Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Person Organization Fit and Person Job Fit on Employee Performance in the Kopontren MBS Water Suci Gresik. This type of research used in this research is quantitative with associative analysis. The sampling technique used was a simple random sampling technique with a sample size of 40 Kopontren MBS Water Suci Gresik employees. This study uses data collection techniques using questionnaires, interviews, documentation and observation. In analyzing data using statistical methods using validity and reliability, classic assumption tests, and hypothesis testing with multiple linear regression formula. The results showed that, (1) Person Organization Fit Influenced Employee Performance in the Kopontren MBS Water. (2) Person Job Fit has a Significant Effect on Employee Performance in MBS Water Co-Controllers. (3) Person Organization Fit and Person Job Fit Have Simultaneous Effect on Employee Performance in the Kopontren MBS Water.  Keywords: Person Organization Fit; Person Job Fit; Employee Performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of retail baseline marketing toward consumer interest in Santri Mart Tebuireng. This type of the study is verification or quantitative study. The populations in this study were 70 respondents. The number of the samples were 70 respondents by using multiple resresi linear analysis. This study was used descriptive quantitative and statistical analysis which was to determine direct and indirect relationship between the retail baseline marketing variable. The result derived from location variables affect toward consumer interest directly. Product variables affect toward consumer interest directly. Price variables affect toward consumer interest directly. Promotion variables affect toward consumer interest directly. Atmosphere variables affect toward consumer interest directly. Abstract

This study aims to find out how much influence the Internal Communication and Human Resources Ability on the Work Effectiveness of PG Modjopanggoong Tulungagung employees. The benefits of this research can increase employee awareness about the importance of communication within the company and the ability of human resources to improve employee effectiveness. This research method uses quantitative methods using a causal approach or cause and effect using questionnaires, interviews and direct observation on the object of research. This research was conducted at PG Modjopanggoong Tulungagung jl. Kawi, Cuwini Sidorejo, Kauman subdistrict, Tulungagung Regency. The results of this study indicate that (1) Internal communication partially influences the work effectiveness of PG Modjopanggoong Tulungagung employees, (2) The ability of Human Resources partially influences the work effectiveness of PG Modjopanggoong Tulungagung Employees, (3) Internal Communication and Human Resource Capability have influence simultaneously on the Work Effectiveness of PG Modjopanggoong Tulungagung Employees.  Keywords: Internal Communication; Human Resource Capability; Work Effectiveness

Abstract

The research was conducted to determine the effect of the variables studied, namely job satisfaction and work motivation on employee work productivity in the Pujon Kidul rice field café tour. Quantitative method is a method used with the causality approach. The object of this research is employees, amounting to 90 people. As for processing the data, researchers used various kinds of tests, namely validity, reliability, classical assumptions, and hypotheses. Based on the test results, partially the variables X1 and X2 have a significant positive effect on employee work productivity, both simultaneously and the variable X has a significant positive effect on variable Y in the study. Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an influence between motivation and work environment on employee job satisfaction (a case study in the rolling division at KSU PERDULA Ngoro Jombang). Method used is quantitative research. The number of samples was 92 respondents who were permanent employees at KSU PERDULA Ngoro Jombang using random sampling techniques and uses questionnaire data collection techniques, interviews, documentation and observation. In data analysis using statistical methods using multiple linear regression tests. The results showed: (1) motivation has an effect on job satisfaction of KSU PERDULA Ngoro Jombang employees, (2) The work environment has an effect on employee job satisfaction at KSU PERDULA Ngoro Jombang, (3) motivation and work environment influence job satisfaction. employees at KSU PERDULA Ngoro Jombang. Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of Occupational Safety and Health Systems and the Physical Work Environment on the Performance of Employees of the Muhammadiyah Hospital in Jombang. The method used in this research is quantitative research method and uses an associative approach the result showed that : (1) Occupational Safety and Health have partial effect on the Performance of Employees of Jombang Muhammadiyah Hospital, (2) The Physical Work Environment has partial effect on Performance of Employees of the Muhammadiyah Jombang Hospital, (3) Occupational Safety Health Physical Work Environment simultaneously influence the Performance of Employees of the Jombang Muhammadiyah Hospital.  Keywords: Occupational Health Safety; Physical Work Environment; Employee Performance

Abstract

SAE Pujon Milk Cooperative in one of the major dairy producers in Malang Regency. This study aims to determine the effect of product quality and brand image on consumer purchasing decisions of processed milk in the SAE Pujon Milk Cooperative. This type of research isverification or quantitative research. The population in this study are consumers who buy and consume dairy. The number ofsamples is 30 respondents using multiple linier regression. This research uses descriptive quantitative analysis and statistical analysis which is used to determine the direct relation between variable product quality, brand image, and purchase decision. Research results show that (1) product quality influence partially on purchasing decisions in dairy consumers in SAE Dairy Cooperative (2) brand image influence partially on purchasing decisions to consumers of processed milk in the SAE Pujon Coorperative (3) product quality and brand image jointly influence the purchasing decisions of consumers of processed milk in the SAE Pujon Milk Cooperative.  Keywords: Product Quality; Brand Image; Purchase Decision

Abstract

This research was aimed to know the effect brand awareness and product quality towards a purchase decision in PT. Anugrah Cipta Interindo (A Case Study in consumer PT. Anugrah Cipta Interindo). This type of research was quantitative research. The population in this research were consumer PT. Anugrah Cipta Interindo. The sample was determined by saturated sampling and obtained 40 respondents as a sample. The results showed that: (1) Brand Awareness has a positive and significant effect towards a Purchase Decision (2) Product Quality has a positive and significant effect towards a Purchase Decision (3) Brand Awareness and Product Quality have a simultaneous effect towards a Purchase Decision. Abstract

Thiss study aims to find out the effectof work training anddwork environment onn employee performance in PT. Maan Ghodaqo Shiddiq Lestari Jombang. Themethod and used in this study is quantitative, the sample in this study was takeen by 60 respondent usiing the questionnaire distribution method using the saturated sampling technique. The results show that : (1) work training has no positive and significant effect on employee performance in PT Maan Ghodaqo Shiddiq Lestari Jombang, (2) Work environment partially positive and significant effect on employee performance variables in PT Maan Ghodaaqo Shiddiq Lestari Jombang, (3) work training and work environment have a simultaneous effect onemployee performaance in PT.iMaan Ghodaqo Shiddiq Leestari Jombang. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of occupational safety and health (K3) and work environment on the work productivity of employees CV Surya Kencana Food. This research is quantitative research using causal or causal approach. Data collection using research instruments, data analysis is statistical, with the intention to describe and test hypotheses. The population in this study was a permanent employee of CV Surya Kencana Food. The sample was determined by saturated sampling and obtained 57 respondents as samples. The results showed that: (1) occupational safety and health (K3) has no partial and significant effect on employee work productivity (2) the work environment has a partial and significant effect on employee work productivity (3) occupational safety and health (K3) and the work environment simultaneously affects employee work productivity.  Keywords : Occupational Safety and Health (K3);Work Environment; Employee Work Productivity
