Jurnal AKMAMI (Akuntansi Manajemen Ekonomi) diterbitkan oleh Centre for Research and Development Indonesia (CERED Indonesia) bulan Juni dan bulan Desember dalam setahun. Jurnal AKMAMI adalah untuk menyebarluaskan informasi hasil karya tulis ilmiah kepada akademisi dan praktisi yang menaruh minat pada bidang akuntansi manajemen ekonomi. Jurnal AKMAMI menerima kiriman artikel yang ditulis dalam bahasa Indonesia atau bahasa Inggris. Abstract

information and communication technology has developed rapidly so that it becomes a necessity for anyone and even in professionalism, work is required to use information technology devices. Information technology devices in question include smartphones, laptops, smartwatches and so on. In line with that, data communication such as the internet, which is part of the device, is a primary need so that individuals can communicate without distance and time limitations. Google, as the largest company engaged in information technology, especially software development, develops special services to help children use smartphones safely and more purposefully, namely Google Family Link. Parents play an active role in controlling the use of their children's smartphone devices even though they cannot accompany them all the time. Muliorejo Village, Sunggal District, Deli Serdang Regency, through the PKK Team, as monitored by the author, saw the condition of children using smartphones without any restrictions, especially outside of school. Even outside of school hours until late at night, children are still found using these devices to play games outside of learning content.

Abstract

The research problem was the number of employees of PT. Capella Multidana Medan stopped working because of her own will due to the high workload, and the amount of work pressure felt which resulted in employee burnout both physically and mentally. Rivai (2019: 240) suggests that several factors can affect employees' desire to stop working (turnover intention), namely: workload, work stress, work fatigue, length of service, work conflict, social support, job satisfaction, compensation, and punishment (punishment). Research purpose to find out how the influence of workload, work stress, and burnout on the level of employee turnover intention at PT. Capella Multidana Medan. This research was the associative- quantitative research. The population in this research was all marketing employees (collectors and surveyors) of PT. Capella Multidana Medan, Jalan Nibung branch, with a total of 40 employees. The number of samples taken was 40 respondents. The side technique used was saturated sampling. The primary data collection method used was a questionnaire method. This research was conducted in 2023. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression. Research data processing using the SPSS 24.0 application..

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze and evaluate stunting management in Paya Tampak Village. The visible problem is that the phenomenon of stunting is still a separate problem in the village, so it needs serious handling. Stunting is defined as growth failure in children under the age of 5 years caused by chronic malnutrition so that children have low height for their age. This research approach is descriptive qualitative by making direct observations in Paya Tampak village. The data analysis technique uses a grounded theory design, which is to analyze research problems using qualitative techniques. The results of this study indicate that stunting has a negative impact on children in later life, such as disrupting brain development, cognitive development, growth faltering, and low immune system. Evaluation of stunting management needs to be done to improve nutritional and cognitive status is needed to reduce the negative impact of stunting on children. The village government to the regional and central governments need to identify stunting management that allows for an increase in the nutritional and cognitive status of children so that stunting problems no longer occur

Abstract

. This research uses quantitative methods with descriptive methods. This study uses primary data and secondary data as data sources. This study used questionnaires and documentation as data collection techniques. This study uses a Likert scale technique as a research instrument. Prerequisite tests in this study include validity tests, reliability tests, and normality tests. In analyzing research data, researchers used a regression test which included a simultaneous test (F), partial test (t), and test of the coefficient of determination (R2). The results of this study indicate that the two variables, namely Human Resources (X1) and Zakat Collection Strategy (X2), have a significant influence on Public Interest in the office. Human Resources (X1) has a significant influence with a tcount of 1.926 and a significance of 0.02. Meanwhile, the Zakat Collection Strategy (X2) also has a significant effect with a tcount value of 4.041 and a significance of 0.03. In addition, these two variables together also make a significant contribution to Community Interest with an fcount value of 9,693 and a significance of 0.01. The coefficient of determination (R Square) of 58.1% indicates that 58.1% of the variation in Community Interests can be explained by Human Resources and Zakat Collection Strategies.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the effect of Financial Literacy and Financial Attitudes on Financial Management of Management Study Program Students, Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Muhammadiyah Sumatera Utara. The approach used is descriptive quantitative. The population in this study was 2,440 people, with a sample of 100 people. The research instrument used a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques using SPSS. The results of this study indicate that financial literacy has a significant effect on financial management, financial attitudes have no significant effect on financial management, financial literacy and financial attitudes have a significant effect on financial management.

Abstract

The method used in this study is to use an associative and quantitative approach. The population in this study were all students who were in the city of Medan and the sample was 100 people. Abstract

LQ analysis is used to measure the level of specialization of the economic sector in the coal region, while Shift Share analysis is used to analyze the contribution of internal and external factors to changes in the performance of the economic sector. In the results and discussion, LQ and Shift Share calculations were carried out using GRDP data from coal districts and North Sumatra province. The results of the LQ analysis show economic sectors that form a strong economic basis in the coal region. Meanwhile, the results of the Shift Share analysis help identify factors that influence growth and changes in economic sectors in the coal region. This research contributes to optimizing the economic potential of the coal region and encouraging sustainable economic growth through a better understanding of the economic basis and factors that influence the growth of economic sectors within it. The results of this research are also useful for policy makers, entrepreneurs and other stakeholders in identifying investment opportunities and potential economic sector development in the coal region..

Abstract

Sampling used a purposive sampling technique, the instrument used for research was a closed questionnaire using the Multiple Linear Regression test and hypothesis testing using the t test and f test.

The time of this research is in July 2024. This type of research is descriptive and associative research. The population in this study is consumers who make purchases at Rajo Seblak Siteba. The sample amounted to 120 people with a sampling technique in the form of purposive sampling. The research instrument used in this study is a closed questionnaire (questionnaire) with path analysis testing. The data analysis techniques used are descriptive analysis techniques and inductive analysis techniques, with the help of the Eviews 10 and SPSS version 18 programs.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh audit internal, Sistem Pengendalian Intern Pemerintah (SPIP) dan tindak lanjut hasil pemeriksaan terhadap kinerja keuangan pemerintah daerah pada Pemerintah Kota Binjai. Jenis Penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei analitik. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah Pejabat Penatausahaan Keuangan (PPK) dan auditor di Pemerintahan Kota Binjai terdiri dari 33 PPK dan 19 auditor sehingga populasi berjumlah 52 orang. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda dengan SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan dan parsial audit internal, Sistem Pengendalian Intern Pemerintah (SPIP) dan tindak lanjut hasil pemeriksaan berpengaruh positif secara signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan Pemerintah Kota Binjai.
