This research aims to find the influence of self-efficacy and achievement motivation on employability. This research is causal research with cross-sectional data. The respondents used were 95 final-year students in the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Negeri Padang who were chosen using the cluster proportional random sampling technique. Data collection using a questionnaire with a Likert Scale. The data was then analyzed using SmartPLS 4 software. The results of data processing in this research indicate that: (1) self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on employability (2) self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on achievement motivation (3) achievement motivation has a positive and significant effect on employability (4) achievement motivation has a positive and significant effect on employability through achievement motivation.

This research in 2020 to 2022 aims to understand the relationship between solvency and liquidity to profitability, where company size is a mediator. This methodology uses purposive sampling resulting in two hundred and ninety-three samples representing companies listed on the Indonesian sharia stock index. The criterion is that the company has experienced profit for three consecutive years, namely in 2020-2022. The data analysis methodology used in this study consists of path analysis using smart pls. The findings of data analysis show that solvency, liquidity and company size have no direct effect on profitability, solvency and liquidity have a direct effect on company size, and company size is able to mediate the effect between solvency and liquidity on profitability.

This research set out to answer the following questions: 1) the relationship between students' digital literacy and their desire to learn and their final grades, 2) the precise impact that digital literacy has on the academic achievement of these pupils, and 3) the precise impact that learning motivation has on the academic achievement of the candidates. A causal associative design and quantitative approach were employed to carry out the investigation in this study. The 117 students making up the XI social studies class at SMA Pertiwi 1 Padang served as the study's population. We used a proportionate random selection technique to pick 91 people to take part in the survey. The multiple linear regression analysis was conducted using SPSS version 25 software. According to the results: 1) The academic performance of students in the eleventh grade at SMA Pertiwi 1 Padang is significantly affected by their level of digital literacy as well as their enthusiasm to learn. 2) These students' digital literacy greatly enhances their academic achievement, and 3) Their level of motivation to learn has a positive and substantial effect on their academic performance. According to the report, a whopping 47.7 percent of the learning outcomes of IPS SMA Pertiwi 1 Padang class XI students are impact by digital literacy and learning motivation.

A high level of digital financial literacy holds significant importance for all individuals, particularly students. This is because possessing proficient digital financial literacy enables individuals to effectively utilize digital financial services.. The aim of this research is to analyze and identify the influence of social media use, pocket money income through family education on high school students. This study employs a quantitative methodology, utilizing questionnaires disseminated through Google Form for data gathering to 100 respondents with a sampling technique using random sampling. The testing of hypotheses was conducted employing a Structural Equation Model methodology utilizing Partial Least Squares using SmartPLS 3.0 software. This study is to examine the impact of prices, amenities, and destination image on travelers' decisions to visit Eko Park Syariah Tan Kayo South Batipuh. This kind of investigate is known as research that is causal. Tourists who went to the Eko Park Syariah Tan Kayo South Batipuh tourist attraction made up the study's population. The Chocran formula, which calls for 100 samples, is used to determine the sample size. The puroposive sampling strategy is employed in this study. Primary data meeting predefined criteria is what is used. Using SPSS 25, multiple regression analysis is the analytical technique employed. The findings of the study indicate that (1) Traveling decisions are significantly influenced by destination image, amenities, and prices. (2) Decisions about visiting are significantly influenced by the destination image. (3) Decisions on visiting are significantly influenced by facilities. (4) The price of a visit has an important effect on decisions.

In the current era, the Internet and marketing in a business have become the backbone of the world economy; the Internet has proven to be an effective marketing tool for many different sectors. The decline in unwilling and inactive customers in 2021, namely 17,282, which is 18.54%, proves that telemarketing needs to be improved. This study aims to identify the effect of marketing through telemarketing at PT Telkom Witel Yogyakarta on customers to improve services amid consumer needs. This research method uses descriptive qualitative methods, with data collection techniques by interview. The results of this study indicate that the proposed "LINNECT" program at PT Telkom Witel Yogyakarta can improve marketing services by presenting product information on one website. This program utilizes the theory of persuasion, the concept of consumer purchasing decisions, to influence behavior. Telkom hopes this program can increase customer satisfaction and achieve target points with attractive rewards. The practical implication is the positive contribution to the Company and customer relationship and the proposed program to improve service quality and sales.

This study's goal is to determine how students in Padang State University's Faculty of Languages and Arts Visual Communication Design Study Program perceive the impact of creativity and family history on their aspirations to pursue entrepreneurship. This study uses a quantitative method to investigate causal relationships. 560 students from the 2019–2022 class made up the study's population. Both primary and secondary sources of information were employed. An 85-person sample is subjected to a sampling method known as proportionate random sampling. Using the SPSS V.21 software, The method used for analysis is multiple linear regression analysis. To assess the research hypothesis, data were gathered using t statistical tests at a=0.05, normality testing, F tests, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, and validity tests at reliability tests. The study's conclusions show that: 1) inventiveness significantly influences the desire to start a business. 2) Ambition for entrepreneurship is influenced by family background 3) The desire to start one's own business is greatly influenced by one's ingenuity and family background.

This research objectives to examine the influence of perceived ease of use, perceived security, and perceived reputation on the initial trust of lenders on P2P lending platforms. The population under study consists of all Generation Z individuals residing in the city of Malang who have previously invested in P2P lending platforms. A sample of 180 respondents was selected through purposive sampling, with criteria including residency in Malang, aged between 17-26 years old, and having previous or current investment experience in P2P lending platforms. Data were collected through an online questionnaire and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the Partial Least Squares (PLS) approach. The findings of the research reveal that perceived ease of use, perceived security, and perceived reputation significantly influence initial trust.

This research aims to evaluate end clarify variations in financial overall effectiveness prior to , all through and after COVID-19, in pharmacological commercial agencies indexed at the Indonesia Stock Change (IDX). Research used is quantitative studies. This studies method is comparative information. The population in this study was 288 populations. Providing secondary information with a sampling approach using purposive sampling with a sample size of 240 samples. This research technique is comparative statistics. Data testing was carried out only using the anova examination method which was calculated using the Statistical Bundle Social Sciences (SPSS) software program. The Result of this research show that there are not any good sized differences in liquidity ratios before, at some point of and after COVID-19. There are not any great differences in profitability ratios before, for the duration of and after COVID-19. The solvency ratio remains relatively consistent before, during, and after the impact of COVID-19, without any significant variations. There are good sized variations in interest ratios before, at some stage in and after COVID-19. So only the interest ratio is one of a kind earlier than, at some point of and after COVID-19. this is due to a lower overall asset turnover which isn't utilized optimally and does no longer make a contribution to earnings. aside from that, there are rules at some stage in COVID-19 which mean that companies cannot manage their property optimally and demand for purchasing strength has reduced.

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui bukti empiris apakah struktur modal, likuiditas, profitabilitas berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan kebijakan dividen sebagai variabel moderasi pada perusahaan indeks LQ-45 yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada tahun 2019 hingga 2022. Struktur modal, likuiditas dan profitabilitas bersifat independen . Variabel dalam analisis ini, variabelnya adalah nilai perusahaan. Kebijakan dividen digunakan sebagai variabel moderasi. Untuk penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, 31 perusahaan dipilih melalui metode purposive sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis uji asumsi klasik dan Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) untuk moderasi variabel. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa struktur modal berpengaruh positif terhadap nilai perusahaan, likuiditas tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan, profitabilitas berpengaruh negatif terhadap nilai perusahaan, kebijakan dividen mampu memoderasi struktur modal dan profitabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan dan kebijakan dividen tidak mampu memoderasi likuiditas terhadap nilai perusahaan.
