Abstract

Payroll or salary management is a process of retaliating an organization's services to employees as a person who contributes to achieving organizational goals. The length of the process of making paychecks and reports can hinder the employee payroll process. The purpose of the research is to build a payroll information system that is useful to assist the activities of permanent employees and teachers of educational foundations with case studies at the Yapim Educational Foundation in the North Jakarta area. The method used in this study uses the Rational Unified Process methodology with inception, elaboration, and construction phases. The results of this study are system designs in the form of system design diagrams and payroll programs. This research is limited to the stage of construction on the software engineering methodology and testing using the blackbox testing method with the Yapim Education foundation in North Jakarta as a sample of data retrieval. This payroll information system can facilitate the management of payroll in educational foundations and this system can be used in all educational foundations by changing the profile of the organization in the system.

Abstract

Perusahaan kecil dan menengah yang mulai berkembang pesat harus mulai berpikir untuk melindungi semua aset sistem informasi untuk kelangsungan hidup di industri 4.0. Menjaga kelangsungan operasi perusahaan merupakan masalah. Serangan cyber tidak hanya menyerang perusahaan besar tetapi juga secara acak mengancam level perusahaan lain. Identifikasi ancaman dan serangan cyber merupakan masalah utama. Perusahaan tidak memahami dengan baik celah dalam risiko keamanan jaringan komputer. Banyak risiko yang akan dihadapi dari segi ekonomi, operasional, dan teknologi yang harus diperhitungkan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah agar perusahaan memiliki kemampuan untuk memahami posisi keamanan teknologi informasi dan sistem informasi. Akibatnya, perusahaan masih perlu menyesuaikan objeknya dari risiko tinggi menjadi risiko rendah. Salah satu panduan Manajemen Risiko yang dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan sistem teknologi informasi kritis adalah standar dari NIST. Penelitian ini menggunakan wawancara  dengan karyawan perusahaan sehingga dapat memberikan solusi untuk memperbaiki sistem informasi agar dapat bertahan dalam persaingan bisnis

Abstract

Abstrak: Pendidikan adalah hal yang sangat berpengaruh terhadap perkembangan suatu bangsa, pada era sekarang ini pendidikan sudah harus bisa menyesuaikan dengan perkembangan teknologi yang ada dengan mengagas kurikulum baru yaitu kurikulum 2013 berbasis komputasi. Pada Sekolah As-Sabiquun belum ada sistem yang terkomputerisasi dalam hal peneriman siswa baru sehingga sering terjadi kerangkapan data, karena sebab itu sekolah As-Sabiquun sangat membutuhkan adanya sistem informasi yang menunjang dalam proses penerimaan siswa baru . Dengan demikian sudah sewajarnya jika perombakan terjadi pada sistem sekolah dengan menggunakan teknologi terkomputerisasi salah satunya adalah untuk masalah penerimaan siswa baru pada sekolah As-Sabiquun. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengembangan sistem ini adalah dengan menggunakan metode waterfall. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah berupa sistem informasi penerimaan siswa baru berbasis web yang diharapkan dapat mempermudah proses pengolahan data siswa pada sekolah As-Sabiquun. Kata kunci: sistem informasi ,sistem penerimaan siswa baru, waterfall Abstract: Education is a very influential thing on the development of a nation, in this current era education must be able to adjust to the development of existing technology by examining the new curriculum, namely the 2013 curriculum based on computing. In the As-Sabiquun School there is no computerized system in terms of the acceptance of new students so that duplication of data often occurs, because of that the As-Sabiquun school is in need of an information system that supports the admission process of new students. Thus it is natural that an overhaul occurs in the school system using computerized technology one of which is for the problem of admission of new students to the As-Sabiquun school. The method used in the development of this system is to use the waterfall method. The results of this study are in the form of a web-based admission information system that is expected to facilitate the processing of student data at the As-Sabiquun school. Abstract

In this era of globalization along with the development and progression of increasingly sophisticated technology, the flow of information must be delivered quickly and accurately. Widespread activity and human need for information makes it requires a computer with Internet access to be able to resolve the issues and activities quickly and accurately.Technological developments in the field of communication today helped humans in various areas of life, including in the world of tourism. One of the technological advances in the field of communication that can be utilized for the provision of information and promotion of tourism is the internet. Indonesia has pontesi state of tourism in different regions of one of them in the area of western Java brass. Based on the above understanding, the tourism point of view as an alternative to increase local revenue. In order to promote tourism in the region of western Java brass we made a tourism website in order to facilitate the community in accessing any information relating to tourism in the region of western Java brass.Muaragembong Regency is one of the tourist centers potensional in West Java province, where a great variety of cultural and interesting attractions as well as typical food full of flavor.Come and enjoy the beauty and the natural beauty of the exotic nature, rich culture and diverse challenges. Intisari—Perkembangan teknologi di bidang komunikasi saat ini banyak membantu manusia di berbagai bidang kehidupan,termasuk didalam dunia pariwisata. Salah satu kemajuan teknologi di bidang komunikasi yang dapat di manfaatkan untuk penyediaan informasi dan promosi kepariwisataan adalah internet. Negara indonesia memiliki pontesi kepariwisataan di berbagai daerah salah satunya di daerah Muaragembong jawa barat. Berdasarkan pemahaman di atas maka pariwisata di pandang sebagai salah satu alternatif untuk meningkatkan pendapatan daerah. Demi mempromosikan pariwisata di daerah Muaragembong jawa barat kami membuat sebuah website kepariwisataan agar mempermudah masyarakat dalam mengakes segala informasi yang berkaitan dengan pariwisata di daerah Muaragembong jawa barat.Kecamatan Muaragembong merupakan salah satu sentra wisata potensional di Provinsi Jawa Barat, dimana banyak ragam budaya dan obyek wisata yang menarik serta makanan khas yang penuh akan cita rasa. Datang dan nikmatilah keindahan serta keasrian alam yang alami nan eksotis, kaya akan tantangan dan culture yang beragam.

Abstract

Perusahaan Manufaktur berupa perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang Pembuatan Cat. Sistem yang ada pada Perusahaan Manufaktur ini masih dilakukan secara manual, mulai dari pencatatan Supplier, sampai penyimpanan data-data lainnya yang berhubungan dengan proses pembelian hingga sampai pembuatan laporan, sehingga memungkinkan pada saat proses berlangsung terjadi kesalahan dalam pencatatan, kurang akuratnya laporan yang dibuat dan keterlambatan dalam pencarian data-data yang diperlukan. Perancangan sistem merupakan solusi yang terbaik untuk memecahkan permasalahan-permasalahan yang ada pada perusahaan ini, serta dengan program yang terkomputerisasi dapat tercapai suatu kegiatan yang efektif dan efisien dalam menunjang aktifitas pada perusahaan ini. Maka dari itu dengan program yang terkomputerisasi lebih baik dari sistem yang manual agar berjalan lebih efektif dan efisien serta sistem pembelian yang sekarang lebih kondusif dibandingkan dengan sistem yang terdahulu.

Abstract

The implementation of guidance in two directions is carried out by discussing, conducting questions and answers, providing input and other activities. However, sometimes the guidance process carried out face-to-face experiences many obstacles so the coaching process does not run optimally and it is not as expected. The most common obstacle is when the supervisor is unable to attend the final assignment guidance. Communication barriers between students and supervisors also affect the success of the final assignment. Hence, it is necessary to develop a way to have the obstacles can overcome better. The method used to solve these problems using the system development life cycle method. The solution is currently using sms or online facilities such as email, social media, or the cloud from a third party. With this system, if face-to-face guidance activities are not possible, the process of preparing student final assignments can be carried out in order to be on time for the graduation of students in the institutions.

Abstract

The role of technology greatly helps human life in completing its activities faster. PT. Jiwalu Studio Karawang has begun to use technology, for example, such as online-based attendance with a mobile application. Besides that, there are also activities that have not utilized technology, namely meeting or meeting activities. To use a meeting room, employees must first ask the room administrator about the availability of a meeting room. The meeting room agenda that day will be recorded by the administrator through the meeting agenda book. From the process of borrowing the meeting room, it was deemed too time and energy consuming because everything was done through the administrator. Therefore, development a meeting room management mobile application is created which is expected to be a solution for all employees. In developing this meeting room management application using Prototype method. This method is in accordance with the problems that occur, developers and users will be able to communicate with each other during the system design process

Abstract

Each company is required to implement an accounting system that is in accordance with the conditions of each company. One of the systems used by the company is a system of income accounting and cash receipts. Cash problem is something that requires special handling, especially for large, medium and small companies. In the cash income and expenditure system, it is necessary to have a good procedure that will be in accordance with established management policies. By using computerized information systems, computerized data storage systems cause all stored data to be more secure, and computerized systems can speed up the process of recording income and archiving available data. Desktop-based applications are applications that are widely used, because of easier use and in a more attractive form and appearance. The use of applications makes it easy to process data to be more automatic and the data that is processed will become structured information.

Abstract

Increasingly rapid technological development has given rise to a very broad impact for the various aspects of life both among schools, government agencies and individuals. Most of the school library is in need of a good data processing system, in order to facilitate the preparation of report and presentation of data. For example, to know the data of each book and determine whether there is a change in any part of the placement of the book, so when there is no hard data requests in search and does not inhibit the processing. Making this program using Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0, XAMPP and Crystal Report. The program is expected that the author can resolve any problems that may occur when manually borrowing. From then making of this final report can be deduced with this programming, charging and data storage will become easier and peaceful. Preparation documents and transaction process will be efficient and effevtive because of the computer all the data can be processed accurately and exact. With a use computers will save data storage and data retrieval will be faster and simple. Application computer programming can help facilitate the work of man in dealing with a process that is sometimes difficult when done by humens
