Abstract

The purpose of this analyze the effect of staffing and workload toward employee work performance at Sugar Factory of Djombang Baru. This type of research is associative description and sample collection techniques are purposive side techniques with a total sample of 122 employees of Sugar Factory in Djombang Baru. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis techniques using multiple linier regression. The results of this study indicate that, 1) Staffing has a partially significant effect on the work performance Djombang Baru Sugar Factory employees, 2) Workload has partially significant effect on the work performance Djombang Baru Sugar Factory employees and, 3) Staffing and workload simultaneously affects work performance of Djombang Baru Sugar Factory employees.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find presence or absence the influence of Service quality and the online promotion on the service use desicions ( case study on the R.A wedding Lamongan ). Type of this research is using quantitative method. Sampling technique that using by the research is non probably sampling techniques in a way compare incidental sampling with a sample of 80 costumers. Data collection in this research is using questionnaire, interview, documentation, and observation. In the process of data analysis the researcher using statistical method to validity and reability the data, classic assumption test, hypothesis with multiple linear formula. Finding of the research indicate that : (1) basicly, Servive quality give impact positivity on the service use decisions in R.A wedding Lamongan (2) The online promotion has significant effect in the service use decisions in R.A wedding Lamongan. (3) Service quality and the online promotion has influence in to service use decisions on the R.A wedding Lamongan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine wheater or not the influence of job training and work discipline on the work productivity of employees at PT MAAQO. The type of research used in this study is quantitative research with an associative approach. The sampling technique used was saturated samples with a sample of 76 employees at PT MAAQO. This sudy uses the technique of collecting data on obsevations, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression analysis, t test and f test with results that show that: (1) Job training and work discipline simultaneously affect work productivity at PT MAAQO. (2) Work discipline partially has a positive and significant effect on work productivity at PT MAAQO. (3) Job training and work discipline simultaneously affect work productivity at PT MAAQO.

Abstract

Abstract

Competition that occurs at this time makes entrepreneurs to create characteristics that will make consumers interested in these characteristics, characteristics that will be made can be from the store atmosphere or product quality that will later make consumers make repeat purchases. Navila Cafe is a culinary and lifestyle business that has an interesting and unique atmosphere that will make consumers comfortable visiting there, Navila also provides a variety of food and beverage products that will make consumers satisfied when enjoying food at Navila Cafe. This study aims to determine the effect of store atmosphere and product quality on consumer satisfaction Navila Cafe Jombang. This type of research is quantitative descriptive using survey methods. The number of samples in this study were 30 with a purposive sampling technique. Analysis of the data used is the validity and reliability test, the classic assumption test, and the hypothesis test with the multiple linear regression formula. The results in this study indicate that there is an influence between store atmosphere and product quality on consumer satisfaction of Navila Cafe Jombang either partially or simultaneously with a contribution of 86.7% while the remaining 13.3% is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of the work environment and work stress on employee job satisfaction at the Meritjan Kediri Sugar Factory. In this study using quantitative data analysis techniques and using observation data collection techniques and using primary data obtained from questionnaires. The sample in this study was 95 employees. The sample is taken by using the Random Sampling technique, which is taking the sample members from the population randomly without paying attention to the strata in the population. Data analysis techniques using Multiple Linear Regression. The results showed that: (1) The work of environment partially influences employee job satisfaction at the Meritjan Kediri Sugar Factory. (2) Job stress partially influences the job satisfaction of employees at Meritjan Kediri Sugar Factory. (3) Work environment and work stress simultaneously affect the job satisfaction of employees at Meritjan Kediri Sugar Factory.

Abstract

The research purpose of this is to find whether there is or not the influence of work safety health and work motivation toward employees’ performance. This is an associative descriptive research using purposive sampling as the sampling technique with 123 employees. Meanwhile, the techniques of data collection used are observation, interview, questionnair and documentation. The research results show that, (1) Work safety health influences performance employees positive-partially. (2) Work motivation influences employees’ performance positive-partially. (3) Work safety health and work motivation influence employees’ performance simultaneously.

Abstract

The purpose of this research to know the effect of quality’s service that consist tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy in partial to gather the effect of consumer satisfaction in the Family Cukir Diwek Jombang Shop. This research is quantitative research that used sample in purposive sampling technique with the total of sample around 133 consument in the Family Cukir Diwek Jombang Shop. Data collection techniques using interview observation, interview and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques using linier regression. Research shows, based on analysis of the determin-effecient analysis coefficient Determination drawn from the R square (coefficient determination) a total 0.740 means that 70,4% of customer satisfaction is affected by a quality service variable made up of tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy whereas are effected by other variable not discussed in this study. There is a partial significant effect on variablereliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy to consumers’ satisfaction with significant result t (0,000) < α 0,005.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the impact of sales promotion and personal selling on Yamaha motor purchase decision in Jombang (study case at Sentra Sentosa Motor Dealer). The research using 70 random samples of customers that have make decision to buy Yamaha motorcycle by distribute questionnaire to them. The methodology of this research is quantitative with causal analysis methode. The data analysis technique using double linear regression. The result of this research showed that: (1) partially, sales promotion has significant effect on Yamaha motor purchase decision at Sentra Sentosa Motor dealer Jombang. (2) partially, personal selling has significant effect on Yamaha motor purchase decision at Sentra Sentosa Motor dealer Jombang. (3) simultaniously, sales promotion and peesonal selling have impact on Yamaha motor purchase decision at Sentra Sentosa Motor dealer Jombang.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of store atmosphere and service quality on consumer satisfaction at Asela Sampang restaurant. This type of research used in this study is quantitative by using multiple linear regression. Data collection in this research is by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents who visited Asela Sampang restaurant with Asela restaurant consumers who have made purchases at least 2 times, and the sampling technique is non probability sampling with purposive sampling method. The testing technique in this study is the validity and reliability test, while the data analysis technique uses the classic assumption test (normality test, heteroscedasticity, multicollinearity, autocorrelation, linearity), while the hypothesis test is t test, F test and coefficient of determination. The results showed that store atmosphere and service quality affect customer satisfaction.
