Abstract

Aims to analyze the influence og leadership and non Physical work environment on employee performance, both patially and simultaneosly on emplyee performance. This reserch is categorized as quantitative research using questionnaries as instruments. The population in this study were employees at PT. Maan Ghodaqqo Shiddiq Lestari Jombang. Samples taken as many 75 respondents were determined by sampling technique, and the analysis used was multiple regression. This results of this study indicate that ( 1) Leadership has a significant effect on performance. This can be seen from the t test of 2,833 with a significance value of 0,006 (2) Non Physical work enviretmen dose ot have a partial effect obtained t count=1,337>0,2272 with a significance value of 0,185. (3) Leadership and non phsical work environment influence employee performance with F count 5,111> F table value and significant value 0,008.

Abstract

PT. Bama Berita Sarana Televisi (BBSTV Surabaya) is a company engaged in television in Surabaya and found problems about employee performance. The purpose of the research was to determine the influence organizational culture and job environment on employee performance PT. Bama Berita Sarana Televisi (BBSTV Surabaya). Population and sample in this research taken 63 employees with questionnaire distribution method and using saturated sample technique and using regression analysis technique. Based of the results of the analysis shows the partially the organizational culture have a negative significant on employee performance BBST Surabaya with thitung (-2,153). Partially job environment have a influence positive significance on employee performance BBSTV Surabaya with Fhitung 13,715. Together with the organizational culture and job environment influence the employee’s performance. Between the two job environment variables most affect employee performance BBSTV Surabaya.

Abstract

PT. Bokormas Mojokerto is a manufacturing company producing clove cigarettes and filters for the domestic cigarette market. And found a problems about employee performance in the company. The purpose of this research to find out the influence motivation and work dicipline on employee performance in PT. Bokormas Mojokerto production section. The research population was 132 Samples 100 employees with probability techniques especially random sampling. The results of this study indicate that partially motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with thitung 4,326 > ttable. Work discipline partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performancewith thitung 3,982 > ttable 1,66. Simultaneously motivation and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employe performance. With Fhitung 60,269 > Ftable 2.73 with significance level 0,000. Between the two variables, motivation has a greater influence on employee performance production section PT. Bokormas Mojokerto.

Abstract

PT. Telkom Witel Jatim Surabaya Selatan is telecommunication company in southern part of the Surabaya. The factor of human resources as the driving force of the company in advancing the company needs an increase in employee performance, so companies need to focus on the conditions of their employees. This study aims to know and explain the effect of work-life balance and organizational commitment either partially or simultaneously on employee work performance, This study is a quantitative study, with this type of research using causal research, namely the form of causal relationships. This number of 60 respondents by using simple random sampling. The result of this study shows that: (1) Work-life balance partially has a positive significant effect on employee performance, which tcount 3,150 > t table 1,671 with the significant value is 0,003. (2) Organizational commitment partially has a positive significant effect on employee performance, which t count 3,539 > t table 1,671 with the significant value is 0,001. (3) Work-life balance and organizational commitment simultaneously has an effect on employee performance, which F count 28,780 > F table 3,16 and the significant value is 0,000.

Abstract

This study aim to analyze the influence ofservice quality and business location partially and Simultaneouslyon customers satisfaction of Quick Chicken restaurant in Jombang by quantitative methode with questionnaire used as the instrument. The population in this research is customers that do transaction in Quick Chicken restaurant at Dokter Sutomo Street 9 Kepanjen, Jombatan, Jombang district, Jombang east java, zip code 61419. The sample is 130 respondens that founded by Incidental sampling technique. Multiple regression models were used to analyze the data. The results suggest that: (1) partially service quality has significant effect on customers satisfaction with t-count 9.072 > t-table 10.150 and significants rate 0,000. (2) partially business location has significant effect on customers satisfaction with t-count 5,417> t-table 0,171 and significants rate 0,000. (3) service quality and business location Simultaneously have significant effect on customers satisfaction with F-count 68.438> F-table 3,07 and significants rate 0,000.

Abstract

Good service quality can guarantee the survival of the company to survive competition in shaping consumer satisfaction. The study aims to determine the effect of service quality (tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy) on customer satisfaction. The population is all consumers of Hotel Yusro Jombang Restaurant while the research sample is 105 respondents. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression to determine the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction. The results of the study explain that there is a significant partial positive effect between service quality variables consisting of tangible(X1) with tcount value>ttable of 6,173>0,1484, significance of 0,00<0,05, reliability(X2) with tcount value>ttable of 4,328>0,1484, significance of 0,00<0,05, responsiveness(X3) with tcount value>ttable of 2,882>0,1484, significance of 0,00<0,05, assurance(X4) with tcount value>ttable of 4,978>0,1484, significance of 0,00<0,05, empathy(X5) with tcount value>ttable of 5,983>0,1484, significance of 0,00<0,05 on consumer satisfaction(Y) Hotel Restaurant Yusro Jombang. Simultaneously the five service quality variables have a significant positive effect with significance of 0,00<0,05 and the coefficient of determination is 52,1% while the remaining 47,9% is influenced by other variables not discussed in this study. Tangible (X1) variable has a dominant influence on consumer satisfaction (Y) Hotel Yusro Jombang Restaurant.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of online promotions and prices, both privately and simultaneously on consumer purchasing decisions. This research is categorized as quantitative research using questionnaires as instruments. The population in this study were consumers who made purchases at the Dhy Hijab Jombang at the Jl. Bali No. 88 Jombang East Java. Samples taken as many as 30 respondents were determined by incidental sampling technique. The technique used is multiple regression. The results of this study indicate that : (1) Online promotion influences consumer purchasing decisions from t count = 8.049> t-table 1.967 and significance level 0.000. (2) The price has a positive effect on consumer purchasing decisions with a t-count value of 6.052 > t-table 1.967 and a significance level of 0.000. (3) Online promotions and prices simultaneously have a positive effect on consumer purchasing decisions with an F value of 36.404> F table value of 3.34 and a significance level of 0.000.

Abstract

PT. BPR Syari’ah Lantabur Tebuireng in Jombang is a banking financial institution in the Jombang region that first applied the syariah principle in its operational activities. The purpose of this study was todetermine the effec of organizational culture and work stress both partially or simultaneosly on employee performance. The approach used in this Study is a quantitative approach with a type of caussal research. The number of samples is 40 respondents who are permanent employees at PT. BPRS Lantabur Tebuireng in Jombang using saturated sampling techniques. This study uses questionnaire data collection techiques, interviews, documentation and observation. In data analysis using statistical methods using validity and reability tests, classic assumption tests and hypothesis tests using multiple linier regression tests. The resutls showed that organizational culture partially had a significant positive effect on the performance of employees of PT. BPRS Lantabur Tebuireng Jombang, work stress partially has a significant positive effect on employee performance at PT. BPRS Lantabur Tebuireng in Jombang, organizational culture and work stress simultaneously effect the performance of employess at PT. BPRS Lantabur Tebuireng in Jombang

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Price and Location on Consumer Purchase Decisions at Cukir Jombang Bakery Modern. This study uses quantitative data analysis techniques. This study uses primary data collection techniques obtained from questionnaires. The sample in this study were 30 respondents. Samples were taken using non-probability sampling techniques in the form of incidental sampling, namely the technique of determining samples based on chance, that is, anyone who accidentally met with a researcher could be used as a sample, if viewed by the person who was met by chance it was suitable as a source of data. The data analysis technique uses Multiple Linear Regression. The results showed that: (1) Prices partially have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions (2) The location partially has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions (3) Prices and locations simultaneously have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions in Bakery Modern Cukir Jombang.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Occupational Safety, Health (K3) and Work Discipline on Employee Productivity. The population in this study were all production plant employees, amounting to 93 respondents. Data analysis techniques used in this study used multiple regression analysis with a level of sig <0.05. Based on the t test results the Occupational Health and Safety variable has a significance value of 0,000 <0.05 so it can be said that the K3 variable has a partially positive and significant effect on employee productivity. Based on the t test results the Work Discipline variable gets a significant value of 0,000 less than 0.005, it can be said that the work discipline variable partially has a significant positive effect on employee work productivity. Based on the results of the f test variables of safety, occupational health and work discipline get a significance value of 0,000 less than 0.05.
