Abstract

Abstract : Analyzing the effect of financial knowledge, friends of the same age, and parental income on financial behavior with self-control as a moderating variable is the purpose of this research. Quantitative research is a type of research used in this study. The research sample was determined by purposive sampling technique totaling 100 students. Data analysis techniques used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Data collection techniques used were test and questionnaires. The result of this research is that financial knowledge can’t significantly influence financial behavior of students. Peer pressure, parental income, and self control have a significant on student financial behavior. Self control cann’t moderate financial knowledge on financial behavior, but it can moderate peer moderation on financial behavior. Self control does not moderate parental income on student financial behavior.

Abstract

This study aims to identify (1) the effect of self efficacy, entrepreneurship education, entrepreneurship motivation towards student’s entrepreneurship interest (2) the influence of self efficacy towards student’s entrepreneurship interest (3) the impact of entrepreneurship education to student’s entrepreneurship interest (4) the effect of entrepreneurship motivation against student’s entrepreneurship interest. This study was conducted on students of XI class in SMK Negeri 2 Padang. The type of this study was descriptive quantitative. The population of this study were 452 students of XI class in SMK Negeri 2 Padang. Accidental Sampling technique was used in collecting the sample with 104 students. The data was primary data which collected using questionnaire. This study was used validity and reliability in data testing. In analyzing data, this study was used descriptive analysis, prerequisite test, multiple regression, simultaneous significance test (F Test), and determinant coefficient (R2) and T test. The analysis of data in this study was used SPSS version 16. The result showed (1) self efficacy, entrepreneurship education, entrepreneurship motivation have significant effect on student’s entrepreneurship interest of XI class in SMK Negeri 2 Padang, seen from sig 0,000 < 0,05 (2) self efficacy has significant influence on student’s entrepreneurship interest of XI class in SMK Negeri 2 Padang, it can be observed from sig 0,000 < 0,05 (3) entrepreneurship education has significant impact on student’s entrepreneurship interest of XI class in SMK Negeri 2 Padang, seen from sig 0,000 < 0,05 (4) entrepreneurship motivation has significant effect on students entrepreneurship interest of XI class in SMK Negeri 2 Padang, seen from sig 0,000 < 0,05.Keywords : self efficacy, entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurship motivation

Abstract

Abstract : Objective: To determine the effectiveness of technology-based encyclopedias as learning resources to increase motivation and learning outcomes in the learning process. The method used in this article uses the literature review method, a source obtained on the Google Scholar website with problems in the past 5 years. From 8 articles, found the development of tenology-based encyclopedias as a very effective learning resource used in the learning process by using the ADDIE, 4-D development model, and Borg and Ball development models. Then in the use of technology-based learning resource encyclopedias this is very feasible to use in the learning process both in the class room and independently at home. So, the development of technology-based learning resource encyclopedia that is able to be a source of learning in addition to textbooks that are used by students to add insight, enrich information and understanding and can increase motivation and learning outcomes. Conclusion: This literature review found the use of technology-based encyclopedias as learning resources. Technology-based encyclopedias are one of the sources of appropriate and effective learning to increase motivation, learning outcomes, interest in reading to add insight, knowledge and understanding of students. Abstract

The aims of this study is to find out : (1) what the character of problematic debtorts of PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero), Tbk Padang Branch Office, (2) what the factors that cause bad credit of PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero), Tbk Padang Branch Office, (3) how credit rsik management of housing loans at PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero), Tbk Padang Branch Office. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive study. This study using by purposive sampling, while the source and some information through in-depth interviews or in-depth interviews and direct observations to the object of the researcher. Secondary data that supports this research are obtained from documents available at the research site. To test the validity of the data used source triangulation. The results showed that the debtor's character could be seen from the 5C analysis. The factors that cause non-performing loans are internal and external factors. Even though there is a problematic debtor character that causes bad credit on KPR, in this case BTN Padang Branch Office has been good at minimizing this, there is a good flow of risk management analysis. In order to identify risks and implement the checklist, you will be able to review the risks of applying qualitative and quantitative methods. This measurement is not only carried out for customers but also for developers who want to work with BTN. Keywords : Risk management, non-performing loans, mortgage loans

Abstract

This study aims, 1) to analyze the effect of learning disipline on general learning outcoes of grade X OTP and X AKL students of SMK N 2 Padang, 2) to analyze the influence of peer environment  on general administrative learning result  of class X OTP and X AKL students of SMK N 2 Padan, 3) to analyze the effect of learning disipline and peer environment  together against student learning outcoes of grade X OTP and X AKL students of SMK N 2 Padang. This type of research is quantitative descrptive reseach.  The population in this study was class X student. The sampels used were 84 people using proportional random sampling. The type of data in this study primary data. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire. The data that hass been collected is analyzed by descriptive analysis, 1) positive and significant learning disipline on the learning outcomes  of general administration subject in class X OTP and X AKL in SMK N 2 Padang, 2) positive and significant Peer Environment  in learning outcomes  of general administration subject in class X OTP and X AKL in SMK N 2 Padang, 3) disipline of learning and the Environment together have a positive and significant effect on student  learning outcomes  in class X OTP and X AKL in SMK N 2 Padang.Keywords: learning disipline,  peer environment, general learning
