Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the results of the analysis of the effect of halal certification on consumer purchase interest at All You Can Eat Restaurants in Surabaya City and the effect of halal awareness on consumer purchase interest at All You Can Eat Restaurants in Surabaya City. The method in this study uses a quantitative method with an associative approach, primary data sources through the distribution of questionnaires using gform. The sampling technique used in this study, the purposive non-probability technique, with a total of 104 respondents and analyzed using SmartPLS 4.0. The results showed that halal certification had a significant effect on consumer purchase interest and halal awareness also had a significant effect on consumer purchase interest.

Abstract

The Pesona Subang program as a solution to the problem of technology-based pineapple leaf waste in Subang Regency using a partiborator machine, is a strategy to realize sustainable development, which of course has an impact on various aspects, such as the environment, economy, and social. Of course, the role of women and youth in the implementation of the Subang Charm Program in Cikadu Village is very important, because it can create a big impact, especially on the environment. Meanwhile, the involvement of women and youth in sustainable development is considered crucial, with the involvement of women and youth as beneficiaries of the Subang Charm Program. The implementation of the Subang Charm Program in Subang Regency, West Java, is a solution for processing pineapple leaf waste which has only been thrown away or burned by pineapple farmers. However, through the Pesona Subang Program, it not only reduces the negative impact on the environment, but also contributes to the improvement of the local community's economy through the processing of waste into valuable products that can be sold in a profitable market for the beneficiaries of the Pesona Subang Program.

Abstract

This study aims to standardize specific and non-specific parameters and determine the total phenolic levels in moringa leaf extract (Moringa oleifera) taken from Ternate. The standardization of specific parameters includes organoleptic, ethanol soluble juice content, and watersoluble juice content, while nonspecific parameters include drying shrinkage, moisture content, and ash content. The determination of total phenolic levels was carried out using the Folin-Ciocalteu method. The results of the study showed that moringa leaf extract met the requirements of standardization of specific and non-specific parameters according to the Indonesia Herbal Pharmacopoeia. The total phenolic content was expressed in Gallic Acid Equivalent (GAE) units of 206.36 mg GAE/g sample. This study shows that moringa leaf extract has good quality and safety in accordance with pharmaceutical standards.

Abstract

Insurance companies often use attractive promises of benefits as a marketing strategy to attract potential customers. However, in some cases, these promises are unrealistic and cannot be fulfilled, which ultimately harms the client. This study aims to analyze the legal aspects that regulate unrealistic insurance promises and their impact on legal protection for customers in Indonesia. This study uses normative juridical methods, this study examines applicable laws and regulations, such as Law Number 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection and Law Number 40 of 2014 concerning Insurance, as well as cases that occur in Indonesia related to unreasonable insurance promises. The results of the study show that despite regulations that protect consumers, the practice of selling insurance that is not transparent still often occurs. The study recommends that insurance companies increase transparency and the government tighten supervision to ensure that customer rights are well protected.

Abstract

Mediocratis is a social system in which individuals with average or substandard abilities hold positions of power or influence, ignoring the qualities or competencies that should be possessed to hold those positions. In daily life, both work, association and the context of Christian ministry, mediocracy is a challenge that must be seriously addressed because the dynamics of church life are developing rapidly. There are many people who choose to be mediocre when most of them are competent people, have a lot of talent and opportunities to advance or develop.

Abstract

Along with the development of the times, beverage products began to have many variations. Coconut Shake is a trending drink in Singapore made from coconut, milk, and various flavors. The purpose of this organoleptic test research is to find out the level of preference seen from the taste, aroma, and color of Coconut Shake products and to find out the public acceptance of Coconut Shake products. The results of the study showed that 5 respondents liked the contemporary drink "Coconut Shake", 3 respondents quite liked the contemporary drink "Coconut Shake", and 2 respondents did not like the contemporary drink "Coconut Shake". It can be concluded that the contemporary drink "Coconut Shake" can be accepted by some people.

Abstract

Strengthening the excellence of study programs is a strategic step in order to improve the quality of competitiveness of study programs in order to be able to adapt to the needs of scientific developments at the global level. Therefore, a comprehensive and data-based strategy formulation is needed to optimize the Strengthening process. This study aims to identify the Strengths, opportunities, Weaknesses, and Threats and formulate a strategy to Strengthen the excellence of the D3 Culinary Arts Study Program of Balikpapan State Polytechnic. The methods used in formulating this excellence Strengthening strategy are SWOT and QSPM. The results obtained in this study are based on the IE matrix which is seen in the total IFEM score of 2,966 and EFEM of 2,924 in the SWOT matrix, the position of the Study Program is in quadrant V (Hold and Maintain) which means it has moderate internal and external capabilities so that it is necessary to Strengthen the Strength variables and develop according to the opportunities it has. Based on the QSPM analysis, alternative strategies to utilize industry-based curriculum and the implementation of PBL-based curriculum to establish collaboration with institutions and industries at national and international levels to improve student competency and internship opportunities (9.90), overcome the community paradigm towards universities in Java which are considered better by improving international accreditation of study programs and utilizing a wide alumni network for promotion and branding, (9.84) and utilizing a wide alumni network to expand cooperation and funding in the fields of education and research and improving mentoring and networking programs for students (9.82) are the three priorities of the Study Program

Abstract

In Indonesia, efforts to improve corporate financial reporting standards have made corporate governance a top priority. A number of rules issued by capital market regulators, including the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), the Financial Services Authority (OJK), support this, because it ensures the integrity and openness of financial reporting. The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of auditor quality and corporate governance on the quality of company reports. The research method used was the systematic review method. Syytematic review is a methodology used in literature review, which maps the content of the literature and identifies gaps in the field of study. Sestemtic review using the PRISMA Technique. Based on the results of the review carried out, the impact of auditor quality and corporate governance on the quality of company reports is: 1) producing better quality financial statements; 2) Able to identify major errors in financial statements; 3) Have Compliance with Accounting Regulations and Standards; 4) Periodic reviews.

Abstract

This study aims to optimize the management of the Hospital Management Information System (SIMRS) in the nurse station unit of the outpatient department at Pekanbaru Eye Center Hospital. Observations revealed various technical and operational challenges, including limited IT staff, lack of user training, and inadequate SIMRS infrastructure and features. The research methodology involved a priority problem analysis using the USG method (Urgency, Seriousness, Growth) and Fish Bone Diagram to identify root causes. Proposed interventions include intensive training, development of relevant SIMRS features, technological infrastructure upgrades, standardized SOP preparation, and regular monitoring and evaluation. The findings suggest that these measures have the potential to significantly improve operational efficiency, data accuracy, and the quality of hospital services. The study’s implications are expected to assist hospitals in addressing digitalization challenges in the healthcare sector.

Abstract

This research aims to improve the administrative management of the Cooperative in Kampung Juang An-Nahdliyah, Sodong Basari Village. The establishment of Kampung Juang An-Nahdliyah as the Village of Agrarian Reform Awakening in 2023. The village is expected to improve the economic welfare of its residents through a cooperative named Koperasi Jasa Bakti Mandiri Jaya. However, the administration management is still considered lacking, which is caused by the low quality of human resources. This research recommends cooperative administration training as a means to improve administrative performance, such as the procedures for creating and implementing the 16 mandatory cooperative books. This research shows that administrative training is an effective solution to improve the understanding of cooperative administration in Kampung Juang An-Nahdliyah.
