Abstract

Expectations of increased development of Islamic banking is one of the targets by the government in the year 2023. To achieve this target in recent years, the government conducted a roadmap by requiring all Islamic business units that are in conventional commercial banks to separate themselves. So that every sharia business unit will turn into a sharia commercial bank. It becomes a challenge for every UUS in facing spin-offs, especially in preparing a large amount of capital. Therefore, many UUS are not ready financially for spinoffs. So the solution offered by the author can be in the form of a review of Law Number 21 Year 2008 concerning Sharia Banking which is the legal basis for the spin-off policy. In addition, BUK needs to prepare the maturity of UUS to face separation. Without exception the preparation of the UUS itself in improving services and the addition of banking products offered. Besides that, education is also very important to educate the public.

Abstract

Divorce is the breaking of the marriage bond for certain reasons. Economy is on of the reasons husband and wife can demand divorce at the syari’yyah court or the religious court. In the period 2015-2019, the Syari’yyah Langsa Court decided many divorce cases for various reasons, including the economic reason. The purpose of this study was to determine the economic impact of families on divorce in 2015-2019 and to determine the causes that dominated divorce in 2015-2019 at the Syar’iyyah Langsa Court. Researchers conducted research by processing data taken from the Syar’iyyah Langsa Court. The results obtained from this study are base on cases that have been decided by the Syar’iyyah langsa Court in 2015-2019, that the economy has an impact on divorce but the impact is not massive so that the economy does not really affect divorce. The most dominating cause of divorce, which reached 72.8% of the total cases that occurred in 2015-2019 was due to continuous disputes and arguments. Meanwhile, divorces due to economic causes accounted for 9.76% of the total cases that occurred in 2015-2019.

Abstract

Berinvestasi saham online sangat efektif untuk dilakukan masyarakat, terlebih di masa pandemic saat ini. Namun, kurangnya literasi masyarakat mengenai investasi mengakibatkan kerugian dalam berinvestasi. Untuk itulah OJK memberikan kebijakan untuk memberikan pelayanan edukasi mngenai investasi. Ditinjau dari Hukum Ekonomi Syariah, hukum berinvestasi saham adalah mubah (boleh), selagi hal tersebut tidak keluar dari konsep dan prinsip-prinsip dalam syariah. metode yang digunakan menggunakan kualitatif dengan pengambilan data kepustakaan (library research). Penelitian ini berorientasi pada efektifitas hukum berinvestasi saham dengan meninjaunya kembali dari aspek hukum positif dan hukum islam, sehingga penulis mencari dan memperoleh data pustaka dari berbagai sumber, baik publikasi dari jurnal, artikel dan riset riset terdahulu yang berhubungan dengan investasi saham dan hukum hukumnya.

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk membahas mengenai kegiatan jual beli dengan konsep kantin kejujuran prespektif fiqh muamalah. Dalam artikel ini diuraikan penjelasan mengenai penomena jual beli dengan konsep kantin kejujuran,bagimana konsep jual beli dalam Islam (fiqh muamalah), dan analisis mengenai bagaimana konsep kantin kejujuran prespektif fiqh muamalah. Dan untuk menambah akurasi data, maka untuk studi kasus difokuskan hanya pada studi kasus kegiatan kantin kejujuran yang terjad di kampus UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang.

Abstract

The majority of the Indonesian population is Muslim, so there is an obligation to consume halal food, including slaughtered products. This study aims to examine and identify the competency problems of halal slaughterers in Indonesia. The method in this research is an empirical study of phenomenology and also descriptive analysis in the form of library research using a qualitative research approach. This study uses secondary data derived from articles, books, internet, previous studies, and other reference sources that are relevant to the thing being studied. The results of the study indicate that the main problem in the competence of halal butchers in Indonesia is the lack of access and opportunities for slaughterers to attend training and competency tests (certification) of halal slaughterers.

Abstract

This study aims to find out and analyze the health condition of the company based on the magnitude of the predicted value using financial ratios in the Springate model. The research method used is descriptive analysis method with a quantitative approach. The research population is all companies listed in Jakarta Islamic Index (JII), amounting to 30 companies, using purposive sampling. The analysis technique used is the analysis of financial statements with the Springate model (S-Score) which aims to find out companies that experience financial distress and bankruptcy. The results showed that there were several companies in 2013 and 2014 that experienced bankruptcy, namely 16.67%, then increased to 26.67% in 2016, and the most significant occurred in 2015 and 2017, namely 30.00%
