Islmaic Studies of Journal (Jurnal Islamika) is published by the Faculty of Islamic Studies Muhammadiyah University of Riau. ISSN:2615-7217(online). Abstract

Gerak – gerik manusia sekaligus perpindahannya menghasilkan budaya. Budaya adalah cipta, rasa, dan karsa yang menciptakan suatu peradaban. Tak terkecuali tanah Melayu yang memiliki kemajemukan budaya hingga mempengaruhi bahasanya. Bahasa Melayu Klasik adalah hasil dari cipta, rasa, dan karsa masyarakat Melayu pada abad ke-13 M. Bahasa Melayu Klasik erat kaitannya dengan pengaruh Islam di tanah Melayu. Dari bahasa Arab-Melayu ini lahirlah aksara Jawi sebagai hasil kreativitas masyarakat Melayu. Keberadaan aksara ini dikatakan sebagai hasil percampuran atau kolaborasi huruf Hijaiah untuk menciptakan ejaan tulisan bahasa Melayu. Aksara Jawi mulai berkembang dan banyak digunakan pada abad ke-17 M untuk surat menyurat, penulisan naskah keagamaan, perundang – undangan, dan sebagainya. Melalui aksara inilah masyarakat Melayu dapat berkomunikasi meskipun lewat tulisan dan juga sebagai bentuk “senjata perlawanan” terhadap kolonialisme. Melalui tulisan ini, perlu adanya penelusuran tentang keberadaannya dengan mengetahui asal – usul aksara Jawi dengan menilai sudut pandang kebudayaan Melayu. Abstract

ABSTRAK In a organization, good of education organization and also other organization, human resource represent central factor and very required by a[n organization. Without existence of human resource, organizational will not mean something. Therefore, human resource require to be managed by professional so that organization can expand productively, and employees can work better. Employees performance influenced by various factor, for example: activity environment, leadership, activity motivation, as well as activity discipline. Activity discipline represent conscious attitude or readiness a employees to do and adhere specified orders. Employees with activity discipline which is good to be expected can execute and finish work becoming its responsibility effectively and efficient and also on time. As for discipline management strategy shall be as follows 1) its clear Decision formula, its sensible order, publicized, and run neglectlessly 2) Its fair execution by using enunciated law and commemoration 3) Leadership of accomodated supervision at discipline orders 4) uniform and fair execution. Abstract

In a country based on capitalism we will find many problems in the country's economy . This is due to the management of State finances both in terms of income The state and state expenditures are not as expected by the community, there are still many elements of fraud, corruption, etc.. financial management like this will result in an economic crisis and create misery for the community. to overcome this problem the government must use an economic concept that can overcome this problem., The concept that can be applied by the government is public finance in an Islamic economic perspective. Islamic economic concepts have been proven to improve justice and welfare in society.

Abstract

The study of the problems in this study is about the problems faced by teachers in the use of learning media. The purpose of the research is to describe the ability of teachers to use technology-based media, what media teachers use in the learning process, and what problems teachers face in using technology-based learning media. This research is field research that uses qualitative descriptive methods, namely by describing the object of research as it is. The subjects of this study are Principals, PAI Teachers and Students. Data collection methods use observation, interview and study documentation. In examining the validity of the data that the author can in the field, the author uses triangulation techniques namely; triangulation of sources, triangulation techniques and triangulation of time. The findings show that: first, Teachers are able to accompany the development of the times in using technology-based media on islamic education learning, only that they do not apply the skills they have to the teaching learning process. Second, On learning devices, Islamic Religious Education teachers already use technology-based learning media although it has not varied, but in the reality in the field they only teach conventionally. Third, the problems faced by teachers do not always have a major effect on students' learning outcomes. Teachers can carry out their duties properly even if not fully supported by learning media

Abstract

Human life cannot be separated from economic activities. The existence of a source of Islamic law, namely the Quran, explains various problems in the economic field which contain universal values ​​about how the Islamic economy should be formulated. This research examines and explores the study of economic verses about al-milk and classification of ownership. This research methodology refers to the library approach (library research). This study focuses on the object of study in the form of written theoretical sources regarding al-milk and ownership classification. The results of this study, especially for the academic world, can be used as reference material (literature) which can add to the literature and science, especially in the clumps of Islamic economics and Islamic banking

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study examines and explores “teacher performance in the classroom management process”. Leadership in learning requires an attractive performance, because the rights and responsibilities carried out and their views towards students are full of compassion, tenderness, this attitude should be part of the value of a teacher's dedication. The author tries to describe the teacher's performance in the classroom management process in educational institutions, namely: (1) describing the policies and educational foundations in the form of classroom and outside learning planning. (2) applying learning components as a system in the teaching and learning process. (3) communicating in professional, social communities and facilitating community learning. (4) managing the class with appropriate approaches and procedures that are relevant to the characteristics of students. (5) researching, developing and innovating in the field of education and learning, and being able to use the results for professional development. This research methodology refers to the library approach (qualitative descriptive library research). This study focuses on the object of study in the form of written theoretical sources. The results of this research, especially for the academic world, can be used as a reference and reference (literature) that can add to the library's treasury, especially in the scientific clusters of Islamic education. Abstract

ABSTRAK Mediasi adalah layanan yang dilaksanakan oleh konselor terhadap dua pihak atau lebih yang sedang mengalami keadaan tidak harmonis (tidak cocok). Mediasi merupakan bentuk alternatif penyelesaian masalah, mediasi telah tumbuh dan berkembang sejalan dengan tumbuhnya keinginan manusia menyelesaikan masalah yang di hadapinya, oleh karna itu para hakim menggunalan layanan mediasi dalam membentuk kerukunan suami-istri di Pengadilan Agama Pekanbru Klas 1 A yang terletak di Jalan Datuk Setia Maharaja/Parit Indah, Kota Pekanbaru. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pelaksanaan layanan mediasi dalam membentuk kerukunan suami-istri. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitan kualitatif dengan tipe deskriptif yang menjelaskan dan menafsirkan data yang ada. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah hakim Pengadilan Agama, teknik pengumpulan data yang di gunakan untuk mendapatkan data dan informasi mengunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Dalam mengatasi masalah menggunakan layanan mediasi melalui proses atau tahapan yaitu, Perencanaan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi jangka pendek, analisis hasil evaluasi, tindak lanjut dan laporan. Dari hasil penelitian penulit dapat menyimpulkan bahwa pelaksanaan layanan mediasi dalam membentuk kerukunan suami-istri di Pengadilan Agama secara langsung seperti diskusi dan wawancara. Kata Kunci: Kerukunan, Layanan Mediasi
