal Transportation course.

Abstract

Student success in learning is influenced by several factors, one of which is the method used by teachers in teaching. In fact, in learning teachers use the classical method, namely lectures, so that students are less active in learning and learning achievement is less satisfactory, therefore it is necessary to use other methods to improve learning achievement. This study is to determine whether the demonstration method can improve student achievement about compulsory prayer material in Class IA students of SD Negeri 025 Cikutra Kota Bandung. This classroom action research uses a demonstration method by demonstrating or demonstrating to students a process, situation that is being studied so that the process of student acceptance of the lesson will be more memorable in depth. This research is a PTK with 2 cycles through 4 stages, namely planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The research was conducted at SD Negeri 025 Cikutra Kota Bandung, with the help of 1 collaborator or colleague, namely Nirmala Ayuningtyas, S.Pd. The subjects of this study were 30 students. The hypothesis proposed is that if the demonstration method can be used properly, it can improve the learning achievement of PAI subject students in grade IA students of SD Negeri 025 Cikutra Kota Bandung. The success indicator is 70% with a KKM of 70. Data collection techniques by observation. Data analysis techniques with formulas to find out the average value and percentage.

Abstract

Chronic kidney disease (CKD) is an important public and medical problem in the world because of the huge burden on the health care system. The prevalence of CKD has increased dramatically in the last three decades The study was conducted at the RS X Dialysis Unit in February-March 2023. This research is a descriptive-analytical research. The type of data used is primary data and secondary data. The primary data used are the results of interviews. Identify internal factors based on indicators of strengths and weaknesses. The identification process aims to assess and evaluate the internal strategic factors that influence the success of hemodialysis services. Internal factors used in research based on the state of the Dialysis Unit in terms of management, marketing, research and development and information systems. The position of hemodialysis services at the Dialysis Unit of RS X Depok City is in a growth position. From the results of data processing using QSPM, alternative strategies are obtained, namely maintaining good service quality and facilities, increasing service time in accordance with the target achievement per day which is aligned with the availability of human resources, opening services for infectious spaces open for outpatients, utilizing Social Media for access socialization when the main access is closed during holidays, social media intervention in the marketing process related to the convenience of doing HD in RS X Depok City and education related to PGK-HD, make the HD RS X Depok City patient community a forum for sharing and educating patients and increasing the ease of access and HD facilities at RS X Depok City.

Abstract

Regional bonds are an alternative to infrastructure development financing that needs to be utilized by regional governments. Even though there are still pros and cons regarding regional bonds, regional bonds are still seen as a good and rational financing option. However, until now, no Regional Government has issued regional bonds. The factors that hinder the issuance of regional bonds in Indonesia include obstacles to the readiness of local governments (constraints on the readiness of human resources, the absence of a regional bond management unit, and the absence of regional regulations), regulatory constraints (fragmented regulations, procedures for issuing regional bonds complicated regulations and complex regional bond issuance requirements), political constraints (the existence of an in-principle permit from the DPRD and limited terms of office for Regional Heads and DPRDs), transparency constraints, negative perceptions of debt, local government reluctance to take on debt, and a lack of understanding about bonds area. To overcome these various obstacles, the following factors can encourage the issuance of regional bonds, as encouraging the issuance of regional bonds, including increasing the capacity of local government human resources, improving regulations (a comprehensive regulatory framework), and simplifying issuance procedures and requirements for regional bonds), disclosure, and provision of support by the central government.

Abstract

This study aims to improve Learning Outcomes through the Jigsaw Learning Model. The benefits of the research that the author formulated in this study are that students are able to understand the material of Integer Mixed Calculation Operations through the Jigsaw Learning Model.Based on the Learning model used, it was concluded that the results of learning evaluation have improved. This can be seen from the comparison of learning evaluation results between precycle, cycle I, and cycle II. In the precycle there were only 6 people (20%) out of 30 students who obtained scores above KKM (65), in the first cycle there were 17 people (56.7%) out of 30 students who obtained scores above KKM, and in the second cycle there were 29 people (96.66%) from 30 students who obtained scores above KKM with a grade point average of 83.66. So from these results, it can be concluded that the Jigsaw Learning Model can improve student learning outcomes in Mathematics lessons on Integer Mixed Calculation Operations material in grade V SDN Sirnagalih 03 Kec.Tamansari, Bogor Regency.
