Abstract

The role of the regional head in every event or activity of the regional government is very important, because the regional head is the highest leadership position in a region. The regional head as the highest leader in the region concerned must have control over all government activities, including all events held in the region. Protocol duties in the regions are carried out by the Protocol and Communication Section of the Regional Secretariat of Padangsidimpuan City. Therefore the authors are interested in conducting research in the form of a thesis with the title Role of the Protocol Section in Facilitating the Activities of Regional Heads (Studies at the Regional Secretariat of Padangsidimpuan City). The problems in this study are how the role of the protocol section in facilitating the activities of regional heads and the factors that become obstacles faced by the protocol in smoothing the activities of regional heads in Padangsidimpuan City. This study uses a qualitative approach, namely a problem-solving procedure that is investigated by describing the current state of the subject of the research object based on visible facts. The task of the regional protocol is to facilitate the implementation of regional government activities, namely planning activities, coordinating activities, carrying out activities and managing protocol documentation related to the activities of the regional head, in this case the Mayor of Padangsidimpuan. Meanwhile, the obstacle factors faced by the protocol section of the regional head's activities in the City of Padangsidimpuan are the lack of employee compliance with work discipline, the existence of a culture of unfair competition among employees, a poor evaluation system, and indecisive sanctions for violating regulations. It is suggested that the leadership of the protocol section need to emphasize to employees the importance of working time discipline so that it can support the smooth running of the activities of the regional head, which is accompanied by the provision of disciplinary sanctions for any violations.

Abstract

Theaterappeared in the 6th century BC from Ancient Greece as theatron which means drama. In those days, theaters were usually staged in a building called the Theatron. Theatron is a special building for drama performances, open without a roof, and built on terraces. The changing times and changing situations and conditions have made theater more developed. Developing in discourse and the birth of innovative theater works. Creative ideas from theatrical performances cannot be separated from the human side, politics, environment, religion, philosophy and other matters of morality. Starting from this the author tries to offer theater to be closer to the community. Revolution 4.0 is a point of awareness for a writer to see and observe the social phenomena of Indonesian society. With low literacy awareness in the form of reading, high productivity of society with the use of Gadged technology. Of course this is a serious problem that should be considered in the condition of the Indonesian people. This makes Tambak Bayan, Scientific Village of North Sumatra, become one of the objects of research. Tambak Bayan is a place to formulate directing concepts, ideas, and artistic values of the stage for the creation of a SITI theater performance as a form of community social reflection. Making theater a critical medium, involving the community as actors and actors/actresses who are directly involved in the creation of the theater. This will be strengthened by using Brect's theory. the concept that the entire performance apparatus, including the audience, is required to be at a distance. This concept is known by the wider community as verfremdungseffekt. Verfremdungseffekt itself can be interpreted as alienation, distance, or alienation. This concept is a very appropriate approach. Brect is a theater figure who brings a critical spirit to the theater and its audience.

Abstract

In typological linguistics, the terms “kala,” “aspect,” “mode/modality” are used and are known as verb paradigms or verbal systems (morphosyntactically) and verb semantic aspects (semantically) in describing language characteristics. However, these terms are treated as parallel, even though all three leave theoretical problems. Kala and aspect are grammatical categories, while modality is semantic notation. In addition, there is also the term mode which is often assumed to be a synonym for modality even though the two are related different concepts. Therefore, this study attempts to answer these theoretical problems by referring to temporality, aspectuality, and modality and describing their realization in English and Indonesian to gain a comprehensive understanding. This research is a contrastive analysis that compares English and Indonesian. Data were collected from two synchronic corpora, namely the Corpus of Contemporary American English (COCA) for English data and Wortschatz Leipzig Corpora Collection for Indonesian data. The analysis results show that English and Indonesian have different realizations of these notes; English is more varied in realizing temporality, while Indonesian is more varied in learning aspectual. The manifestations of English modalities are more diverse, which include core and quasi-modal. Based on this analysis, it can be concluded that English is more affluent in morphosyntax and syntax, while Indonesian is richer in morphology.

Abstract

Chronic kidney failure (CRF) is one of the world's health problems because its prevalence continues to increase. There was a 4-fold increase in new patients and a 16-fold increase in active patients from 2007 to 2015. Payments made by BPJS use the INA-CBGs system. This study was conducted to see the feasibility of the real treatment profile compared to the Pernefri standard (Indonesian Nephrology Association) and the cost consequences compared to the Ina-CBGs rate, as well as to see the factors that affect the patient's quality of life. This type of research is an observational study with a cross-sectional design. Treatment profile data were taken retrospectively from medical records. Direct cost data were taken retrospectively from patient treatment documents. Patient's quality of life data was collected prospectively from in-person interviews using a validated EQ-5D questionnaire. The results showed that the sexes were 43 males and 35 females, with the largest age range> 50 years, retirees and IRT, junior high school / high school education, the most marital status was married. Based on the treatment profile of the incompatibility of EPO therapy with a Hb between 8 g, dL-10 g / dL was not given EPO. Based on the calculation of real medical costs of Rp. 660,529, which is less than the ideal medical cost of Rp. 778,786 and the tariff for Ina-CBG is Rp. 879,100. Quality of life of patients with CRF have a sufficient quality of life with a mean value of 63.01% (p <0.05, Linear regression)
