Abstract

The background of this research is the low value of istima' maharah scores and kalam in Arabic lessons at MTs Nurul Ummah related to the creativity of teachers' creativity in teaching, there is no training on four language proficiency, teacher development, and methods used by conventional method teachers. The purpose of this study was to study the increase in the value of maharah istima' and kalam with serial whisper games and the difference in values ​​between the experimental class and the control class. This research is field research using quantitative research and experimental methods. The results of this study prove an increase in istima' maharah scores and kalam in the experimental class from pre-action and post-action. Measurement results of istima' maharah pretest and posttest 'Increase the average value of 25.83. On increasing, maharah kalam increased by 25. The results of the analysis can be concluded from the whisper chain game can increase maharah istima' and kalam. Based on the results of the t-test, the value (maharah istima') sig. (2-tailed) = 0.008 so the value of sig. (2-tailed) <0.050 and the value of kalam maharah based on 0,000, so the value of sig (2-tailed) <0.050, which means that it is meant by significant for istima' maharah and kalam maharah after giving assistance with serial whisper media.

Abstract

Local content is one of the elements in the Education Unit Level Curriculum Structure. Local content is prepared by taking into account the socio-cultural conditions of the local community. In the Yogyakarta setting, one form of local content is Javanese culture. In Javanese culture, it can be seen a lot of symbolic actions both in traditions (habits), religion (religion), and art (beauty) which can be used as a medium to explore noble values ​​that can be transformed to students. In practice, an integrated and ecological approach is used. The integrative approach is carried out in a way that local content is integrated or carried out together with other subjects. While the ecological approach is intended as learning material for local content directly using the natural environment and local social culture. Examples of the two approaches manifest in the integration of the First Grebeg Mulud celebration as a socio-cultural environment with the subjects of Islamic Cultural History.

Abstract

This research development aims to find out how to make media construct 2 in learning qirā'ah at MTs N 1 Yogyakarta and to find out how students respond to media construct 2. This media research uses the R&D research model of Borg and Gall which consists of 10 steps: potential and problems, data collection, product design, design validation, design revisions, product trials, product revisions, trial usage, product revisions, and mass production. The procedure of this research is limited to the testing phase of usage. This product was reviewed by supervisors, material experts, media experts and peers (peer reviewers) and responded by 31 MTs N 1 Yogyakarta students. The instrument used in the form of a questionnaire to see product quality and student questionnaire responses to see students' responses to the product. Research results and responses in the form of quantitative data, then analyzed with assessment criteria and percentage of ideals to determine product quality. The results of research development in the form of instructional media construct 2. Based on the results of the assessment, according to experts construct media 2 in learning qirā'ah has a very good quality with a percentage of ideals 83.16%. While the response generated according to 31 students is 81.5%. From the results of the assessment, it can be concluded that media construct 2 is feasible and can be used as a learning medium.

Abstract

This research is aimed to reveal and explain the speaking skill teaching and learning process of Arabic foreign language carried out by a native speaker as the lecturer. Data and data sources of this research are first-semester student’s Arabic listening and conversation of the Education Faculty of Walisongo Semarang State Islamic University. The research is a kind of qualitative research with data collection through observation, interview, and documentation. The finding of research says that the learning methods used in teaching and learning speaking skills by the native speaker are a direct method and “tarjamah” method. There are still many shortcomings and problems were found including the materials, time period, methods and human resources are inadequate. Based on the case this research tries to put down some suggestions to overcome problems suffered by the students and lecturer. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses pembelajaran Mahārah Kalām (keterampilan berbicara) yang dilakukan oleh Native Speaker (penutur asli) sebagai pengajarnya. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Fakultas Ilmu Tarbiyah dan Keguruan (FITK) Universitas Islam Negeri (UIN) Walisongo Semarang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif lapangan dengan metode observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi sebagai metode pengumpulan datanya. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa metode pembelajaran yang digunakan dalam pembelajaran Mahārah Kalām oleh Native Speaker adalah metode langsung dan terjemah. Adapun problem pembelajaran yang terjadi dalam pembelajaran maharah kalam oleh penutur asli datang dari beberapa segi, diantaranya: segi mahasiswa, guru, materi pembelajaran, waktu pembelajaran dan metode pembelajaran. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut penelitian ini menemukan beberapa solusi yang ditawarkan untuk mengatasi problem yang ada. Kata kunci: Pembelajaran Maharah Kalam, Penutur Asli, Problematika dan Saran

Abstract

This research and development was carried out to determine the feasibility level of the Smart Tajwid application based on the assessment of the media experts, material experts and PAI teachers, as well as to determine the motivation to learn recitation of students after using the Smart Tajwid application. This study refers to the ADDIE model which consists of 5 stages, namely Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation. But in the trial application to see an increase in students' motivation to learn recitation, the researcher used this type of experimental research pretest post test control group design. By taking the background of SMP N 1 Polanharjo Klaten class VIII. Data analysis techniques in this study used 2 types of analysis, namely qualitative and quantitative with inferential and descriptive statistical approaches, to process the data obtained using the SPPS 21 application. The validation results of the Smart Tajwid application show the percentage of eligibility based on: 1) media experts at 95.23% , 2) subject matter experts at 91.25%, 3) teachers at 92.85% and 3) students in small group trials at 92.5%. Overall, the Smart Tajwid application developed with a predicate is very suitable to be used as a medium for learning Tajweed. In addition, the application trial to see an increase in students' motivation to learn Tajweed after using the Smart Tajwid application has increased, which is based on the results of the independent sample t-test analysis between the experimental class and the control class having a difference of 3.2812. Then it can be concluded that the increase in motivation to learn recitation of students in the experimental class who get special treatment using the Smart Tajwid application has increased motivation higher than the control class that does not get special treatment. Abstrak Penelitian dan pengembangan ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui tingkat kelayakan aplikasi Smart Tajwid berdasarkan penilaian ahi media, ahli materi dan guru PAI, serta untuk mengetahui motivasi belajar tajwid siswa setelah menggunakan aplikasi Smart Tajwid. Penelitian ini mengacu pada model ADDIE yang terdiri dari 5 tahap yaitu Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation. Namun dalam uji coba aplikasi untuk melihat peningkatan motivasi belajar tajwid siswa, peneliti menggunakan jenis penelitian eksperimen pretest post test control group design. Dengan mengambil latar SMP N 1 Polanharjo Klaten kelas VIII. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan 2 jenis analisis yaitu kualitatif dan kuantitatif dengan pendekatan statistik inferensial dan deskriptif, untuk mengolah data yang diperoleh menggunakan aplikasi SPPS 21. Hasil validasi aplikasi Smart Tajwid menunjukkan presentase kelayakan berdasarkan: 1) ahli media sebesar 95,23%, 2) ahli materi sebesar 91,25%, 3) guru sebesar 92,85% dan 3) siswa pada uji coba kelompok kecil sebesar 92,5%. Secara keseluruhan aplikasi Smart Tajwid yang dikembangkan berpredikat sangat layak digunakan sebagai media belajar tajwid. Selain itu, dalam uji coba aplikasi untuk melihat peningkatan motivasi belajar tajwid siswa setelah menggunakan aplikasi Smart Tajwid mengalami peningkatan, yaitu berdasarkan hasil analisis uji independent sampel t-test antara kelas eksperimen dengan kelas kontrol mempunyai selisih 3,2812. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa peningkatan motivasi belajar tajwid siswa pada kelas eksprimen yang mendapatkan perlakuan khusus menggunakan aplikasi Smart Tajwid mengalami peningkatan motivasi lebih tinggi dibandingkan kelas kontrol yang tidak mendapatkan perlakuan khusus.

Abstract

The learning method is one of the important learning components and is interpreted as a way to realize learning objectives. This research is intended to describe the cooperative learning method type Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD). The focus of discussion in this study is to describe the enthusiasm of learning and describe the steps in applying Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) as an effort to foster student enthusiasm for learning. This research is a library research by using a descriptive analysis method. The analysis technique in this study uses an interactive data analysis model developed by Miles & Huberman, namely: data collection, data reduction, data explanation and conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) type of cooperative learning methods in growing enthusiasm for learning can be applied in five stages as follows: first, preparing the learning material. Second, forming groups / teams. Third, determine the initial score. Fourth, building a solid group / team. And fifth, giving awards for the best team. Besides that, the Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) type of cooperative learning method has many positive impacts for students including having the opportunity to express, express ideas, opinions and opinions, and be able to work together and foster social sensitivity with the surrounding environment.
