Abstract

The formulation of the problem in this research is the effectiveness of education and training effect on Selling Skill of employees of Bank Aceh After Conversion amounting to 1220 that is on score "Very High". Does the effectiveness of education and training affect Selling Skill, Knowledge and work culture of Bank Aceh after Conversion employees? Selling Skill enters the "Very High" score ranking of 1,212, Knowledge enters the "Very High" score ranking of 1.220 and the Working Culture enters the score ranking "Very Height "of 1.213. This means that the three variables are very effective effect on employees of Bank Aceh Caban Idi East Aceh. Does the effectiveness of education and training affect the employee's work culture that has a very high impact of 1.213, this indicates that in addition to the knowledge that must be owned by employees must also have a good work culture in order to improve the performance of employees of Bank Aceh Branch Idi Aceh Timur. . Although Knowledge becomes the main point of the appraisal result, it remains that other variables should not be ruled out as they are interdependent in order to effectively improve the employee performance of Bank Aceh Branch Idi post-conversion. When viewed from the comparison between Education and Training on Selling Skill, Knowledge and Working Culture, it is known that Training is more effective than education that has a score of 1.222.This indicates that the Aceh Bank should more often provide training to employees in order to improve employee effectiveness Bank Aceh After Conversion. Keyword : Education, Training, Selling Skill, Knowledge, Work Culture Abstrak Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah Efektiftifitas pendidikan dan pelatihan berpengaruh pada Selling Skill karyawan Bank Aceh Pasca Konversi sebesar 1.220 yakni berada pada skor “Sangat Tinggi”. Apakah efektivitas pendidikan dan pelatihan berpengaruh pada Selling Skill, Knowledge dan budaya kerja karyawan Bank Aceh Pasca Konversi yakni Selling Skill masuk ranking skor “Sangat Tinggi” sebesar 1.212, Knowledge masuk ranking skor “Sangat Tinggi” sebesar 1.220 dan Budaya Kerja masuk ranking skor “Sangat Tinggi” sebesar 1.213. Artinya bahwa ketiga variabel tersebut sangat berpengaruh efektif terhadap karyawan Bank Aceh Cabang Idi Aceh Timur. Apakah efektifitas pendidikan dan pelatihan berpengaruh pada budaya kerja karyawan yakni terdapat pengaruh yang Sangat Tinggi sebesar 1.213, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa selain knowledge yang harus dimiliki oleh karyawan juga harus memiliki budaya kerja yang baik dalam rangka meningkatkan kinerja karyawan Bank Aceh Cabang Idi Aceh Timur. . Walaupun Knowledge (Pengetahuan) menjadi poin utama dari hasil penilaian, akan tetap variabel-variabel yang lain tetap tidak boleh dikesampingkan karena semuanya saling keterkaitan dalam rangka meningkatkan kinerja karyawan Bank Aceh Cabang Idi secara efektif pasca konversi.Jika dilihat dari perbandingan antara Pendidikan dan Pelatihan terhadap Selling Skill, Knowledge dan Budaya Kerja, maka diketahui bahwa Pelatihan lebih efektif dibandingkan dengan pendidikan yakni memiliki skor sebesar 1.222.Hal ini menandakan bahwa Bank Aceh harus lebih sering memberikan pelatihan kepada karyawan dalam rangka meningkatkan efektifitas karyawan Bank Aceh Pasca Konversi. Abstract

The leadership attitude applied by managers in leading institutions in bank X has a huge influence on the success of these banking institutions in facing challenges that arise. This makes the leader of bank X plays a key role in formulating the company's strategy, so that its role will affect the company. The formulation of the problem in this study is whether the Bank X Branch Y Leadership Style Affects Employee Performance. How much Bank X Branch Y Leadership Style Affects Employee Performance. This research is a type of quantitative research. The method used in this study is a survey method, which is a method of collecting data by taking samples from the population and using a questionnaire as the main data collection instrument distributed by researchers. The results showed that the leadership style obtained a value of t count 4.792 (positive) that is influential and the calculated probability value 0.000 <0.05 probability determined, means significant. The R-Square Determination Coefficient value is 0.377 which means that 37.7% of the variation in value of employee performance is determined by the leadership style variable. While the rest (100% - 37.7% = 62.3%) are other variables not included in the equation model. Keywords: Leadership Style and Employee Performance. Abstrak Sikap kepemimpinan yang di terapkan manajer dalam memimpin lembaga di bank X mempunyai pengaruh yang sangat besar dalam keberhasilan lembaga perbankan tersebut dalam menghadapi tantangan yang muncul. Hal ini menjadikan pemimpin bank X memegang peranan kunci dalam merumuskan strategi perusahaan, sehingga perannya akan mempengaruhi perusahaan tersebut. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah Gaya Kepemimpinan Bank X Cabang Y Berpengaruh Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Seberapa besar Gaya Kepemimpinan Bank X Cabang Y Berpengaruh Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survey, yaitu metode pengumpulan data dengan mengambil sampel dari populasi dan menggunakan kuesioner sebagai instrument pengumpulan data utama yang disebarkan peneliti.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Gaya kepemimpinan memperoleh nilai t hitung 4,792 (positif) yaitu berpengaruh dan nilai probabilitas yang dihitung 0.000 < 0.05 probabilitas yang ditetapkan, berarti signifikan. Nilai Koefisien Determinasi R-Square sebesar 0.377 yang berarti bahwa 37,7% variasi nilai dari kinerja karyawan ditentukan oleh variabel gaya kepemimpinan. Sedangkan sisanya (100% - 37,7% = 62,3%) adalah variabel lain yang tidak dimasukkan dalam model persamaan tersebut. Kata kunci : Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Kinerja Karyawan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between the application of pawning saving service rates to customer satisfaction at the Pegadaian Shari’ah Langsa Branch. In this study, researchers used a type of descriptive research that is the method used to look for the elements, characteristics, characteristics of a phenomenon. Data collection techniques in this study were observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the research in the fi eld show that the application of pawn service deposit rates at Pegadaian Syariah Langsa Branch is in accordance with the wishes of the community. This was revealed by customers who stated that they had no objection to the applied tariffs so there was no doubt about conducting transactions at the Langsa Branch Pegadaian Syariah. Then the relationship between the application of pawning service tariffs to customer satisfaction at the Pegadaian Syariah Langsa Branch went well. The relationship between the application of pawning saving tariffs to customer satisfaction is that the customer is more interested in the amount of loan money received than the savings service obtained, then the process is also not complicated which can make customers bored and desperate waiting for the results to be provided by the Langsa City Pawnshop. Then customer satisfaction with the application of pawning deposit service rates at the Pegadaian Syariah Langsa Branch can be seen from the community’s interest in conducting pawn transactions. This is infl uenced by fast, easy and friendly service. Then the promos given by Pegadaian as well as cashback or gift giving offered also attract customers by Pegadaian Langsa City. In addition, the pawnshop itself always prioritizes customer satisfaction in interacting in the Langsa City pawnshop. Satisfi ed customers can increase company stability. Satisfaction with services can increase the existence of a customer’s mind and gain trust.

Abstract

In managing an organization or company, good governance or managerial is needed. Basic knowledge of management needs to be understood and applied well by managers so that it will be very helpful in carrying out their duties in an effort to achieve organizational goals. The study entitled The Role of Managers in Improving the Quality of Employee Work at the Bulog Langsa Branch Office. The objectives of the study are a) to find out how the role of managers is in improving the quality of work of employees of the Bulog Public Company, Langsa Branch Office. b) to find out what efforts are made by managers to improve the quality of work of employees of the Bulog Public Company, Langsa Branch Office. The research methodology is qualitative where the role of the researcher is as a key instrument in collecting data and interpreting data. The results of the study are the implementation of performance management at the Bulog Public Company, Langsa Branch Office, basically using public service performance management that has been implemented by the Bulog Public Company, Jakarta Head Office. However, to carry out the performance of employees of the Bulog Public Company, Langsa Branch Office, it is necessary to implement work planning, division of work into sub-sections, and strategies used by the Bulog Public Company, Langsa Branch Office in an effort to achieve employee performance.

Abstract

Indonesia is a country whose territory is divided into provincial areas. Provincial areas are further divided into Regency and City areas. Each Province, Regency, and City area has a regional government regulated by Law. The study entitled Profit Sharing System for the Management of Village-Owned Enterprises Study on BUMDesa Karang Anyar Langsa Aceh). The objectives of the study are: 1) to determine the effectiveness of the management of Village-Owned Enterprises in Karang Anyar Village, Aceh Province. 2) to determine the profit sharing system for the management of Village-Owned Enterprises in Karang Anyar Village, Aceh Province. The results of the study are 1) in its implementation, the management of Karang Anyar Village-Owned Enterprises has been running well, such as in Planning, namely the management of Village-Owned Enterprises has planned all Village-Owned Enterprise programs carefully, in organizing all managers of Village-Owned Enterprises have carried out the duties of each of their responsibilities well, in its implementation, Village-Owned Enterprises have been effective in running Village-Owned Enterprise programs even though there are still some obstacles, and in the evaluation, 2) the presence of Village-Owned Enterprises in the Karang Anyar Village community has become a forum for the community's economy and is able to empower the community and reduce unemployment among the Karang Anyar community, especially in Langsa City, this is proven by the community being involved in making activities such as chips businesses, tempeh businesses and others.

Abstract

Para pedagang kaki lima merupakan salah satu motor penggerak dalam pertumbuhan perekonomian suatu daerah. Penelitian ini terpusat pada para pedagang kaki lima yang ada di sepanjang Jalan Cut Nyak Dhien Kota Langsa. Di sana terdapat kurang lebih 70 pedagang kaki lima dengan berbagai tawaran barang dagangannya. Ada 4 (emat) tujuan utama dari penelitian ini yaitu: Untuk mengetahui peran sektor informal pedagang kaki lima di Jalan Cut Nyak Dhien Kota Langsa dalam menciptakan lapangan kerja bagi masyarakat; Untuk mengetahui prospek dalam pengembangan usaha pedagang kaki lima di Jalan Cut Nyak Dhien Kota Langsa sebagai obyek wisata; untuk mengetahui prospek dalam pengembangan usaha pedagang kaki lima di Jalan Cut Nyak Dhien sebagai penghasil retribusi dan Pendapatan Asli Daerah Kota Langsa; untuk mengetahui kebangkitan ekonomi pedagang kaki lima di kota langsa masa pandemi covid-19. 10 (sepuluh) orang narasumber ikut berpartisipasi dalam penelitian ini dimana 7 diantaranya adalah para pedagang kaki lima, 2 orang dari Dinas Koperasi, Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Kota Langsa, serta 1 orang dari Dinas Pendapatan, Keuangan dan Aset Daerah Kota Langsa. Pengambilan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi, kemudian data tersebut diolah dengan menggunakan teknik deskriptif analisis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Perdagangan jalanan (pedagang kaki lima) telah menjadi sebuah alternatif pekerjaan yang cukup populer di kalangan penduduk kota Langsa. Hal ini dikarenakan pemerintah sangat antusias dalam membantu para pedagang tersebut dalam meningkatkan pendapatan mereka dengan cara merelokasi tempat perdagangan, memberikan pinjaman keuangan serta memberikan pembinaan yang bersifat membangun bagi mereka.

Abstract

Information technology that is developing so rapidly has brought major changes to all fields, including the economic/business sector. The digital era and the increasing number of internet users provide various conveniences in various activities. The research entitled Analysis of Marketplace Utilization in Increasing Income for Sales of MSME Products in Langsa City. This type of research uses qualitative. The formulation of the research problem is 1) how is the use of the marketplace on Facebook media in increasing revenue for the sale of MSME products in Langsa City, 2) what are the impacts of using the marketplace on Facebook media on the economy of MSME actors in Langsa City. The results of the study are 1) The use of the online marketplace media on Facebook has a huge impact on the sales income of business people, especially for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Langsa Barat District, Langsa City. With the support and assistance from the Langsa City Government for micro business actors in order to increase their production and sales capacity, considering that business actors can indirectly help the government in poverty alleviation, 2) The impact of using marketplaces on Facebook has the potential to support economic growth for business actors. The role of the marketplace is very influential on promotion and marketing, dissemination of information to consumers in meeting needs. In terms of material (economic) welfare, marketpalce users have brought changes to the economy of small and medium-sized businesses in Langsa City, especially in West Langsa District

Abstract

Latar belakang: E-commerce atau bisa disebut Perdagangan elektronik atau e-dagang adalah penyebaran, pembelian, penjualan, pemasaran barang dan jasa melalui internet atau jaringan komputer. Seluruh komponen yang ada dalam perdagangan diaplikasikan ke dalam ecommerce seperti customer service, layanan produk, cara pembayaran dan cara promosi. Media sosial merupakan perpaduan sosiologi dan teknologi yang memberikan kesempatan orang untuk saling terhubung secara online baik dalam hubungan personal maupun bisnis. Media sosial memberikan peranan sebagai media penghubung informasi dan komunikasi antara penjual dengan pembeli, selain itu media sosial memiliki potensi untuk menemukan konsumen serta membangun image tentang merk suatu produk Metode penelitian: Dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan sosialisasi terhadap pelaku usaha (UMKM) di Gampong Lengkong Kecamatan Langsa Baro Kota Langsa, tim dosen bekerja keras membangun komunikasi terhadap pemerintah gampong agar terlaksananya kegiatan sosialisasi tersebut. Keterlibatan dari aparatur gampong diharapkan mampu dalam membantu proses berjalannya kegiatan sosialisasi yang dilaksanakan oleh dosen Hasil penelitian: Kemajuan di bidang teknologi, komputer, dan telekomunikasi mendukung perkembangan teknologi internet. Dengan internet pelaku bisnis tidak lagi mengalami kesulitan dalam memperoleh informasi apapun, untuk menunjang aktivitas bisnisnya, bahkan sekarang cenderung dapat diperoleh berbagai macam informasi, sehingga informasi harus disaring untuk mendapatkan informasi yang tepat dan relevan. Hal tersebut mengubah abad informasi menjadi abad internet. Penggunaan internet dalam bisnis berubah dari fungsi sebagai alat untuk pertukaran informasi secara elektronik menjadi alat untuk aplikasi strategi bisnis, seperti: pemasaran, penjualan, dan pelayanan pelanggan. Mengingat bahwa e-commerce dapat membantu UKM mengatasi berbagai permasalahan seperti disebutkan di atas maka adopsi e-commerce menjadi hal yang perlu dilakukan. Oleh karena itu, faktor-faktor yang mendorong UKM untuk mengadopsi E-commerce merupakan masalah yang cukup penting untuk dikaji. Kesimpulan: Dengan dilaksanakannya pengabdian masyarakat ini, maka tujuan dan sasaran dalam kegiatan ini dapat terlihat yaitu dengan peserta yang memberikan apresiasi dan antusiasme peserta dalam pemanfaatan e-commerce. Peserta pengabdian masyarakat dapat memahami dan mengetahui aplikasi e-commerce bisa untuk melakukan media promosi produk secara lebih luas.
