Abstract

The family is the first and foremost educational environment. The family is the most important part of human life, which consists of a father, mother and child. While children are individuals who are developing where they really need special attention from their parents. The research method used is normative juridical. The results showed that in authoritarian parenting patterns that tend to punish children, authoritarian parents tend to give implications that make children anti-social, kill children's curiosity, experience restraint of creativity, limitation of movement space, lack of warmth in children, dialogical processes does not develop, there is only monologue. Parents do not allow children to think critically. It is possible that this parenting pattern is a hereditary parenting pattern so that children are likely to imitate this parenting pattern for the next generation. Furthermore, permissive parenting, the implication of this parenting pattern is that children grow into uncontrolled children, children can be very spoiled by their parents and result in children not being independent, parents obeying children excessively and do not provide clear and consistent rules, parents always succumb to children, parents shape children dependence on it, children are less able to control emotions, children's maturity tends to be slow, as a result children are less independent and confident

Abstract

In managing Limited Liability Company (PT) files, the government has used an Online Single Submission (OSS)-based system. Not all business actors understand the OSS system so that they authorize a Notary to manage the company files. The authority granted through the power of attorney is deemed inappropriate and is not regulated in the Law on Notary Positions (UUJN). This study aims to explain the authority of a Notary as a power of attorney in carrying out the making of a Limited Liability Company deed that is synchronized with the Online Single Submission/OSS, setting up a business license through an electronically integrated business licensing service (Online Single Submission/OSS) and the legal consequences of making a limited liability company deed that is not synchronized with the Online Single Submission (OSS) system in the Banda Aceh City area. The results of the study indicate that the Notary's Authority as a Power of Attorney in Implementing the Making of Limited Liability Company Deeds Synchronized With Online Single Submission / OSS is not regulated in the Notary Position Act (UUJN), but in practice the community, especially business actors, gives power to the Notary as a party who take care of the Online Single Submission filing in order to avoid mistakes that occur when uploading files so that it can cause losses for the business actors themselves. Setting up a Business License through the OSS Electronically Integrated Business Licensing Service is that by logging into the OSS system, Business Actor is required to create a User-ID to log-in and fill in data to obtain a Business Identification Number (NIB) as the identity number of a Business Actor issued by Online Single Submission agency. The Business Identification Number (NIB) also applies as a Company Registration Certificate (TDP), the legal consequences of making a Limited Liability Company Deed that are not synchronized with the Online Single Submission System (OSS) is that if the deed is made not in accordance with the 2020 KBLI then OSS will reject the file submission automatically, when making the articles of association for the first time, it is to remind Business Actor regarding the latest systems

Abstract

The participation of Indonesian women in political parties is still minimal, so it correlates with the low number of women's representation in parliament. Based on data from the World Bank, Indonesia is ranked 7th in Southeast Asia for women's representation in parliament. The low number of women's representation in parliament has implications for policy issues related to gender equality and the lack of response to the main problems faced by women. The problem of women's participation in political parties needs to be studied from a legal perspective, so that the factors behind the lack of women's representation are known. Women's participation in political parties is a place and starting point for women to enter the electoral process. The research method used is normative juridical. The results of the study indicate that there are many factors that cause the lack of women's participation in political parties, one of which is the stigma that discredits women's position in leading and making decisions in the state process. So it needs to be encouraged from the perspective of norms to implementation

Abstract

As a legal subject, corporations have responsibilities as regulated in Law No. 13 of 2003. Manpower is either a legal entity or not. In the Manpower Act, corporate responsibility consists of two, namely; administrative sanctions as well as criminal sanctions. The criminal sanctions applied are in the form of imprisonment and fines. The criminal liability of corporations used by the law is in the form of "Corporations act, responsible management", due to the cumulative criminal sanctions that exist in the law. The means of renewal in the context of development can be interpreted as channeling human activities that lead to development. So, the community has directions for channeling development in the manpower sector in order to realize national development which will be aimed at supervising, fostering, and regulating all activities in the workforce so that justice is achieved. This supervision is based on appropriate labor legislation and adjustments to the rapid growth and development of development in order to anticipate the pressure on the supply of labor, and the level of protection of the workforce.

Abstract

This research was conducted to find out the historical background of ijtihad and its development in the present. The research methodology used is an Normative research methodology with a historical approach. Ijtihad as one of the sources of Islamic law in the history of its development, has dynamics. When the Prophet SAW was still alive, ijtihad was still very limited and narrow, because revelation was still continuing to come down as an answer to the problems that arose. So, ijtihad does not need to be done. Ijtihad at the time of the Companions was done by directly looking at the Qur'an. The ulama in the tabi'in period were divided into large groups based on the form of their ijtihad methodology, ahl al-hadith representing the textualists in the Hijaz and ahl ar-ra'yiu representing the substantialists in Iraq. This writing also wants to know the different approaches to new thinking in Fiqh carried out by the sects of Secterianism, Literalism, Thufiism, Tabrir and Moderates. Then from this writing and research, it explains how the History of Modernism in Islamic Law applies and the form of renewal of ijtihad in Indonesia
