Abstract

This research aimed to prove that there is a significant positive effect between Mastery of Basic Accounting and English Vocabulary on the Learning Outcomes of Computer Accounting. This research also explained that the variable of learning motivation strengthens the effect of Mastery of Basic Accounting and Mastery of English Vocabulary on the Learning Outcomes of Computer Accounting, and also explained that there is a significant positive effect between Learning Motivation on Learning Outcomes of Computer Accounting. This research used a quantitative method. The sample of this research is 61 students of XI grade of Accounting at SMK Negeri 2 Buduran by using the sampling technique of purposive sampling. The method of data collection used in this research is multiple choice tests, questionnaires, and documentation. The test used in this research is test analysis, validity, reliability, classical assumptions, and the MRA test. Based on the result of data analysis, it found that (1) Mastery of Basic Accounting has a significant positive effect on the Learning Outcomes of Computer Accounting (2) Mastery of English Vocabulary has a significant positive effect on the Learning Outcomes of Computer Accounting (3) Learning Motivation strengthens the effect of Mastery of Basic Accounting on the Learning Outcomes of Computer Accounting (4) Learning Motivation strengthens the effect of English Vocabulary on the Learning Outcomes of Computer Accounting (5) Learning Motivation has a significant positive effect on the Learning Outcomes of Computer Accounting

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan menguji ulang teori dalam kondisi yang berbeda pengaruh kompetensi akuntansi, lingkungan teman sebaya, perencanaan karir, dan academic self-efficacy terhadap minat melanjutkan pendidikan ke perguruan tinggi dan academic self-efficacy sebagai mediasi pada peserta didik SMK. Populasi meliputi seluruh peserta didik kelas XII Akuntansi dan Keuangan Lembaga SMKN 1 Boyolangu Tulungagung Tahun Ajaran 2019/2020 sejumlah 144 peserta didik. Berdasarkan rumus Slovin, sampel berjumlah 106 peserta didik yang menggunakan Probability Sampling dengan cara Simple Random Sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik dokumentasi dan kuesioner online. Riset ini menggunakan teknik analisis multivariat dengan software WarpPLS 7.0. Perolehan riset memperlihatkan secara parsial kompetensi akuntansi tidak berpengaruh, lingkungan teman sebaya dan perencanan karir berpengaruh positif dan signifikan, sedangkan academic self-efficacy berpengaruh negatif terhadap minat melanjutkan pendidikan ke perguruan tinggi. Secara multivariat academic self-efficacy tidak dapat memediasi pengaruh kompetensi akuntansi, lingkungan teman sebaya, dan perencanaan karir terhadap minat melanjutkan pendidikan ke perguruan tinggi.

Abstract

Salah satu upaya yang dilakukan pemerintah untuk menekan penyebaran virus COVID-19 di Indonesia adalah kebijakan bekerja dari rumah (WFH). Penerapan kebijakan ini disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan masing-masing instansi sehingga masih terdapat karyawan yang tetap harus bekerja dari kantor (WFO). Kebijakan Universitas Negeri Surabaya terkait aturan tersebut berupa penjadwalan masuk kerja karyawan agar kegiatan pelayanan kampus tetap dapat berjalan dengan optimal. Hal ini menyebabkan karyawan Universitas Negeri Surabaya memiliki peluang yang lebih besar untuk terjangkit virus COVID-19 sehingga diperlukan upaya peningkatan imunitas tubuh agar dapat mengoptimalkan kinerja karyawan selama pandemi COVID-19. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan melalui tahap persiapan, tahap indentifikasi masalah, tahap pengadaan dan penyaluran, serta tahap monitoring dan evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan pembagian bantuan sembako dapat digunakan sebagai salah satu alternatif dalam upaya peningkatan imunitas tubuh untuk mengoptimalkan kinerja karyawan selama pandemi COVID-19. Hal ini ditunjukkan dari rata-rata hasil respon penerima sembako sebanyak 78,22% merasa sangat puas dengan pemberian sembako sehingga kegiatan ini sesuai dengan kebutuhan dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci: Kinerja karyawan, kebijakan bekerja dari rumah, imunitas tubuh, pandemi Covid-19, Abstract The government has implemented the work from home (WFH) to reduce the spread out of the COVID-19 in Indonesia. This policy is tailored to the needs of each agency so that there are still employees who still have to work from office (WFO). The Surabaya State University policy regarding these rules is in the form of scheduling employee work attendance so that campus service activities can continue to run optimally. This causes Surabaya State University employees to have a greater chance of contracting the COVID-19 virus so that efforts to increase body immunity are needed in order to optimize employee performance during the COVID-19 pandemic. This service activity is carried out through the preparation stage, the problem identification stage, the procurement and distribution stage, and the monitoring and evaluation stage. The results of this activity indicate that the distribution of basic food assistance can be used as an alternative in efforts to increase body immunity to optimize employee performance during the COVID-19 pandemic. This is indicated by the average response results of foodstuff recipients as much as 78.22% who feel very satisfied with the provision of basic foodstuffs so that this activity is in accordance with the needs in improving employee performance.Keywords:  Covid-19 pandemic, employee performance, body immunity, work from home

Abstract

The research aims to 1) develop an e-learning evaluation media based on the Excel to WhatsApp application. 2) Testing the feasibility of evaluation media developed by experts. 3) Testing the feasibility of the media based on the responses of class X students in basic banking subjects at SMK N 1 Probolinggo. This development refers to the 4D model by Thiagarajan which includes the stages of define, design, develop, and disseminate. The results of the review and expert validation in this study indicate that the feasibility of the media, the feasibility of evaluation, and the feasibility of the material get an average of 88% with the criteria of "very feasible" where the data is processed qualitatively with a Likert scale. The results of the questionnaire response of students obtained an average of 94% with the criteria "very feasible" where the data was processed quantitatively with the Guttman scale. Therefore, this Excel to WhatsApp based evaluation media is suitable for use as a support for learning activities.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of learning outcomes on students who use Contextual Student Activities Sheet (CSAS/LKM) with students who do not use CSAS in intermediate financial accounting I lesson. During this time the teaching and learning process in the classroom using only literature books. The research method in this study was an experiment using a t test analysis tool. the value of t count is 127,098 supported by a significance of 0.001 ≤ 0.005 for students of class 2016 who are divided into experimental and control classes. The results of the study showed that there are effects of student learning outcomes using CSAS/LKM on student learning outcomes.

Abstract

The study aims to see how money attitudeaffects on financial management behaviours with financial self-efficacy and knowledge as a moderator variable. Research methods use a quantitative approach. The population chosen for this study is 283 students at accounting education from Universitas Negeri Surabaya. Data collection methods used was tests and questionnaires. Data analysis technique was Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based component Partial Least Square (PLS) using WarpPLS 6.0 software. The analysis showed that: 1) money attitude impact on private-management behaviour is proven by p-value 0.001 ≤ 0.01 and coefficient track of 0.393. 2) Financial knowledgeis not as moderate is proven by the coefficient results of financial knowledge management behaviours by 0.097 with p-value 0.095 (weakly significant) and a coefficient financial attitude towards personal financial management behaviour through financial knowledge -0.050 with p-value 0.251. 3) Financial self-efficacy as a moderator variable is proven well shown by a coefficient results of the financial self-regulation privacy management behaviour of 0.464 with p-value 0.001 (highly significant) and the coefficient financial management measures for personal financial management behaviours through financial self-regulation are -0.143 and p-value 0.026. In conclusion, money attitudehas a positive and significant impact on individual financial management behaviour. Financial knowledge does not moderate the effects of financial attitudes on personal financial management behaviours, while financial self-efficacy moderates the effects of money attitudetowards personal financial management behaviours.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to investigate how financial knowledge, financial attitude, and pocket money can affect saving behavior with self-control as a moderate variable. This study adopted a quantitative approach. The population in this study was 298 students of Accounting Education Department at the State University of Surabaya with a sample of 178 students. The data collection methods were closed tests and questionnaires. The data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on component partial least square (PLS) with the help of the WarpPLS 6.0 application. The results of the study show that: 1) financial knowledge does not significantly affect saving behavior and this is proven by p-value 0,348 ≥significant 0,05. 2) Financial attitude does not significantly affect saving behavior and this is proven by a p-value 0,225 ≥0,05. 3) pocket money has a significant impact on interest-bearing pocket money and this is demonstrated by p-value0,001 ≤0,01and Path Coefficient 0,754. 4) Self-control as moderating does not have a significant impact on saving behavior and this is proven by a p-value 0,148 ≥0,05. 5) Self-control is unable to modify the impact of financial knowledge on saving behavior and this is demonstrated by p-value 0 results, 0,207 ≥0,05. 6) Self-control can modernize financial attitude with saving behavior and this is proven by p-value 0,023 ≤ 0,05. 7) Self-control can modify the effect of pocket money on saving behavior and this is demonstrated by a p-value 0,047 ≤ 0,05.

Abstract

Learning media is believed to be one of the important parts of the learning process, especially computer-based media. This study aims to develop a computer game-based media Make a Match and to analyze its feasibility as a media enrichment. This study provided a type of educational Research and Development (RD) by referring to the model of development ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). The result of validations by material experts, linguists, and media experts showed thatthe average worthiness of assessment was 86,27%. The average percentage revealed the number of 90,1% in the material aspect, 81,4% in the linguistics aspect, and 86,7% in the media aspect. Therefore, this computer based-game is very decent to be used as amedia enrichment for students.

Abstract

Proses pembelajaran yang berlangsung dengan menggunakan LKPD bermetode PQ4R diketahui dapat meningkatkan kemampuan memahami peserta didik dengan langkah-langkah PQ4R untuk menciptakan proses membaca yang efektif. Materi perbedaan saldo kas dan saldo bank serta rekonsiliasi bank pada LKPD ini berupa konsep yang disajikan dalam bentuk tulisan dan angka, sehingga menekankan peserta didik untuk melakukan aktivitas membaca dalam memahami konsep dari setiap materi. Peranan LKPD PQ4R dapat menciptakan kegiatan pembelajaran yang lebih terencana dengan baik, mandiri, dan tuntas. Dengan begitu kebutuhan kompetensi pendidikan terpenuhi. Tujuan dilaksanakannya penelitian ini adalah untuk menghasilkan suatu bahan ajar berupa LKPD menggunakan metode PQ4R pada mata pelajaran akuntansi keuangan. Kurang lengkapnya bahan ajar yang digunakan serta tidak adanya bahan ajar pendukur dari bahan ajar utama pada pembelajaran akuntansi keuangan di SMK Negeri 1 Duduk Sampeyan, untuk itu dikembangkan bahan ajar berupa LKPD Akuntansi Keuangan kelas XI pada materi perbedaan saldo kas dan saldo bank serta rekonsiliasi bank menggunakan metode PQ4R. Penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian pengembangan (RD) dengan model 4D menurut Thiagarajan yang meliputi empat tahap pengembangan yaitu pendefinisian, perancangan, pengembangan, dan penyebaran. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah lembar telaah ahli, lembar validasi ahli dan angket respon peserta didik. Hasil penelitian berupa: 1) Pengembangan Lembar Kegiatan Peserta Didik (LKPD) menggunakan metode PQ4R, 2) Kelayakan Lembar Kegiatan Peserta Didik terdiri atas kelayakan isi, penyajian, bahasa dan kegrafikan, memperoleh hasil rata-rata keseluruhan sebesar 81,95%, dengan kategori sangat layak, 3) Respon peserta didik memperoleh hasil rata-rata keseluruhan sebesar 97,33%, dengan kategori sangat baik. Kata kunci: LKPD, Metode PQ4R, Akuntansi Keuangan

Abstract

This development study aims to produce teaching materials in the form of a worksheet based on Higher Order Thinking Skills in basic banking topics for grade X SMK accounting expertise. There are several problems in the curriculum, namely the low competence of teachers brought by the average set by the government, low readiness of student competencies, and limited relevant teaching materials. This research was conducted to solve problems related to very limited teaching materials and will be developed through the Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) Basic Banking Student Activity Sheet (LKPD). The test subjects to be used in this study were 20 students of class X Accounting at SMK Negeri 1 Sambeng Lamongan. The development model that used in this study is 4D Thiagarajan with some stages, they are: define, design, develop, disseminate. But, the was not carried out. The results of this study show that material eligibility 80,5%, evaluation eligibility 81%, language eligibility 77% with the overall eligibility rate is 80% that can be said “feasible”. That teaching materials in the form of the worksheet based on Higher Order Thinking Skills can be used in learning activities.
