Abstract

This study aims to measure the effectiveness of the Social Security Agency Regulation No. 5 of 2020 and look for factors that hinder the implementation of this regulation in Sidoarjo. The research method used in this paper is sociological juridical using an empirical approach. The results of the study indicate that there is a different application from what has been regulated in the Regulation of the Social Security Agency Number 5 of 2020. This regulation is considered ineffective, because this regulation is fictitious and cannot be implemented properly. Factors that hinder the implementation of this regulation are communication factors, resource factors and also bureaucratic factors, making this regulation difficult to implement

Abstract

Crime in Indonesia continues to grow and lately has caused many victims in society, especially women. In general, victims of crime experienced by every woman, in addition to acts of violence, are acts of sexual harassment. Sexual harassment in Indonesia has often happened, as we know that every day many media report incidents of sexual harassment, especially harassment that occurs in public spaces. The purpose of this study is to determine the suitability of the application of the Law on the Protection of Witnesses and Victims contained in Law no. 31 of 2014 against women victims of sexual harassment in public spaces. The method used is the normative legal method. The results of the study indicate that legal protection for women victims of sexual harassment in public spaces in Sidoarjo Regency has not been fully implemented. Many victims of sexual harassment in public spaces in Sidoarjo Regency are still afraid to speak up because on average, victims of sexual harassment are still made victim blaming considering that there is very little evidence of sexual harassment in this public space.

Abstract

The two continents and oceans around Indonesia make Indonesia in the position of international shipping trade routes. However, in the geographical location of the State of Indonesia, it is threatened to become a traffic lane for crime. Trafficking in people or persons is not only a domestic concern, but is a universal problem that is increasing every year. The purpose of this research is to find out or provide knowledge about the fulfillment of restitution rights and rehabilitation rights, and compensation for victims of trafficking in persons which are criminal acts in court decisions. Normative juridical law is the method used by the author in this study. This study provides results that the right to rehabilitation, restitution, and compensation for victims of the Criminal Act of Trafficking in Persons in Decision No. 257/Pid.Sus./2019/PN SDA and Decision No. 889/Pid.Sus/2018/PN SDA according to the Law No. 21 of 2007 was not implemented or not applied by the Panel of Judges.

Abstract

Presidential Regulation Number 99 of 2020 concerning Vaccine Procurement and Vaccination Implementation in the Context of Combating the 2019 Corona Virus Disease (COVID-19) Pandemic. The method used is normative using a statute approach, which is carried out by reviewing all laws and regulations related to this research. Collecting data from this study through primary legal materials consisting of legislation, official records or minutes in the making of legislation and judges' decisions. Meanwhile, secondary legal materials are in the form of textbooks, legal dictionaries, legal journals, and comments on court decisions. Is the refusal of a Covid-19 vaccine a violation of human rights law? And is refusing the Covid-19 vaccine a violation of the Health Quarantine Act? From this study, it can be concluded that the application of sanctions for the rejection of the COVID-19 vaccine is a form of legal protection for the community, as a form of effort to prevent the spread of the corona virus. Where the government has an obligation to protect the public from the risk of transmission of the covid-19 disease outbreak. Keywords - rejection sanctions, covid-19 vaccine, protection.

Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze the implementation of the Three End's program in increasing the protection of women as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation of the Three End's program in Sidoarjo Regency. This research is a descriptive qualitative research using a purposive sampling technique in determining the informants. The informants in this study were the Head of the Section for the Protection of Women's Rights and Special Protection for Children (DP3AKB), the Head of the Division of Women's Empowerment and Child Protection (DP3AKB), the Head of the Administration Section (UPTD PPA), the Personnel Manager (DP3AKB), and the Sidokepung Village Community. Techniques for collecting data are through interviews, observations and documentation. The data analysis technique uses an interactive analysis model consisting of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of the research on the implementation of the Three End's program in improving women's protection are communication indicators consisting of the transmission dimension, which is right on target, the clarity dimension to get clear information can directly ask the local village government, the consistency dimension in complaints of violence is in the UPTD PPA. Disposition, the dimension of bureaucratic appointment is the authority of the BKD and the dimension of incentives as employee motivation at work. In this study, the researchers took a research place at DP3AKB Sidoarjo Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to determine individual characteristics, job characteristics, and occupational health and safety (K3) on productivity with job satisfaction Intervening Variable PT. Integra Indocabinet Sidoarjo. This research is a type of quantitative research with hypothesis testing. The sample used in this study were 75 employees of PT. Integra Indocabinet Sidoarjo. The analytical tool used in this research is partial least square (PLS). The results of this study prove that individual characteristics affect job satisfaction, job characteristics affect job satisfaction, job characteristics affect job satisfaction, individual characteristics affect productivity, job characteristics affect productivity, job characteristics affect productivity, job satisfaction affects productivity, Individual characteristics affect productivity mediated by job satisfaction, job characteristics affect productivity mediated by job satisfaction, job characteristics affect productivity mediated by job satisfaction.

This study aims to determine the effect of price, attractiveness, and accessibility on the decision to visit PPLH Seloliman Trawas Mojokerto tourism. This research is a descriptive study using quantitative methods. The data collection technique is by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents who are tourists who visit PPLH Seloliman Trawas Mojokerto tourism. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Leadership, Self Efficacy, and Career Development on Employee Work Performance either partially or simultaneously. And to find out the most significant influence between the influence of Leadership, Self Efficacy, and Career Development on Employee Work Achievement at CV. Amanda Son. The research method in this study uses a quantitative approach with primary data sources. The data in this study used tabulated data from respondents from the questionnaire results. The sample used in this study was 54 employees at CV. Amanda Son. This primary data was obtained from a questionnaire whose measurement was using a Likert scale which was tested for validity and reliability. The analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination (R2), partial correlation coefficient, t test, F test and classical assumption test using SPSS program. This study proves that leadership has an effect on work performance. Self efficacy has an effect on work performance. Career development affects work performance. Leadership, self efficacy, and career development affect work performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of capital structure, firm size and dividend policy on firm value. Several previous studies on firm value showed different results. Therefore, other research needs to be done to retest the theory of firm value. The population of this study was 15 manufacturing companies. The sampling method used was purposive sampling method, so that 15 sample companies were obtained for 3 years of observation (2018 - 2020) with 45 observations (observations). The research data were obtained from sample companies which were downloaded from the Indonesia Stock Exchange website. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analysis and multiple regression analysis. The process of data analysis carried out first is descriptive statistics, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis and then hypothesis testing. The results of this study partially show that capital structure, firm size and dividend policy have a significant effect on firm value. The results of this study indicate that capital structure, firm size and dividend policy have a simultaneous effect on firm value. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of brand awareness, brand image, and product quality on repurchase intention partially or simultaneously. This research is a type of quantitative research with hypothesis testing. The sample used in this study were 100 customers of Zara Sidoarjo city. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression using the SPSS (Statistical Program for Social Science) for windows program. This primary data was obtained from a questionnaire whose measurement was using a Likert scale. And the data is valid and reliable. The results of the study prove that brand awareness, brand image, product quality partially affect repurchase intention and brand awareness, brand image, and product quality simultaneously affect repurchase intention.
