Jurasik (Jurnal Riset Sistem Informasi dan Teknik Informatika)
JURASIK adalah jurnal yang diterbitkan oleh LPPM STIKOM Tunas Bangsa Pematangsiantar yang bertujuan untuk mewadahi penelitian di bidang Sistem Informasi dan Teknik Informatika. JURASIK (Jurnal Riset Sistem Informasi dan Teknik Informatika) adalah jurnal ilmiah dalam ilmu komputer dan informasi yang mengandung literatur ilmiah pada studi murni dan penelitian terapan dalam ilmu komputer dan informasi dan ulasan publik pengembangan teori, metode dan ilmu terapan yang berkaitan dengan subjek. Jurnal ini pertama kali mendapat ISSN dengan nomor 2527-5771 pada tahun 2016 untuk terbitan cetak dan mulai 2017 beralih ke terbitan elektronik dengan nomor ISSN 2549-7839. Pengiriman artikel tidak dipungut biaya, kemudian artikel yang diterima akan diterbitkan secara online dan dapat diakses secara gratis. JURASIK (Jurnal Riset Sistem Informasi dan Teknik Informatika) adalah sebuah jurnal peer-review secara online yang diterbitkan bertujuan sebagai sebuah forum penerbitan tingkat nasional di Indonesia bagi para peneliti, profesionaldan praktisi dari industri dalam bidang Ilmu Kecerdasan Buatan. JURASIK (Jurnal Riset Sistem Informasi dan Teknik Informatika) menerbitkan hasil karya asli dari penelitian terunggul dan termaju pada semua topik yang berkaitan dengan ilmu komputer. JURASIK (Jurnal Riset Sistem Informasi dan Teknik Informatika) terbit 1 (satu) nomor dalam setahun. Artikel yang telah dinyatakan diterima akan diterbitkan dalam nomor In-Press sebelum nomor regular terbit. JURASIK (Jurnal Riset Sistem Informasi dan Teknik Informatika) telah terindeks Google Scholar, Garuda, Crossref dan terus akan diupdate mengikuti perkembangan. Jurasik (Jurnal Riset Sistem Informasi dan Teknik Informatika) telah melakukan perubahan jumlah terbitan dari 1 x setahun (Juli) menjadi 2 x setahun (Februari dan Agustus) dan telah melakukan perubahan data administrasi pada laman LIPI dengan url: http://u.lipi.go.id/1480905139. Cassava is one type of food that is widely consumed by the people of Indonesia. In addition to the typical taste, cassava is often processed by the community into a cake or snacks that diverse. According to the statistical report of cassava agriculture in Indonesia from 2005-2015 experience up and down. In order to improve the cassava in Indonesia, it is necessary to make a prediction for the coming year so that the government will have a reference to immediately make the right policy to increase the production of cassava in Indonesia to prevent the increase of cassava import quantity. This study aims to determine the development of cassava production in Indonesia, in the hope that it can be used as a reference to increase the production and productivity of cassava. Data used in this research is data of cassava production in province of Indonesia year 2005-2015, algorithm used is Artificial Neural Network Backpropagation. Data analysis was done using Matlab 2011b. This research uses 5 architecture that is 5-8-1, 5-10-1, 5-15-1, 5-18-1, 5-20-1 but the best architecture is 5-18-1 with percentage accuracy 94% and MSE value of 0.007227812. This model is well used to predict cassava in the province of Indonesia.

One of the important things that an employee must have is not separated from the performance of an employee. For the effectiveness of human resources work in the assessment of the right decision is needed. Therefore, the software is made that can take a decision to recommend employee achievement for PT. Megariamas Sentosa. The software is built on the basis of a decision support system that has the ability to select outstanding employees using the ELECTRE method. This Electre method has criteria that can determine alternative decisions in application in the software. So that decision makers can determine the selection of outstanding employees. The process in this Electre method compares employees with one employee to another and gives out put value of priority intensity in the form of the assessment result / criteria that has been specified by the company to the employee. The result of this process is recommended as an outstanding employee in PT. Megaria Mas Sentosa.

This research explains the benefits of data analysis by visualizing Big data in performing optimization in the academic management environment. The data used is academic information system database that related with student status. In this study the authors use Tableau tools to perform data analysis based on the number of students worksheet, student status, student name table and generate student dashboard data. The results of the analysis obtained by using visualization in bemtuk management graph is very fast and optimize data processing so mengatahui the development of academic database situation.

BPJS Health is one of the most important services for the community. For people who are sick and have been registered in BPJS, then the cost of treatment will be borne by the BPJS and the community is what is said as Patient BPJS. However, if a patient BPJS experiencing pain, then the patient first went to the health center or Faskes level 1 before being referred to the Hospital. Therefore, this study aims to build decision support system that has the ability to analyze in determining referral hospital for Patient BPJS at puskesmas or Faskes level 1. The method used in this research is Weighted Sum Model (WSM). The hospital samples used as many as 10 obtained from UPT Puskesmas Padang Bulan, Jln. Jamin Ginting - Medan. Based on calculations performed obtained the highest value of 77.5, ie on RS3. Therefore, this hospital is the foremost hospital as a reference for Patients BPJS. This research is expected to help the Puskesmas or Faskes level I in the city of Medan in providing hospital referrals for patients BPJS.

STIKOM Tunas Bangsa give facility to some students in tuition payment to the underprivileged students in economic but they achieve. For the convenience, it must suitable with applicable criteria established by the Institution. Because of the large number of students who apply for the tuition free dispensation was very much, it is necessary to build a decision support system to give a decision or recommendation associated with the tuition payment dispensation. This decision support system use fuzzy logic that will help STIKOM Tunas Bangsa Institution in determining who is eligible to receive a tuition free dispensation as well as a large percentage of tuition free delays. The criteria that established in this case study was the large of parents income, the number of parental dependent, the number of sibling. Not all who apply for dispensation will be accepted, but only those who meet the criteria will be accepted.

Application of the application program to the manual system into a computer system will change the pattern of technology of a system. Thus the existing human resources must be able and have the potential to control and maintain the existing system because aspects of brainware is essential for the running of a computer system that is maximal and reliable. There are many obstacles encountered in a manual system such as inaccurate and inefficient data information because the data has not been neatly arranged so that the transition of manual system into computer system gives ease in handling data in large scale with efficient and effective time. Financial transactions can be done if the status of a student is active, it is difficult to do with manual system that is not directly connected with the education division that regulates student activeness. Then how the student data in the academic section with financial division data to obtain accurate data about the status of students. Is every transaction listed on the receipt that the student takes in accordance with what is stored in the financial division.

Service of information about books in a library is very helpful and makes it easier for visitors to find the book they want to find. Presentation of information on books available in the library of AMIK Stiekom North Sumatra has not been effective and efficient, because it is still done by looking at the library employee records on the list of books that have been provided. This problem becomes one of the factors to decrease interest in reading the library visitors. Utilization of application suggestions reading books in the library of AMIK Stiekom North Sumatra can be used as a trigger of the interest of visitors to keep reading books available in the library. The built-in book suggestion app works based on brute-force algorithms so that it can present book information relevant to the topic being searched by the visitors.

Advances in technology and information currently produces smart innovations in business, which can be called business intelligence. One that we can use is Data Mining technology in digging useful information from sales company data warehouse. The purpose of this research is to apply data mining decision decision tree algorithm C4.5 on fast food outlets business and expected to provide information in the form of sales information about food menu that most liked by customers and less popular (bestselling and less in demand). The methodology used in classifying the sales of this research uses the steps of Algorithm C.45, The process uses five steps in KDD (Knowledge Discovery in Databases), which perpetuates activities such as pre-processing, transformation, data mining, interpretation and evaluation. In addition to performing calculations manually, this research case is also tested using Rapidminer application. From the results of the experiment to find data from the sales data of fast food outlets using algorithm C4.5 results of entropy and the highest gain is 1.501991 on the Food Menu attributes on manual calculations. When using the Rapidminer application the results of the results tree as shown in Figure 3.2. Price (s) - Sold Out - Food Menu (Bento Rice = Less Selling, Chest = Laris) Weight (weight) each attribute: Price (0.738), Menu Type (0.067), Sold Number (0.156), Sales Status (0.040).

Communication through message media or sms, Sort Message Service is not a point to point message but that communication by sent through sms network and stored in database operator. Message security on the network is threatened be read by people who are not responsible or called intercept. Therefore it will be develop some application on the mobile phone to modify the message be come a ciphertext and the information content of the messageis not known by others. In this application, the system encrypts the message into ciphertext using the key entered by the sender and then it will be sends to the destination number. For accepting the message, system will decrypt chipertext become plaintext using key by sender, then the message can be read by receiver. This application can be used by some one who wants to sending the secret message and very important without fear if the information can read by others. This application uses vigenere cipher method. The main parameter is the key and the message itself.
