Abstract

Indonesian language learning in 2013 curriculum generally aims to improve students' ability to communicate in Indonesian properly and correctly, both oral and written. The research questions are; how is the implementation of the role playing method in SD Inpres Turekisa and how are students' speaking abilities after using the role playing method?. This study uses study Classroom Action Research and the data were analyzed qualitatively. The use of role playing methods can improve the speaking skills of fifth grade students in the SD Inpres Turekisa because students play a daily role in their life. Role playing can relieve the teacher in teaching because it is more likely to achieve learning goals when compared to the use of lecture and question and answer methods. By acting alone, students will better understand and understand problems and they are also trained to portray the characters in the story. In addition, role playing can train students' speaking skills properly and correctly. The results shows that role playing method can improve students' speaking abilities with an average in each cycle, namely: cycle I: 2.82, cycle II: 3.64, and cycle III: 4.54. thus, it can be concluded that role playing through various children's stories can improve the speaking skills of fifth grade students very good.

Abstract

e-Registration is one of system of taxation application that utilized for Taxpayer as [the] medium of Taxpayer registration online and system that utilized by Tax 0fficer, that to process data of Taxpayer registration begin at data input till pengaktivasi number of taxpayer fundamental (NPWP) and its card printing in North KPP Pratama Bekasi, or in any KPP. To assess effectiveness of taxation application e registration as [the] registration system NPWP Online is used model of combination research, consist of 8 variables laten are taken away from model testing DeLone and McLean (92;2003) that is variable ; Information Quality , System Quality, Quality Service, Usage, User Satisfaction , Clean benefits and research model Mahendra Adhi Nugroho (2008), that is variable of computer fear and Model Akbar and Parvez (2009) that is trust variable. Model Analyzer and hypothesis testing use Struktural Equatioan Modeling (SEM) and computer program from IBM AMOS VER. 19 and IBM SPSS Statistics VER. 19. Method that used [by] is spreading kuesioner with 150 sampel wajibpajaks person. Sampel that used [by] only 120 sampels. Research Result Taxation Aplication e-registration as system registration NPWP Online for private taxpayer effective because research model that analysed in full equation model structural is model that fit or good, valid factors and reliable and its variable each other has an effect on in significant.

Abstract

Development of interactive animation media for elementary students now is a medium that can be one of the other options in giving a lesson, which was once only use books and pictures berwarna. As in learning Geometric in elementary school which only use the book makes students bored and difficult to learn. This makes the child less concentration in capturing lessons given by teachers, therefore media-based interactive animation andorid learning can be one of the teachers in providing the material introduction Geometric. With so students will feel happy and more motivated to learn by using these learning media. The objective of this study media to help learning the subject of the introduction of Geometric developed by Adobe Flash Professional CS6 and Android Smartphones. In writing this paper, the author discusses the Geometric learning applications either conversation or other learning applied into an android Smartphone. This application combines learning and playing, and this is a solution that children do not get bored in terms of learning.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the ability of class IX students of SMP 1 Wawotobi in understanding the structure of text content. This research was conducted in class IX of Wawotobi 1 Public Middle School. The research method used is descriptive quantitative, namely researchers who support compliance in the field that aims to test students' understanding of the structure of the short story text content. The findings in this study are comparisons of students who use the structure of the content of short stories in Indonesian language learning in class IX 1 Wawotobi Junior High School by an Indonesian teacher who discusses through calculating averages (X) Average score of 77, 82 aspects of value assessment the average is 86, 23 and the resolution aspect of the student average score is 82.66. The three aspects are categorized as capable because they are in the range of values ​​of 66-85. Percentage of students' ability to understand the structure of short story texts in learning Indonesian language and literature in class IX of Wawotobi 1 Public Middle School by Indonesian teacher X) is 82.25. This value, if adapted to the quality of the ability to understand the structure of the short story text that has been determined is in the category of capable. Based on this description, it can be concluded that some of the achievements have succeeded in making the structure of the content of the short stories can be mastered by students. The conclusion in this study is the class IX students of Wawotobi 1 Public Middle School depending on the category of being able to improve the structure of the short story text content.

Abstract

The purpose of applying the play model in the coastal environment is students who are involved in learning activities and encourage students to be more creative, fostering confidence in learning. The method used in this study is Classroom Action Research (CAR). This research was conducted at SMP Negeri 1 Paga, Paga Subdistrict, Sikka Regency, with the research subjects being VIIIA class students who studied 21 students. The researcher acts as an observer. Data collection is done by observation, tests and questionnaires. To analyze qualitative data used observation sheet of student activities and questionnaires used to determine student responses, while for quantitative data using tests, in order to find out student learning outcomes. Classroom Action Research (CAR) consists of 2 cycles with the same subject matter, where each cycle consists of four stages, namely: planning, action, observation and reflection. Student learning outcomes showed a fairly good increase seen from the average student learning outcomes each cycle. The average student learning outcomes in cycle I is 7.80 and cycle II is 8. This is supported again by the observation of students which increases student activity significantly and student responses to the application of the method of playing in the coastal environment with discussion of cycle 1 64.86% and cycle 2 92.43%.

Abstract

Abstract The accounting profession has an important role in the provision of reliable financial information for thr government, investors, creditors, shareholders, employees, debtors, also for the community and other parties concerned. The performance of auditorsis the ability of an auditor to produce findings or results of the examination of inspection activities for the management and financial responsibilities are carried out in an inspection team. Factor affecting the performance of the auditor is locus of control, leadership style and organizational commitment. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of locus of control, leadership style and organizational commitment on the performance of auditors at BPKP of North Sumatra Representation Office. Research tool used was a data analysis technique multiple linear regression, F- test, t test. The location study performed at BPKP, which in the North Sumatra Respresentation Office. Based on the results of analysis show that the locus of control, leadership style and organizational commitment have positive influence on the performance of auditors at BPKP of North Sumatra Representation Office.

Abstract

In terms of quantity, the problem of water for agriculture, especially in dry land, is the incompatibility of water distribution between needs and supply according to time (temporal) and place (spatial). The agricultural sector is one of the mainstay sectors driving the economy of Konawe Regency, this can be seen in the area of ​​utilization of the agricultural sector carried out by the community increasing in 2009 reaching 37,442 ha and in 2010 reaching 42,114 ha. The construction of Embung in the Anggotoa watershed area is an alternative in handling the decrease in water discharge in the Konaweeha watershed. In the analysis of effective rainfall (Re) at 3 (three) rain gauge stations is 2.19 mm / day, and the mainstay discharge (R80) is 47 mm / daym using the Weibull Gumbel Method. The average debit of Anggotoa river (Q) is 0.93 m3 / sec or 930 l / sec. the maximum water demand during the tillage period is 1.64 l / sec / ha, the growth period is 1.37 lt / sec and at harvest time is 0.68 l / de / hat. The reservoir capacity of 16,136 m3 to meet the water needs of the entire area of ​​875 ha spread in 3 (three) villages: Analahumbuti Village, Anggotoa Village, Kukuluri Village and 125 ha will be developed in the Kec. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the effect of inventory turnover, receivable turnover, net sales and trade payables on net income in Manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2013-2016. The research method used is descriptive quantitative, this research is causal / clausal. In this study, data collection was carried out through documentation studies. The study uses types and secondary data sources. Based on the results of this study inventory turnover, accounts receivable turnover, net sales and trade payables simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on net income in the Manufacturing companies listed on the Stock Exchange for the period 2013-2016. The conclusions in this study are, accounts receivable turnover, net sales and business debt partially have a positive and significant effect on net income in the BEI listed Manufacturing companies in the period 2013-2016, while the inventory turnover value partially has no effect and is not significant to net income at Manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2013-2016.

Abstract

The purpose of investing investors is to get a return in the form of dividends while the company expects continuous growth for the survival of the company and strives to provide prosperity for the shareholders. This study aims to see the effect of dividend payout ratio, BI interest rates, profitability (NPM ), and net profit on stock prices in manufacturing companies in the consumer goods industry sector that are listed on the Indonesian stock exchange for the period 2012-2016. Determination of the sample uses purposive sampling method and the samples studied are 14 methods of data analysis using multiple regression analysis.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the strategy of marketing implementation in orchid bungalow ecotourism accommodation and restaurant services in Bahorok District, Langkat Regency, North Sumatra Province in an effort to maintain visitor loyalty. The research method used in this study is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The results showed that the strategy of implementing relationship marketing in orchid lodging and restaurant services for frog ecotourism bungalows in maintaining visitor loyalty, namely by prioritizing customer satisfaction, effective communication with visitors, achieving mutual goals that are mutually beneficial, and paying attention to the quality of services and facilities of service providers . As a result, until now the frog orchid bungalows have visitors who are loyal to orchid frog stone bungalows. These visitors come from domestic and foreign tourists.
