TEPIAN
The purpose of TEPIAN is to publish original research studies directly relevant to computer science. TEPIAN encompasses the full spectrum of information technology and computer science, including information system, hardware technology, intelligent system, and multimedia applications. TEPIAN welcomes original papers, reviews and commentaries. Suggestions for special issues covering selected topics may be considered. TEPIAN is devoted to publish manuscripts that advance the knowledge of information technology and communication beyond state-of-the-art. Authors may contact the Editor-in-Chief in advance to inquire about whether their research topic is suitable for consideration by TEPIAN. Through an Open Access publishing model, TEPIAN provides an important forum where computer science researchers in academic, public and private arenas can present the latest results from research on information technology and communication in a broad sense.

This research is motivated by the unavailability of an information system that facilitates data processing of agricultural land for rice commodities at the Agricultural Extension Center of Suluh Manuntung Lempake and the delivery of information that is easily accessible in the form of a web regarding the mapping of agricultural land and land data for rice commodities. North Samarinda sub-district is the center of food crop agriculture and the most cultivated by the community is rice, which has the largest rice harvest area compared to other sub-districts. Ease of access to that information can be presented in the form of a Geographic Information System or GIS (Geographic Information System). GIS is a system designed to capture, store, manipulate, analyze, organize and display all types of geographic data. The results of this study are to build an information system application to facilitate data processing and delivery of information regarding agricultural land mapping as well as farmer data information and farmer group harvest data in North Samarinda District, which is presented in the form of WebGIS mapping of agricultural land for rice commodities, for public knowledge. That the District of North Samarinda has the potential to produce plants that are beneficial to the community.

This research aims to produce an administrative information system design to increase accuracy in data processing and the ability to provide faster information for a business and increase the accuracy of service to consumers. This study also aims to identify information system problems on the system running on Rime Syar'i business and produce a Web-based administrative information application program that includes administrative transactions to produce transaction reports and reports that are needed to facilitate business management. Rime Syar'i. The conclusion obtained from this research is that using a web-based information system, can minimize errors in data processing, increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Rime Syar'i's business work in a better direction, and ease in making reports.

This research has background cause have not maximum yet of attendance’s system for now. “Absenplus” is an application attendance android based which has two features of system such as face recognition and geolocation. With technology who can help for developing “Absenplus” with design and build web and API as a web server who belong to integration into “Absenplus”’s application. So therefore the author decides to named “Design and Build Web and API on “Absenplus” using Deep Learning’s methods” to give a integration database to “Absenplus” apps. This research will take advantages of computing library of deep learning named TensorFlow and Keras. Besides, this research uses MTCNN for detection face image, Facenet Model to help model gets the extraction feature, and SVM for classification model image train and test. In geolocation’s system use geofence library to help development function geolocation’s system. This research also use Laravel framework in design and build web and API. Throughout this research give the results on “Absenplus” that user can use attendance online with face recognition and geolocation. In this result of face recognition, it can be conclude that average of predict probability is 67% with light room normally.

The background of this research is Alya's Bridal House which rents wedding packages offline (requires to come directly to the place to order), this is still less effective and efficient. This study also discusses asset data collection on the Wedding Organizer which can help facilitate ordering transactions, scheduling, and making it easier for admins to check available stock. The purpose of this research is to create a web-based rental information system and Asset Data Collection using the Laravel Framework programming language and MySQL as the database. The results of this study indicate that the trials generated on the respondent's test that the application used can facilitate asset data collection and optimize wedding package rental scheduling and can order wedding packages online properly.

an expert system for identifying weeds on oil palm plantations using a web-based forward chaining and dempster shafer method. Palm oil is one of the plants that has its own charm in the community because the commodity of palm oil plays an important role in the Indonesian economy, therefore demand for palm oil continues to increase. Along with the increasing demand for palm oil in the world market, oil palm plantations have experienced many disturbances, one of which is weeds which are very detrimental to oil palm farmers, so oil palm farmers are trying to control it. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to build a system application that can be used by farmers to provide information related to weeds that attack oil palm and their control solutions.

WEB-Based Development of Apparel Information Systems at Shofi Boutique Samarinda. using Laravel Framework. The Modiste Shofi Boutique is a boutique that sells various types of men's and women's clothing. The clothes sold at the Modiste Shofi Boutique include mukena, batik clothes, batik cloth, and so on. The promotions carried out by the Modiste Shofi Boutique are still inadequate so that there are still many people who do not know the existence of the Modiste Shofi Boutique. In addition, sales at the Modiste Shofi Boutique are only done manually such as promoting goods on Facebook and Whatsapp only, and also conventionally where consumers have to come directly to the Modiste Shofi Boutique to buy clothes, therefore this research the author did to create this application that can facilitate the promotion of clothing and can do promotions widely so that consumers are easier to transact and do not need to come to the boutique. This application also aims to make it easier for Modiste Shofi Boutique owners to record goods and be able to view detailed sales and purchase reports at Modiste Shofi Boutique Samarinda

Papaya plant (Carica papaya L.) it is one of leading commodities in East Kalimantan. Papaya is widely cultivated in Samarinda, Balikpapan, and Samboja. However, farmers are often faced with the problem of papaya plant diseases that can damage and inhibit the growth of papaya plants and fruit. To solve this problem, an expert system was created to diagnose diseases in papaya plants. This expert system was created using two methods, namely Backward Chaining Reasoning and to determine the level of certainty in the diagnosis of papaya plant diseases, the Dempster Shafer method was used. The excepted result of making this expert system is to build an expert system application that can diagnose web-based diseases in papaya plants so that it can make it easier for farmers to consult and get the right solution to overcome various disease problems that attack papaya plants.

This research is motivated by the problem of inhibiting crop production from oil palm plants, namely disease. Diseases of oil palm plants can be caused by viruses, fungi and, the host plant or an unfavorable environment. The process of diagnosing oil palm plant diseases requires expertise, knowledge and experience. Therefore, this study aims to build an expert system that can diagnose 9 types of plant diseases in oil palm from 29 symptoms based on the knowledge of 1 expert with the forward chaining method of reasoning and the web-based Dempster Shafer calculation method. The testing technique used is black box testing, validation testing, testing and theoretical calculations. The results of the black box test state that the expert system has 100% conformity in terms of functionality. The results of the expert validation test state that the expert system has 100% conformity. The results of the theoretical calculation test state that the expert system calculations are in accordance with the results of manual calculations. The results of the test with a questionnaire based on 32 respondents said it went very well. The results of this study provide the information needed by farmers to be able to diagnose and increase knowledge about how to overcome the problems faced by their oil palm plantations even without direct expert assistance in order to improve quality and stabilize the amount of production according to farmers' expectations.

The digestive system in humans is one of the materials taught in biology subjects. Submission of material about the digestive system in humans is still through conventional media such as blackboards and pictures contained in biology books. While this material about the digestive system is difficult to see directly because most of it occurs in the body. Augmented Reality is a technique that combines two-dimensional and three-dimensional virtual differences into a real sphere. Augmented Reality can be one of the effective teaching materials in elementary schools because of the rapidly advancing technology.

Development of Apparel Information System Applications at Fashion Boutique Shofi Samarinda Based on Android. Modiste Shofi Boutique is one of the boutiques that provide various types of men's and women's clothing for sales such as batik clothes, negligees, party dresses, masks, mokena, and others. The promotion and marketing carried out by the Modiste Shofi Boutique are inadequate so that there are still many people who do not know the existence of the Modiste Shofi Boutique. In addition, sales at the Modiste Shofi Boutique are only conventional where customers have to come directly to the Boutique to buy clothes. The results of this study are to create an application for selling clothes at the Modiste Shofi Boutique in order to promote clothes that are sold widely and make it easier for customers to make purchases without coming directly to the Modiste Shofi Boutique. Based on testing using the UML (Unified Modeling Language) method which consists of testing application analysis and implementation, it can be said that the Development of the Clothing Information System Application at the Android-Based Modiste Shofi Boutique can run smoothly and represent the features contained in the Android Application. Test results on users show that the application of ordering clothes has an adequate appearance (user friendly), the structure of the application is easy to learn, the commands or instructions are easy to use, the time used to process data is relatively fast and the resulting information is accurate.
