Abstract

In an organization or institution, there should be an administration procedure that control all the entire goods movement weather the aquepments or tools that are needed to the production process or the purchasing of the goods wich will be sold in the future, the inventory or return goods that are broken or complained by the customer. This research is an action research which is aiming to know the administration implementation of the inventory of the internet installation toolls in PT Maxindo Solusi Mitra Jakarta, to know the administration procedure, method, and the document used. This is aqualitative research that use interview, observation, documentation, and literature review to collect the data. The staffs that are involved in the administration procedure of the goods inventory begin from the purchasing, operational manager, warehouse supervisor, inventory administration, operational staff, and customer. This reseach shows that to make the administration procedure more effective and efficient in the inventory, the company needs to change the employees behavior, situation, and the work mechanism between the divisions in the company.

Abstract

Abstract Objective : (1) to find the relation between Ahok with the media and how far Ahok use the media in getting public support to advance further in the nomination of the governor in the 2017 elections; (2) to explore how media Ahok utilize in order to get the number of readers or visitors is high and thus can get revenue from advertising (3) to analyze how the strategy of media in producing news, especially about Ahok so they can get revenue(4) to uncover what interests were behind the relationship between the media Ahok. Method : critical discourse analysis. Results: based on the results of the study found a relation between Ahok with the media in order to support the nomination process as Governor of Jakarta at the local elections in 2017. Media utilizes Ahok to get high visitor from some news about Ahok.The strategy that media do is make controversy news of Ahok and some news about his leadership in managing Jakarta. Both relations between Ahok and media are economicinterest and political image. Conclusion: News about Ahok in the media is to increase his political image in public. And media using Ahok for economic purposes.

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this research is to produce a cashier management application at Karisma Mega Satria. The system approach method uses the waterfall method and data collection uses the method of observation, interview and literature study. The design of cashier management development uses Java Netbeans, and MySQL as a database processor. Based on the analysis, it can be concluded that the cashier management application make the sales process easier, able to manage cashier data, sales reports, customer data and support business processes at the Charisma Mega Satria. With the application of cashier management at Karisma Mega Satria can reduce the negligence, errors, accumulation of documents, presentation of reports that are less accurate.

Abstract

This study intened to analyze the effect of intellectual capital (value added physical capital value added human capital, value added structutal capital) on company performance and firm value as a moderating variable in banking companies in Indonesia. The independent variable of this study is Intellectual capital, the dependent variable is the company's performance and the moderating variable is firm value. The sample used in this study is the banking institution that reports the composite value of good corporate governance by self assessment in 2012-2016. The sample was conducted using the purposive method sampling. The statistical method uses Partial Least Square. The data used is quantitative data with an empirical study approach for secondary data. The results of the study show that intellectual capital significantly positively influences company performance with firm value as a moderating variable. The limitation of this study is that the observations used in this study are relatively few and cannot explain one decade that is limited to banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2012-2016, this is related to the existence of data limitations.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze speech actions in the short film Cinta Dibalik Awan by Umay Shahab. The analysis focuses on the analysis of speech actions. In the speaking action, there is a concrete form of speaking event where there is a message or message that the speaker wants to convey to the speaking partner. In this short film there are speech acts that are closely related to speech acts and speech events. The method used in this study is the qualitative descriptive method. The primary data for this study are eight statements between the two main figures, namely Jessica and Razi. The speech actions are divided into three speech actions, namely the location, the illocution and the perlocution. In addition, speech actions are reclassified using five speech actions, which are affirmative, directive, expressive, supervisory and declarative. The results of the research on speech actions in eight intermediate speech actions of the short film Cinta Dibalik Awan are six speeches included in the Guideline Speech Act and two speeches included in the expressive speech actions. The act of directive identified is the subject of the request and recommendation, while the act of expressive language that exists refers to anger.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether or not there was an influence between promotions on employee performance at the Ministry of Communication and Information of the Republic of Indonesia Jakarta. The research method used in the preparation of this Final Project is a quantitative method. The sampling technique uses simple random sampling. The distribution of quetionnnaires is limited to employess of the staffing bureau and organization amounting to 150 employees, samples were taken using the Slovin formula to be 60 employees. Data is processed with SPSS version 23. From the correlation test results of 0.755 the value is included in the strong category, determination test with R Square 0.570, and the regression equation can be explained Y=10.901+0.756X, which indicates that without a promotion, the results from employee performance of 10.901 and if X rises or falls by 1 number or if the promotion is increased or decreased by 1% then it will increase or decrease performance by 0.756%.

Abstract

Android is a software platform for mobile devices supported by Google OS. Android uses a modified version of the Linux kernel that is able to be distributed openly (open source). This makes it possible for developers to manage, modify and create their own applications. Mapping application is an application regarding geography that has been developed. This report system application is used to provide reports or information in the form of an image along with the location of the selected object. This encourages the writer to make an Android-based imagereporting application. This ireporting application is made using Android Studio tools that have SDK and JDK installed and then uses a system from Google Cloud to correlate the database to the platform. While the programming languages used are Java, XML, and SQL Lite. The research method used is the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) which consists of an identification phase, an analysis phase, a design phase, a trial phase. This application will get information and visualization of objects in the form of maps that can be used as a reference for Android mobile device users in making decisions, especially in giving reports or information objectively and efficiently. In addition, it can find the direction radius at the initial location to the final location, and there is also a favorite menu for storing complex and correct reports, other supporting menus.

Abstract

Abstract Research with the title Archive Management at the West Waigeo District Office in Raja Ampat Regency was carried out to get an overview of optimizing employees in managing archives through: archival arrangement, archival storage, archival maintenance, re-discovery of archives to archive depreciation at the West Waigeo District Office in Raja Ampat Islands Province West Papua. This research was conducted using interview, observation and documentation research methods with qualitative research data processing involving 5 (five) informants taken as samples by means of Purposive Sampling. This study suggests that the process of managing records has not been carried out properly due to lack of human resources, equipment or equipment and a place for archival storage. It is necessary to optimize human resources (HR) specifically in the processing of records, awareness and discipline of employees, proposing the addition of equipment or facilities and infrastructure in archiving of records can be done well at the West Waigeo District office in Raja Ampat Islands.

Abstract

This study is aimed to investigate the effect of media uses towards creative production of Brownis TTV on resident of Desa Sobontoro, Tulungagung, East Java. Sub variable of media uses such as frequency, intensity, duration, media content, the individual’s relationship with media. Sub variable of creative production such as continuity, composition, camera angle, punching line, gimmick, and clip hanger. Related literature used in this research is uses and gratification theory. This research belongs to quantitative research. Sample employed here is 80 resident of Desa Sobontoro, Tulungagung, East Java. In gathering the data, questionnaire is used and the result is counted by using likert scale. Moreover, to make the data valid, some tests are also used. They are validity test and reliability test. Furthermore, the data are analyzed by using double linier regression analysis. From the results of data analysis and discussion it was found that together the variables of media uses (X1) have a significant effect on creative production (Y). The contribution of these variable amounted to 45,7% of media uses, the remaining approximately influenced by other factors besides these variable. To obtain a positive perception of the public, production team of Brownis TTV must improve the quality of program television.

Abstract

Abstract A true heritage is a legacy given by our ancestors that we should maintain or preserve so that the culture can be known to many people. Many efforts can be done to preserve Indonesian culture to preserve local dances. One of them is by making a container or dance studio. Padepokan Parikesit Dance is a place that is made as a dance studio, one of the aims of its activities is to preserve Indonesian culture, especially traditional dance and music and puppets in the hope that it can create creative young people and love for local art. Using qualitative methods with constructivist paradigms.
