Abstract

The development of world telecommunications is growing very rapidly occur today, requires the telecommunications provider to provide a means of expanding the reach of mobile phone signal and internet signal in the form of 2G, 3G and 4G. With it the necessary means of supporting specialized tower BTS (Base Transceiver Station) to carry the antenna ata certain height.In planning the establishment of the BTS tower. The load effect in the form of self weight live load and wind load. But necessary review of the value of the Twist, Sway, and Displacement due to earthquake loads that occur with a variety of site classes of the soil in the form of rock soil, hard soil, medium soil and soft soil in accordance with SNI 1726-2012.

Abstract

In construction projects there are three things that must be considered, namely time, cost and quality. However, reality shows that there is still often a delay time of implementation. One way to overcome delay in construction projects is to do with the crashing. This research was conducted on the project of the construction of the building Rusunawa ASN Malang Regency. The method of crashing used by wayof a work shift. The calculation of the needs of the work shift using the guidelines for the calculation of Unit Price Analysis of Workers (AHSP) in 2018. The results showed that the project can be accelerated for 24 working days, so the duration of the project which was originally 197 working days to 173 days of work. Direct costs the project has increased from Rp.12.763.192.497.58 in 197 days to Rp. 12.937.000.000.00 in 173 days (up 1,3554%).

Abstract

Abstract

The Pakusari Jember TPA uses the Open Dumping system, so that this system will cause groundwater and environmental pollution, one of which is through leachate. The research was conducted using geoelectricity with the Mapping Resistivity method, with 3 passes and a length of 130 m each, with a resistance value between 0.393 - 8.44 Ώm which is thought to be a rock layer filled with leachate. The connection between paths 1, 2 and 3 produces a color image, it shows that the intersection that occurs at the point of intersection is thought to be that the rock layers are in the form of clay and sand with a red image and upload. The cutting line aims to determine the relationship between line 1 and other lines as well as the location around the study and to determine the direction of movement of leachate distribution. The distribution of leachate in TPA Pakusari Jember, there are 7 points indicating the presence of leachate from the color image
