Abstract

Research on the development of soil from vulkan material in the toposcopic southern  Bangli Region as for the purpose of the study is as follows: (1) the process of formation and development of soil formed from toposcopic volcanic material in the southern, Bangli Region (2) obtain data on soil characteristics in the southern Bangli Region (3) knowing the potential of land for agricultural management in the southern, Bangli Region.This research was carried out with methods of soil survey, laboratory analysis, and supported with secondary data. Three profiles that represent Local Topography is selected based on the height of the different places, profile (N-1) with an altitude of 850 metres above sea level, profile (N-2) with an altitude of 540 metres above sea level, and the profile (N-1) h with an altitude of 200 metres above sea level. A third profile is have the same slope direction that is the direction the southern slope.Parent material formed in the area of research is derived from volcanic material, namely tuff deposits of lava and Vulcan of Buyan and Beratan, Batur, Ancient. Research areas included in the climate type A (very wet). The process of genesis of soils that occur in research is to the top slopes are experiencing a process of erosion, the middle slopes of the transport process and foot slopes of the deposition process.Third that profile has undergone a process of horisonisasi. The level of development of land is at the stage of virile. The characteristics of the soil a bit sour, cation exchange capacity of low to medium, base saturation is low to moderate, organic material is very low to low, the texture of the sand very clay to clay. Types of minerals found in the third profile dominated by halloysite minerals.Based on the results of research affect soil properties that are formed. On the top slopes are formed very deep in the depths of the solum 177 centi metres, middle slopes formed solum in depth 153 centi metres and foot slopes formed a shallow at a depth of solum 137 centi metres. Bangli area Southern potentially in support of plant growth and increase agricultural production.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to solve the problems related to the optimization of the customer service scheduling system in Indosat Ooredoo Office Kuta Branch by implementing the concept of graph coloring, namely the application of the Welch Powell algorithm. This research was a case study. Data obtained from observations and interviews. The data analyzed is a pre-existing customer service scheduling system. The scheduling system obtained will be analyzed further by using Welch Powell's algorithm to solve problems related to the formation of mobile selling teams and its schedule. Before being analyzed using the Welch Powell algorithm, the scheduling system is represented in graph form. There was a Welch Powell algorithm that is 1) Sort the vertices of G in decreasing degrees; 2) Use one color to color the first node (which has the highest degree) and other vertices that do not match the first node; 3) Start again with the next highest degree node in the ordered list that has not been colored and repeat the process of node transfer using the second color. Based on the results of the analysis, the number of existing customer services can be formed into three teams with alternating mobile selling schedules in one week. This is more efficient than the previous scheduling system that determined the mobile selling team based on the employee's work shift. Based on this, the implementation of the Welch Powell algorithm can solve the problem of scheduling system optimization in the Indosat Ooredoo Customer Service Division of the Kuta Branch theoretically.

Abstract

The current competition among banking institutions has made customers more careful in choosing trusted banking institutions. If the customer gets a service that is not in accordance with what is desired, the management can lose customer confidence. In the end, customers will look for other banking institutions. This is a loss for management. Management should improve service quality to continue to gain customer trust and can continue to grow. Therefore, banking institutions need to create a Service Standard for the minimum implementation of banking services that are in accordance with the wishes of customers. This study aims to determine the standard of service that is in accordance with the wishes of customers and to prioritize the quality of service improvements that should be given to BRI bank customers at the Bangli office. The approach taken is the Kano method to categorize customer desires into the Kano category, the Quality Function Deployment (QFD) method to translate customer desires into what must be produced by bank management and the Resheniya Izobretatelskikh Zadatch (TRIZ) Theory method to improve mutual technical responses contradict. This study uses a questionnaire as a research instrument. Through the results of questionnaires it is known that 10 desires are needed by customers and are grouped based on 3 dimensions of Canoe. The results of categorizing attributes with Kano show that there are still categorized attributes as must be and one dimensional, meaning that there still needs to be a form of improvement from the management of the bank. From the formation of the House of Quality (HOQ) matrix, it is known that the variable "documentation and information" is the first priority in efforts to improve with the highest importance level of 19.58% and difficulty level 13.10%.

Abstract

Bali island is an island that is well known for its beautiful nature and wonderful  culture. The combination of both culture and nature, makes Bali unavoidable place to visit. The Balinesse culture is greatly influence by Hindu, a religion for most of Balinesse people. The ceremony ang religious activities called as “yadnya” has generated many small industries to fulfill the need for yadnya instrument. The raise of this industries marked by balinesse traditional cake like uli, begina, sirat, matahari, etc. Another industries arising as the result of ceremony and religious activities are tumpeng banten, canang and sampian, plangkiran and wood carving, bokor and keben, and wastra. This industry are generated as impact of yadnya activity in Bali Island especially Hindu’s religion.

Abstract

Building is a complex job, where careful planning is  needed first. Ranging from site analysts, function analysis, to building analysis, it must be  carefully reviewed so  that the building can function optimally later. Sanur is an area that develops the  tourism  industry, therefore supporting facilities such as food stalls / restaurants are certainly very appropriate to be developed to support the tourism industry. Establishing a seafood /  seafood food stall in an uncertain area of development must of  course  be  taken  into account in order to invest in building permanently. Bambu building is the right alternative, because the cost of building is relatively cheap and can be dismantled or moved later to another place if it is not needed, and in accordance with Balinese culture. The key to the success of bambu buildings is the selection of materials. Bambu that is used is  bambu that   is old enough and has been through a preservation process to last long. For the culinary industry cleanliness is the main requirement. So that the selection  of  weeds  as  a  roof cover is with synthetic weeds, because it has a strong and not fall / dust resistance like natural weeds.

Abstract

City Development Planning can be described as a decision-making process to realize economic, social, cultural and environmental goals through the development of a spatial vision, strategies and plans, and the application of a set of policy principles, tools, institutional participatory mechanisms, and regulatory procedures. Connectivity between cities is needed for a Bali island which is the best tourism destination in Indonesia. Good connectivity between cities can contribute greatly to tourism destinations in each city / region. In the future it will be a great work if the development of urban areas on the island of Bali is the integrated tourism industry path connectivity in the Smart City Development system. Smart city is a dream of almost all countries in the world both in the provincial and urban spheres. With Smart City, various kinds of data and information located in every corner of the city can be collected through sensors installed in every corner of the city, analyzed with smart applications, then presented according to user needs through applications that can be accessed by various types of gadgets. Through the gadget, users can also interactively become data sources, they send information to data centers for consumption by other users.

Abstract

Concrete with various variants is a basic requirement in building a building. The concrete mixture is diverse depending on the planning made beforehand. The cement mixture is usually in the form of a mixture of artificial stone, cement, water and fine aggregates and coarse aggregates. Aggregates (fine aggregates and coarse aggregates) function as fillers in concrete mixtures. (Subakti, A., 1994). However, in building construction, additives are often added, but there is still a sense of uncertainty at the time of dismantling the mold and the reference before the concrete reaches sufficient strength to carry its own weight and the carrying loads acting on it. To overcome the time of carrying out work related to concrete, it is necessary to find an alternative solution, for example by looking for alternative ingredients of concrete mixture on the basis of consideration without reducing the quality of the concrete. From the results of previous studies it was stated that due to the partial replacement of cement with Fly Ash, the strength of the pressure and tensile strength of the concrete had increased (Budhi Saputro, A., 2008). Based on the description above, the author seeks to examine how the compressive strength of concrete characteristics that occur by adding additives Addition H.E in the concrete mixture and is there any additive Additon H.E effect on the increase in the compressive strength characteristic of the concrete. From the results of the study, it was found that the compressive strength of the concrete with the addition of additives HE was that after the compressive strength test of the concrete cube was carried out and the analysis of concrete compressive strength of 10 specimens, in each experiment a cube specimen was made with the addition of additons. HE with a dose of 80 cc, 120 cc, and 200 cc can accelerate and increase the compressive strength of concrete characteristics.

Abstract

The train station in Malang is one of the stations under the supervision of PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero), which is engaged in the business of providing land transportation services. The large number of transportation service providers encourage competition between transportation service providers to provide good service to satisfy consumer desires. Service quality and condition of facilities available at railway stations in Malang, especially the waiting room section, still do not meet the Minimum Service Standards for People Transportation by Train based on the Minister of Transportation Regulation No. PM 9 on February 8, 2011. Therefore it is necessary to identify and evaluate the condition of waiting room facilities and the analysis and evaluation carried out to improve service quality with a Micro and macro ergonomics approach. With the Micro Ergonomics approach there will be proposed improvements to overcome work environment problems (air temperature and sound intensity level) in the train station waiting room. With the Ergonomics Macro approach a work system will be redesigned in the train station waiting room section that can be implemented by the train station manager. This study aims to identify, analyze problems and propose improvements to the condition of facilities in the waiting room section with a Micro and macro ergonomics approach to improve service quality at the Railway Station in Malang. This study describes the condition of facilities in the Railway Station waiting room in Malang through a questionnaire distributed to train service users. By knowing these conditions, a measurement of the working environment conditions is carried out on the train station waiting room. Obtained results of air temperature measurements in the waiting room area ranged from 31-35.3oC and the level of sound intensity in the waiting room section ranged from 66.8 to 88.1dB. Then the problem solving using the Macro Ergonomics approach using the MEAD method (Macro Ergonomic Analysis and Design) through ten stages of the process and obtained alternative selection results, namely repairs and procurement of facilities in the waiting room, officer training at the railway station and improvement of culture or passenger habits . From this study, a proposal to improve the waiting room facilities at the railway station in Malang was proposed which could be implemented by the management of PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) to improve the service quality of the train station.

Abstract

Management of academic activities at Mahendradata University is still using manually ways, which means that it has not used an integrated information system yet, for the example the process of registering new students, arranging lecture schedules, filling in student KRS, managing lecture attendance, and managing student grades. Nowadays cultural changes have been marked by the increasingly rapid use of the internet. The internet as an information resources for its existence has now become a necessity. The benefits of the internet are quite large, especially in the world of business, entertainment and education. This system is designed to assist academic processes at the University of Mahendradata. The academic processes that have been analyzed and applied in this developed system are the process of preparing schedules, plotting teaching lecturers, printing KRS, printing lecture attendance, presenting inputs, filling in grades, and printing KHS. And the University can immediately develop a new system in order to work optimally. System design that has been used in developing this system uses the SDLC method, the waterfall method. The implementation of the system uses the PHP programming language Codegniter and MySQL database. The results of this study are in the form of an academic system design at the University of Mahendradata. This developed system is aim to assist the academic processes at the University of Mahendradata

Abstract

In the xyz florist industry business, facilities and infrastructure are urgently needed in conducting marketing and sales activities, so that the xyz florist industry can be known to the wider community and increase turnover. Currently the marketing carried out by the xyz florist industry is still poorly managed. Marketing and sales are still done conventionally by opening small booths on the roadside during valentine, using brochures, and offering to work with other businesses. To overcome these problems, website design is done to support the marketing and sales activities of the xyz florist industry. Website marketing and sales design using CMS (Content Management System) tools. With this website, marketing and sales activities will be maximized so that the turnover of the xyz florist industry can increase.
