Abstract

The development of Islamic investment in Indonesia is progressing very rapidly. The principle of every investment made by each individual must be based on sharia principles. This study aims to explain the principles of sharia mutual funds investing which are currently growing rapidly as well as the development and procedures for investing in Islamic mutual funds. The results of this study indicate that the statistical development of Islamic mutual funds tends to increase significantly, the NAV of Islamic mutual funds in August 2020 reached 67.71 trillion. Players in sharia mutual fund investments include investors and investment managers who are trusted by investors in managing their mutual funds. The procedure for investing in Islamic mutual funds includes two ways, namely the method of buying or referred to as subcription and redemption or the method of selling Islamic mutual funds, a good understanding of these two methods will determine the risks and benefits that investors and investment managers get. Abstrak Perkembangan investasi syariah di Indonesia melaju dengan sangat pesat, Prinsip dari setiap investasi yang dilakukan oleh setiap individu harus berlandaskan dengan prinsip syariah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan prinsip dari investasi reksadana syariah yang saat ini sedang berkembang pesat serta perkembangannya dan tata cara melakukan investasi pada reksadana syariah. hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan perkembangan statistik reksadana syariah cenderung naik signifikan, NAB reksadana syariah agustus 2020 mencapai 67,71 Triliun. Pelaku dalam investasi reksadana syariah meliputi investor dan manajer inverstasi yang dipercayai oleh investor dalam mengelola reksadana miliknya. Tata cara investasi pada reksadana syariah meliputi dengan dua cara yaitu cara pembelian atau disebut dengan subcription dan redemtion atau cara penjualan pada reksadana syariah, pemahaman yang baik akan kedua cara ini akan menentuan resiko dan keuntungan yang di dapatkan oleh investor dan manajer investasi. Kata kunci: Investasi Reksadana, Tata Cara Invetasi Reksadana.

Abstract

The purpose of this study explains the influence of customer knowledge, service quality, location, administrative costs and transparency of customer interest in choosing the Islamic Pegadaian Gold Savings Account in Takengon. And to find out the factors of the five management variables above simultaneously influence the Interest of Customers in Choosing Takengon Sharia Pegadaian Gold Savings. This quantitative study uses multiple regression analysis techniques. The results of the study, found the value of t-count Customer Knowledge (X1), Service Quality (X2), Location (X3) and Transparency (X5) is greater than t-table where the value of t-counts are respectively (2.862> 1.989 ); (3,191> 1,989); (5,282> 1,989) and (3,536> 1,989) as well as significant to the Customer's Interest in Choosing Takengon Sharia Pawnshop Gold Savings. It can be concluded that Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. But for Administration Costs (X4), although the t-value obtained is also greater than the t-table but the value is negative (-2,701> 1,989). This means that the negative effect of administrative costs on customer interest in Choosing the Islamic Pegadaian Gold Savings in Takengon is in the opposite direction. In other words, if the administrative costs increase, the interest of customers in choosing sharia pawnshop gold savings in takengon decreases. Vice versa. Furthermore, simultaneously F-count> F-table = (24.227> 2.32), it can be concluded receiving Ha. This means that the variables of Customer Knowledge, Service Quality, Location and Price simultaneously have a positive and significant impact on Customer Interest in Choosing Sharia Pegadaian Gold Savings in Takengon. Keywords: Gold Savings, Customer Interest, Location, Service Quality, Knowledge, Administrative Costs Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini menjelaskan pengaruh pengetahuan nasabah, kualitas layanan, lokasi, biaya administrasi dan transparansi minat nasabah dalam memilih Tabungan Emas Pegadaian Syariah di Takengon. Dan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor dari kelima variabel manajemen diatas secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap Minat Nasabah dalam Memilih Tabungan Emas Pegadaian Syariah Takengon. Penelitian kuantitatif ini menggunakan teknik analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian, ditemukan nilai t-hitung Pengetahuan Pelanggan(X1), Kualitas Layanan(X2), Lokasi(X3) dan Transparansi(X5) lebih besar dari t-tabel yang mana nilai t-hitungnya secara berturut-turut adalah (2,862 > 1,989); (3,191 > 1,989); (5,282 > 1,989) dan (3,536 > 1,989) serta signifikan terhadap Minat nasabah dalam Memilih Tabungan Emas Pegadaian Syariah Takengon. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa Ha diterima dan H0 ditolak. Namun untuk Biaya Administrasi (X4), walaupun nilai t-hitung yang diperoleh juga lebih besar dibandingkan t-tabel tetapi nilainya negatif (-2,701> 1,989). Artinya pengaruh negative yang diberikan biaya administrasi terhadap Minat nasabah dalam Memilih Tabungan Emas Pegadaian Syariah di Takengon berlawanan arah. Dengan kata lain jika biaya Administrasinya meningkat maka minat pelanggan dalam memilih tabungan emas pegadaian syariah di takengon menurun. Begitu sebaliknya. Selanjutnya secara simultan F-count > F-table= (24.227 > 2.32), dapat disimpulkan menerima Ha. Artinya variabel Pengetahuan Pelanggan, Kualitas Layanan, Lokasi dan Harga secara simultan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Minat Pelanggan dalam Memilih Tabungan Emas Pegadaian Syariah di Takengon. Abstract

The leadership attitude applied by managers in leading institutions in bank X has a huge influence on the success of these banking institutions in facing challenges that arise. This makes the leader of bank X plays a key role in formulating the company's strategy, so that its role will affect the company. The formulation of the problem in this study is whether the Bank X Branch Y Leadership Style Affects Employee Performance. How much Bank X Branch Y Leadership Style Affects Employee Performance. This research is a type of quantitative research. The method used in this study is a survey method, which is a method of collecting data by taking samples from the population and using a questionnaire as the main data collection instrument distributed by researchers. The results showed that the leadership style obtained a value of t count 4.792 (positive) that is influential and the calculated probability value 0.000 <0.05 probability determined, means significant. The R-Square Determination Coefficient value is 0.377 which means that 37.7% of the variation in value of employee performance is determined by the leadership style variable. While the rest (100% - 37.7% = 62.3%) are other variables not included in the equation model. Keywords: Leadership Style and Employee Performance. Abstrak Sikap kepemimpinan yang di terapkan manajer dalam memimpin lembaga di bank X mempunyai pengaruh yang sangat besar dalam keberhasilan lembaga perbankan tersebut dalam menghadapi tantangan yang muncul. Hal ini menjadikan pemimpin bank X memegang peranan kunci dalam merumuskan strategi perusahaan, sehingga perannya akan mempengaruhi perusahaan tersebut. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah Gaya Kepemimpinan Bank X Cabang Y Berpengaruh Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Seberapa besar Gaya Kepemimpinan Bank X Cabang Y Berpengaruh Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survey, yaitu metode pengumpulan data dengan mengambil sampel dari populasi dan menggunakan kuesioner sebagai instrument pengumpulan data utama yang disebarkan peneliti.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Gaya kepemimpinan memperoleh nilai t hitung 4,792 (positif) yaitu berpengaruh dan nilai probabilitas yang dihitung 0.000 < 0.05 probabilitas yang ditetapkan, berarti signifikan. Nilai Koefisien Determinasi R-Square sebesar 0.377 yang berarti bahwa 37,7% variasi nilai dari kinerja karyawan ditentukan oleh variabel gaya kepemimpinan. Sedangkan sisanya (100% - 37,7% = 62,3%) adalah variabel lain yang tidak dimasukkan dalam model persamaan tersebut. Kata kunci : Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Kinerja Karyawan.

Abstract

Interest-free credit (al-Qardh al-Hasan) is a non-ribawi social fund for Muslims who need help, both productive and consumptive. However, the funds sourced from the philanthropy of muslim benefactors became less maximal due to the lack of awareness from the recipients of al-qard al-hasan funds as well as the absence of supervision and coaching by the fund's management agency. And the financing of al-qard al-hasan which is also a form of Islamic protection against the weak is able to help the government overcome their problems. Keywords: al-Qarh al-Hasan, zakat management institutions, Sharia financial institutions Abstrak Kredit tanpa bunga (al-Qardh al-Hasan) merupakan dana sosial non ribawi bagi umat Islam yang membutuhkan bantuan, baik produktif maupun konsumtif. Namun, dana yang bersumber dari filantropi dermawan muslim menjadi kurang maksimal karena kurangnya kesadaran dari penerima dana al-qard al-hasan serta tidak adanya pengawasan dan pembinaan oleh pengelola dana tersebut. Dan pembiayaan al-qard al-hasan yang juga merupakan salah satu bentuk perlindungan Islam terhadap kaum lemah mampu membantu pemerintah mengatasi permasalahan mereka. Abstract

Indonesia is a developing country with a high population growth rate, along with the increasing population in Indonesia, the competition for jobs is getting more competitive, while the job opportunities offered are limited, so it demands young people and students to be more creative through entrepreneurship. Entrepreneurship education began to be taught in schools, both high school and university, including at the State Islamic Institute of Lhokseumawe. This teaching is expected to be able to motivate and increase student interest in entrepreneurship. This study aims to determine the effect of motivation and attitudes partially and simultaneously on entrepreneurial interest using quantitative methods. Sampling using purposive sampling technique. Data collection was carried out by distributing online questionnaires as many as 92 students as respondents. Data processing with multiple linear regression testing. The results showed that (1) Motivation was able to influence interest in entrepreneurship in FEBI IAIN Lhokseumawe students, (2) attitudes were able to influence interest in entrepreneurship in FEBI IAIN Lhokseumawe students, (3) motivation and attitude were simultaneously able to influence interest in entrepreneurship in FEBI IAIN Lhokseumawe students. Abstrak Indonesia merupakan negara berkembang dengan tingkat pertumbuhan penduduk yang tinggi, seiring dengan bertambahnya jumlah penduduk di Indonesia persaingan mencari pekerjaan semakin kompetitif sementara lapangan kerja yang ditawarkan terbatas sehingga menuntut kaum muda dan mahasiswa untuk lebih kreatif melalui kewirausahaan. Pendidikan kewirausahaan mulai diajarkan disekolah-sekolah, baik sekolah menengah maupun perguruan tinggi, termasuk di Institut Agama Islam Negeri Lhokseumawe. Pengajaran ini diharapkan mampu memotisivasi dan meningkatkan minat mahasiswa dalam berwirausaha. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi dan sikap secara parsial dan simultan terhadap minat berwirausaha dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner online sebanyak 92 mahasiswa sebagai responden. Pengolahan data dengan pengujian regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Motivasi mampu mempengaruhi minat berwirausaha pada mahasiswa FEBI IAIN Lhokseumawe, (2) sikap mampu mempengaruhi minat berwirausaha pada mahasiswa FEBI IAIN Lhokseumawe, (3) motivasi dan sikap secara simultan mampu mempengaruhi minat berwirausaha pada mahasiswa FEBI IAIN Lhokseumawe.
