Abstract

This study aims to measure the effectiveness of the Social Security Agency Regulation No. 5 of 2020 and look for factors that hinder the implementation of this regulation in Sidoarjo. The research method used in this paper is sociological juridical using an empirical approach. The results of the study indicate that there is a different application from what has been regulated in the Regulation of the Social Security Agency Number 5 of 2020. This regulation is considered ineffective, because this regulation is fictitious and cannot be implemented properly. Factors that hinder the implementation of this regulation are communication factors, resource factors and also bureaucratic factors, making this regulation difficult to implement

Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze the implementation of the Three End's program in increasing the protection of women as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation of the Three End's program in Sidoarjo Regency. This research is a descriptive qualitative research using a purposive sampling technique in determining the informants. The informants in this study were the Head of the Section for the Protection of Women's Rights and Special Protection for Children (DP3AKB), the Head of the Division of Women's Empowerment and Child Protection (DP3AKB), the Head of the Administration Section (UPTD PPA), the Personnel Manager (DP3AKB), and the Sidokepung Village Community. Techniques for collecting data are through interviews, observations and documentation. The data analysis technique uses an interactive analysis model consisting of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of the research on the implementation of the Three End's program in improving women's protection are communication indicators consisting of the transmission dimension, which is right on target, the clarity dimension to get clear information can directly ask the local village government, the consistency dimension in complaints of violence is in the UPTD PPA. Disposition, the dimension of bureaucratic appointment is the authority of the BKD and the dimension of incentives as employee motivation at work. In this study, the researchers took a research place at DP3AKB Sidoarjo Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of price, attractiveness, and accessibility on the decision to visit PPLH Seloliman Trawas Mojokerto tourism. This research is a descriptive study using quantitative methods. The data collection technique is by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents who are tourists who visit PPLH Seloliman Trawas Mojokerto tourism. The analytical technique used in this study is multiple linear regression using SPSS (Statistical Program for Social Science) version 25 for windows. influence the decision to visit PPLH Seloliman Trawas Mojokerto wisata tourism

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of capital structure, firm size and dividend policy on firm value. Several previous studies on firm value showed different results. Therefore, other research needs to be done to retest the theory of firm value. The population of this study was 15 manufacturing companies. The sampling method used was purposive sampling method, so that 15 sample companies were obtained for 3 years of observation (2018 - 2020) with 45 observations (observations). The research data were obtained from sample companies which were downloaded from the Indonesia Stock Exchange website. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analysis and multiple regression analysis. The process of data analysis carried out first is descriptive statistics, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis and then hypothesis testing. The results of this study partially show that capital structure, firm size and dividend policy have a significant effect on firm value. The results of this study indicate that capital structure, firm size and dividend policy have a simultaneous effect on firm value. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational justice and job involvement on turnover intent with job satisfaction as an intervening variable at PT Aggiomultimex International Group Sidoarjo. This research uses quantitative research with hypothesis testing. The sample used in this study were 118 employees at PT Aggiomultimex International Group Sidoarjo. The analytical tool used in this study uses statistical software. This study aims to determine the effect of organizational justice, job involvement version 2.5.0. The main data in this study came from a questionnaire. The results of this study prove that (1) organizational justice has a significant effect on turnover intention (2) job involvement has a significant effect on turnover intention (3) Organizational justice variable has no effect on turnover intention (4) Job involvement variable has a significant effect on turnover intention (5 ) Job satisfaction variable has a significant effect on turnover intention (6) Organizational justice variable has no effect on turnover intention through job satisfaction (7) Job involvement variable has a significant effect on turnover intention through job satisfaction
