Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the leading commodities in Solok Regency and to analyze the strategy of developing superior commodities in Solok Regency. This study uses secondary data using a total of 14 research objects in the District of Solok, during the observation year (2013-2017). Data analysis techniques used to analyze superior commodities and analyze strategies for developing superior commodities are using Location Quotient (LQ) and Shift Share analysis techniques. As for processing data using Microsoft Excel. Based on the calculation of LQ and Shift Share to classify commodities, obtained superior or prime commodities in Solok Regency are shallots, carrots and cloves. Keyword: commodity bases, lq, shift share, solok

Abstract

This study was conducted to find out (1) the effect of capital access on income distribution, (2) the effect of education on income distribution. This research is descriptive and associative. In this study, the object of the research was the province of West Sumatra. The type of data used in this study is secondary data. The data used in this study is the ratio of Gini West Sumatra, access to capital (umkm and loans) and education (budget). The data collection technique used in this study is the retrieval of data from related institutions, namely the BPS of West Sumatra Province and the library used as support. The technique used to analyze data is multiple linear regression analysis. The prerequisite test is done by chow test, hausman test, and lm test. Based on this study, it was found that (1) capital access has a positive and significant influence on income distribution. (2) education has a positive and significant influence on income distribution.Keyword: Capital Access, Education, Distribution Incom

Abstract

This study aims to know and prove how much the effect of Price and Word Of Mouth On The Purchase Intention Toshiba Brand Laptops Among Students From Padang State University. This type of research is causative. The population in this Students from Padang State University. The samples were taken using Cochran formula with 100 respondents. This sampling technique is based on non- probability sampling method. The type of data used in this study primary data. Data analysis technique using SPSS version 21.00. the result of this study indicate that: 1) Price has a positive significant effect on purchase intention, 2) Word of Mouth has a positive significant effect on purchase intention.Keywords: Price, Word of Mouth, Purchase Intention

Abstract

the purpose of this research is to know the influence of product, promotion, place,physical evidence, employee, process, productivity and quality to decision of tourist visiting at Rumah Gadang Mande Rubiah tourist object. This type of research is causative. The population in this study is all tourists who visit the tourism object that is Pesisir Selatan. The number of research samples was determined based on Cochran formula of 100 people and was chosen by using accidental sampling technique. The data that are used are the primary obtained through the distribusion of questionnaires to selected tourists. The analytical method used is descriptive and quantitative analysis through path analysis. The results of this study indicate objek: 1) The product has significant influence on the tourist visiting decision on Rumah Gadang Mande Rubiah tourism object, 2) Promotion has significant influence on the tourist visiting decision on Rumah Gadang Mande Rubiah tourism object, 3) Place has  significant influence the tourist visiting decision at Rumah Gadang Mande Rubiah tourism object, 4) physical evidence Place has  no significant effect on the tourist visiting decision at Rumah Gadang Mande Rubiah tourist object, 5) Employees has significant influence on the tourist visiting decision on Rumah Gadang Mande Rubiah tourism object, 6) Process has  no significant effect on the tourist visiting decision at Rumah Gadang Mande Rubiah tourist object, 7) Productivity and quality significantly influence the decision of tourists visiting the Rumah Gadang Mande Rubiah tourist object.Keywords: Visiting Devisiting, Product, Promotion, Place, Physical Evidence, Employee, Process, Productivity and Quality.

Abstract

This study was conducted to find out (1) the effect of educative interaction and learning discipline to ward student economic learning outcomes, (2) the effect of educative interaction to ward student economic learning outcomes, (3) the effec of learning discipline to ward  economic learning outcomes. This research is descriptive and associative. The population in this study were specialy for sports school students of class X MIPA and IIS in West Sumatra 4 High School (Sports Giftedness) with 97 students. The total sample is determined by Slovin formula and propotional random sampling. From this formula, 80 students were obtained as research samples. Data collection techniques used in this study were questionnaires and documentation. The instrument of validity test uses Collected Item Total Colleration and for reliability testing using alpha coefficient formula. The prerequisite test is done by normality test, heterocedasticity test, and multicollinearity test. The technique used to analyze data is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on this study, it was found that (1) educative interaction and learning discipline had a positive and significant effect on the economic learning outcomes of class X students West Sumatra 4 High School (2) educational interaction had a positive and significant effect on the economic learning outcomes of class X students in West Sumatra 4 High School (3) learning discipline has a positive and significant effect on the economic learning outcomes of West Sumatra 4 High School. Keyword: educative interaction, student discipline, sport  school, learning outcomes

Abstract

Abstract : This research was conducted to determine the effect of organizational motivation and group cohesiveness on organizational commitment of activists of the Faculty of Economics, State University of Padang. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. The population in this study was activist students of the Faculty of Economics, Padang State University in 2019 with a population of 885 and a sample of 90 people. Sampling was determined using the Slovin formula with Proportional random sampling technique. Data collection techniques used in this study were questionnaires. The validity test uses SPSS version 23 seen in the Corrected Item-Total Correlation column and the reliability test seen in the Cronbach Alpha column. Analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. To test the hypothesis the F test and t test were used, using the SPSS version 23 program. The results of this study indicate that (1) organizational motivation and group cohesiveness have a positive and significant influence on the organizational commitment of activists at the Faculty of Economics, Padang State University. (2) Organizational motivation has a positive and significant influence on the organizational commitment of activists in the Faculty of Economics of Padang State University, (3) Group cohesiveness has a positive and significant effect on the organizational commitment of activists of the Faculty of Economics, Padang State University. Keywords: organizational motivation, group cohesiveness, organizational commitment

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the marketing strategies used by the Batik Tanah Liek Bundo Kanduang business in the city of Padang, West Sumatra. This research method is descriptive qualitative. The study was conducted using purposive sampling techniques as for the source and several key informants through the results of in-depth interviews or in-depth interviews and direct observations to the object of the researcher. Secondary data supporting this research were obtained from documents available at the research object. To test the validity of the data used source triangulation.Based on information from the informants of this study it can be explained that the overall marketing strategy is less than optimal and there are still obstacles to the marketing strategy used by the Batik Tanah Liek Bundo Kanduang business. As for some of the problems experienced by the Batik Tanah Liek Bundo Kanduang business which caused suboptimal marketing strategies carried out both from the product, price, promotion and location. As for the description of the problems that exist in the business, namely: 1) The lack of reliable human resources in terms of making batik, 2) Lack of attention from local governments in order to develop SMEs, especially batik liek, 3) There are still a small number of followers on social media instagram created by Batik Tanah Liek Bundo Kanduang business, 4) Lack of promotion by the Batik Tanah Liek Bundo Kanduang business because the business focused on personal selling, 5) Lack of strategic location and the need for innovative store display.Based on research the researchers conducted a recommendation that the writer could suggest to the Tanah Liek Bundo Kanduang Batik business, namely to use marketing methods such as: advertising newspapers, banners, and placing their products at the center of souvenirs scattered in West Sumatra and further intensifying promotions in the media social which is now widely used by people in all walks of life such as Instagram, Facebook, making the web and so on.Keywords: marketing strategic, batik tanah liek.

Abstract

Abstract : This research  aims to analyze (1) Effect of product brands on consumer perceptions of HNI-HPAI herbal toothpaste products in Padang City, (2) Effect of product quality on consumer perceptions of HNI-HPAI herbal toothpaste products in Padang City, (3) Effect of product packaging on consumer perceptions of HNI-HPAI herbal toothpaste products in Padang City. This type of research is descriptive associative. The sampling technique is convenience sampling with a total sample of 100 people in the city of Padang who use Herbal HNI-HPAI toothpaste in the city of Padang. Data analysis techniques used descriptive analysis and multiple regression analysis using the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) program. The results showed that (1) the product brand had a positive and significant effect on consumers 'perceptions of HNI-HPAI herbal toothpaste products in Padang City, (2) product quality had a positive and significant effect on consumers' perceptions of HNI-HPAI herbal toothpaste products in the City Padang, (3) product packaging has a positive and significant effect on consumers' perceptions of HNI-HPAI herbal toothpaste products in Padang City. Keywords: consumer perception, product attributes, brand, quality, packaging

Abstract

The e-commerce business has now developed rapidly, the impact of development is that the number of prosuct varies and easily earned. The ease of such information will result in consumers will be more consumptive infulfilling their needs, even they tend to make impuse buying. As one of the emerest e-commerece in Indonesia, Lazada should be able to see this as a great opportunity in as effort to increase the company’s sales and sustainability. One effort in increasing impulse buying is of external factors ranging from the promotion and quality of websites that are launched on e-commerce bussines. This study aims to know and prove how much influence promotion and website quality to impulse buying e-commerce Lazada in Padang City. The samples were taken using Cochran formula with 100 respondents. This sampling technique is based on nonprobability sampling method. The type of data used in this study is primary data. Data analysis technique used multiple regression analysis technique using SPSS version 20. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Promotion has positive influence and significant effect toward impulse buying e-commerce Lazada in Padang city (0,014 < 0,05). (2) Website Quality has positive influence and significant effect toward impulse buying e-commerce Lazada in Padang city (0,046 < 0,05)Keyword: promotion, website quality, impulse buying.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine (1) the effect of learning facilities and learning discipline on student learning outcomes, (2) the effect of learning facilities on student learning outcomes, (3) the effect of learning discipline on student learning outcomes. This research is descriptive and associative causal. The population in this study were class X Office Administration students at SMK N 1 Lubuk Basung with 133 students. The total sample was determined using the Slovin formula and proportional random sampling. From this pattern, 100 students were obtained as research samples. Data collection techniques used in this study were questionnaires and documentation. The instrument of validity test uses Corrected Item-Total Colleration and for reliability testing using alpha coefficient formula. Prerequisite tests were carried out by normality test, heterocedasticity test, and multicollinearity test. The technique used to analyze data is multiple regression analysis. Based on this study, it was found that (1) Learning facilities and learning disciplines had a positive and significant effect on the learning outcomes of Class X Office Technology Office Administration at SMK N 1 Lubuk Basung (2) Learning facilities had a positive and significant effect on learning outcomes in Office X Class Office Administration SMK N 1 Lubuk Basung (3) Learning discipline has a positive and significant effect on the learning outcomes of Class X Office Technology Office Administration at SMK N 1 Lubuk Basung Keyword: Fasilitas Belajar, Disiplin Belajar, Hasil Belajar
