<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the application of the Problem Based Learning Model in Social Science Subjects (IPS) for the fifth-grade students of SD Dumas Surabaya. Problem Based Learning is a learning model that focuses on students, so that the application of the problem-based learning model in the Human Interaction with the Environment material can make students more active in learning. This type of research uses descriptive qualitative research. The sample of this research is the fifth-grade students of SD Dumas Surabaya. Data collection techniques using Learning Outcomes Test, Observation, Interview Guide. The data obtained by the test of learning outcomes is to use calculations. The results of the study showed that the Learning Outcome Test at the first meeting was 76, 25%, and the second meeting was 90%.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine how the level of work discipline of human resources in employees of CV. Asakota Bima City. The instrument in this study used a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The population in this study amounted to 50 employees at CV. Asakota Bima City with saturated sampling technique. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used validity test, reliability test, and one sample t-test test using SPSS version 22 for windows. Based on the results of the one sample t-test on the discipline of human resources work on employees of CV. Asakota Kota Bima is said to meet the criteria or is good because it is more than 75%, where the work discipline of employees is CV. Asakota Kota Bima is in accordance with the wishes expected by the company with a value level of t-count t-table (56.357 2.010), stating that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted with a significant value of 0.000 0.05, which means significant.]]>

<![CDATA[The aging process in the elderly will cause a decrease in physical function to health conditions that make the elderly group susceptible to degenerative (non-communicable) diseases, one of which is abnormal blood pressure that occurs continuously. There are several non-pharmacological hypertension treatments, namely the Swedish back massage technique and murotal therapy where massage is carried out on the body combined with listening to the murrotal surah Ar - Rahman so that a relaxed feeling arises which will have an impact on lowering blood pressure. The purpose of this case study was to see the impact of the intervention of a combination of Swedish back massage techniques and murotal al-Qur'an Surah Ar - Rahman on reducing blood pressure in patients with hypertension. This research method uses a pre experimental design with a one group pretest-posttest approach. The results of the study found that the two subjects had the same gender, namely women, with subject 1 being 67 years old and subject 2 being 64 years old. The results of the case study showed a decrease in systolic and diastolic blood pressure in subject 1 by 9.3/4 mmHg and in subject 2 by 9.6/5.3 mmHg. Swedish therapy back massage techniques and murotal al-qur'an surah Ar - Rahman can lower blood pressure in patients with medical diagnoses hipertention.]]>

<![CDATA[Background: Hypertension or high blood pressure affects almost all groups of people around the world. One of the symptoms that appear in hypertension is acute pain. Good care is an important factor in determining the patient's recovery Objective: to analyze cases managed by hypertensive patients with acute pain in Mrs. T at Kardinah Hospital, Tegal. Methodology: The method used in this research is descriptive using a case study approach at Kardinah Hospital Tegal. Results: The results of the assessment and data analysis formulate a nursing diagnosis of acute pain related to biological injury. Based on the problem of acute pain with non-pharmacological intervention of deep breath relaxation to decrease pain intensity, it was found that there was an improvement or decrease in pain scale after providing nursing care for 3 days.]]>

<![CDATA[This thesis aims to solve the problem of force majeure research in the construction service business affected by the corona virus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic. In particular, this thesis attempts to explore the application of article 47 paragraph (1) letter j of Law Number 2 of 2017 concerning Construction Services which regulates the circumstances of coercion in its application to construction service businesses affected by the spread of the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic. In the a quo article it is not explained in detail what forms a construction service business can be declared to have experienced force majeure, so that the application of this article in a case often creates legal uncertainty. This discussion is important because the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic for the construction service business has created a debate regarding the relevance of implementing coercive circumstances for construction service businesses that are experiencing obstacles in completing their business activities. This research is a normative juridical research through a statutory approach and a case approach. In addition, this study uses a data collection method in the form of literature study. Through this literature study, researchers collect documents and data to be processed using content analysis methods. The results of the study show that the application of force majeure in construction service businesses affected by the COVID-19 pandemic is relevant to be applied. This is in accordance with the classification of the division of force majeure in certain fields, such as relative, subjective, temporary, special, and exclusive. In addition, there are legal consequences of the application of force majeure in the construction service business, namely the temporary termination of contracts, renegotiation, and the provision of compensation to workers in the construction service business.]]>

<![CDATA[Marriage is one of the significant occasions in human existence, in human existence with its different legitimate outcomes. Hence the law directs this issue of marriage exhaustively. Indonesia has appropriately directed marriage techniques in Regulation No. 1 of 1974. This Marriage Regulation expects to control the relationship of an ideal, blissful and everlasting life in a family to make fondness and shared love in the family. In Regulation No. 1 of 1974 on Marriage (hereinafter alluded to as the Marriage Regulation), the importance of Marriage will be, "Marriage is the internal birth connection between a man and a lady as a couple fully intent on framing a blissful and everlasting family (family) in light of the One Genuine Godhead". In Regulation No. 1 of 1974 on Marriage, blended relationships without anyone else place the spouse in accommodation to the citizenship status of the husband. In like manner, it isn't without anyone else that the spouse is dependent upon the regulations relevant to the husband. This is made sense of in article 58 which determines that for people of various identities who plays out a blended marriage, can get citizenship from his/her life partner and may likewise lose his citizenship, as per the strategies indicated in the relevant Regulation on citizenship of the Republic of Indonesia.]]>

<![CDATA[Background: Hemorrhoids, hemorrhoids or more commonly known as hemorrhoids are dilated veins in the anal area originating from the hemorrhoidal plexus. Pain is one of the symptoms of hemorrhoidal patients due to inflammation and edema caused by thrombosis. The combination of pharmacological and non-pharmacological treatment is the best way to control pain. One of the non-pharmacological techniques used is the finger grip relaxation technique. Methods: This study used a descriptive design in the form of a case study approach to nursing practice. The case study in this study examined acute pain in hemorrhoidal patients after the finger grip relaxation technique was effective for 3 x 2 4 hours. Results: The results showed that the patient's pain scale before implementation was 6, besides that the patient also showed symptoms of grimacing in pain, BP: 167/94 mmHg, N: 95 x/minute and RR: 26 x/minute. After being given implementation for 3x24 hours, it was seen that there was a decrease in the patient's pain scale to 3, besides that the patient also showed symptoms of being calmer, BP: 140/85 mmHg, N: 84 x/minute and RR: 20 x/minute. Conclusion: Nursing actions by performing finger grip relaxation techniques can reduce acute pain in patients where there is a decrease in the pain scale by 3.]]>

<![CDATA[Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) is one of the health problems that occurs due to respiratory failure that occurs in geriatrics. The basic need for oxygenation is the most vital basic need in human life. One of the disturbances in oxygenation requirements is ineffective airway clearance. As a nurse, the health assistance that can be given to COPD patients with ineffective airway clearance is effective coughing. This study aims to determine the nursing care of oxygenation disorders in COPD patients with ineffective airway clearance problems in the Upper Edelweiss Room of Kardinah Hospital Tegal. This study uses a descriptive design in the form of a case study approach to nursing practice. This case study conducted an effective cough intervention for patients 3 times a day and with a duration of 5-10 minutes for 3x24 hours. The results showed that the problems that occurred in the client could be resolved on the 3rd day and which was characterized by a decreased respiratory rate (24 x/minute), no rales, and the patient was able to excrete phlegm]]>
